This international journal is the 11th issue in the "Sogdian Collection" series. The collection consists of seven parts. 1-part "Written sources" includes articles by Sh. Kamoliddin "To the biography of Nizak Tarkhan. Part 2" and A.Hodjaev "About ties of Karakhanid state with China". The 2nd part "Numismatics" presents articles by G.Babayarov "Coins of Chach with the Sogdian legend, containing the title Turk-Kagan" and A.Musakaeva "Rare type of coins of the Eastern Sogd with the image of archer". Part 3 "Monuments of Material Culture" includes articles by Sh. Adylov "Sketch of Political and Socio-Economic History of Western Sogd in 6th century B.C. - V century AD" and Bäak Kuzakçi "The Birth of Afrasiab (Samarqand) in the Territory of Ancient Sogdiana (6th Century BCE - 2nd Century CE)". The 4th part of "Toponymics" presents an article by Sh. Kamoliddin "Once again about the spelling of the toponym Baykand in medieval sources". The 5th part of "Review" contains a commentary by Kamoliddin to the article by Miklós Sárközy. Reconstructing Subjectivities: Dynamics of a Therapeutic Community in the Federal District is a book that focuses its gaze on the work of a therapeutic community aimed at treating young drug addicts. It seeks to observe the relationships that are formed in this space and the objective and subjective implications for the boys who find themselves there. From the concepts of agency and power, the intention is to understand how the processes of subjectivation and constitution of subjects occur around the problem of drug use. Therapeutic communities can be seen as a form of therapeutic agency that seeks to reconstitute subjects and life projects in relation to the phenomenon of drug addiction. This is a study that provokes reflection on the limits and possibilities of this alternative intervention to drug abuse, contributing to future studies on the subject.

Child malnutrition is a major public health problem in the world and especially in developing countries. It requires a very particular attention of the persons in charge for its complete eradication.In order to achieve the assigned objectives, we resorted to a descriptive cross-sectional study, conducted from October 22 to November 22, 2022. The study population consisted of parents of children under 5 years of age found in households that had suffered from malnutrition in the Katshisungu health area. Results At the end of this study, we found that: 13% showed that their children between 6 and 59 months of age had suffered from malnutrition; the most represented group was the one between [27-31] with 110 subjects, i.e. 26.8%. The majority of the parents interviewed, 77.8% were married; we found that 63.1% of the parents indicated anemia as the major complication of malnutrition in children. Whereas, 2 subjects or 3.5% reported other complications such as: death of the child. ConclusionMalnutrition has consequences on the health of the child. However, it can be avoided

The present work entitled Socio-anthroplogical analysis of the construction of women's leadership in rural Côte d'Ivoire poses a double problematic, that of the reconstruction of women's identity and the redefinition of gender relations, which respond to socio-cultural, economic and political issues for women in rural Côte d'Ivoire. Long stigmatized as a subordinate to men within her community, today's rural woman is working to redefine her socio-cultural, economic and political status through her leadership. To free herself from the vicious circle of which she has been a victim for decades. Thus, this book highlights the process of building female leadership in rural Côte d'Ivoire.

This article focuses on one of the most important factors in economic growth and development. The revealing magnitude of the introspection of financial and economic crises is proving to be of unwavering preponderance in the economic machinery and is gradually being circumscribed by economists and public authorities. This being said, the deepening of the two financial crises of 1929 and 2008 is an object to be contemplated. Subsequently, we will analyze the similarities and disparities between the crises of 1929, 2008 and 2020. In this project, we will try to approach the question of the economic crises and its extensions on the socio-economic level by the means of the two aforementioned crises via the metonymy of their etiologies then their incidences. Finally, we will have the duty to discuss the recovery policies that have been introduced.

The pathogenesis of sepsis involves multiple interrelationships in the dynamics between the various components related to the host and pathogen, with high mortality rates in several animal species. Although it is one of the main causes of mortality in fishes, there is a lack of literature on its pathophysiological phenomena and on its modulation mechanisms. Thus, this book aimed to present the physiopathological aspects of the evolution of the septic response in teleosts.

Russian legal acts do not apply the concept of a cottage settlement. Therefore the articles use the term housing and land complex to refer to it. The current legislation of the Russian Federation does not establish the legal status of complexes of individual residential houses and land plots with common infrastructure, does not regulate the composition and the legal regime of common-use property in these complexes.One of the author's tasks was to study the legal forms in force today in housing and land complexes, as well as legal forms not reasonably discarded and previously in force in the Russian Federation, such as condominiums, which can help to determine the legal status of such complexes.

Banana cultivation is of great importance to human nutrition in the eastern part of the Democratic Republic of Congo in general and in the Irhambi Katana group in particular. This work was carried out in the four localities of Kabamba, Mwanda, Kabushwa and Kahungu of the Irhambi-Katana group. Its overall objective was to contribute to the control of banana bacterial wilt and its methods were field observation and questionnaire survey combined. The results obtained show that the incidence of this disease varies from one locality to another: Kabamba has 51.556% followed by Kabushwa 45.333%, Kahungu 41.689% and Mwanda 28.333%. Thus, the incidence of banana plantation in Irhambi-Katana is between 28.333% and 51.556%. On the other hand, the severity is the same in all the localities studied, i.e. it has the rating 2 (pre-epidemic). Thus, banana plantations have symptoms such as wilting or yellowing of leaves that are visible, but can be confused with other diseases.

The objective of this study was to contribute to the improvement of cassava production in the Mbanza-Ngungu region. Specifically, the study aimed to assess the incidence and severity of African cassava mosaic in farmers' fields in the Luvaka group. Thus, a survey was conducted in six localities of the Luvaka group: Kiwonso, Mpete, Kimuingu, Langa, Masielele and Luvaka, in order to assess the incidence of mosaic disease. Results showed that the RAV variety is less susceptible to African cassava mosaic than the other cultivated varieties. The Kiwonso locality showed the lowest incidence (60%) compared to other localities. In view of these results, it can be seen that the cassava varieties cultivated in the Luvaka group do not have the same behavior towards African cassava mosaic.

The events that occurred during the Ivorian military-political crisis have often led to the perception that people and their property are insecure. This study addresses the issue in the Abidjan metropolis in particular, by comparing feelings of insecurity before and after the crisis, collected with the help of a questionnaire, from a sample of individuals obtained by reasoned choice from a factorial design. It emerges that the feeling of insecurity underwent significant changes in several areas after the crisis. Thus, most individuals after the crisis are "always" afraid of being attacked, while the morning and the daytime have become the times perceived as being the most dangerous.

Wastewater and agriculture: The objective of this research is to analyze the management of wastewater and to propose options for improving its use in horticultural production systems in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. Surveys and physico-chemical analyses of soils and wastewater were conducted at eight sites. The study shows that most of the farmers are men and young people (about 75%) who use wastewater for their activities. These farmers are mostly illiterate and are not aware of the risks associated with the use of wastewater. All of them only see the immediate effects on horticultural production and the immediate impacts on their income. Physico-chemical analyses show that the use of these waters increases the organic matter and phosphorus content from 209.9 to 741.7 mg/ kg, potassium from 651.7 to 1228 mg/ kg and heavy metals in the soil, which can have consequences for both the environment and health. Optional choices in urban areas require further research and awareness raising among operators and municipal authorities.

Since its independence, Benin has made the education sector a national priority. The institutional framework of education has varied according to the political changes that have taken place in the country's contemporary political history, but the priority given to this sector has never been denied by successive governments. The actors of the Beninese education system have made a total and decisive commitment to train qualified, competent teachers, animated by a spirit of method, capable of giving knowledge to learners. It is in this perspective that the reopening of the Ecoles Normales Supérieures has been a reality. The ENS of Natitingou, for example, has the mission of ensuring the initial and continuous training of assistant and certified teachers of General Secondary Education in the fields of Physical Sciences, Chemistry and Technology (SPCT), Mathematics and Computer Science (MI) and Life and Earth Sciences (SVT). The present work has two main parts: -Theoretical axis at the level of which we are going to present the CEG1 of Natitingou; -Practical axis which is the object of our research, reports the development of our theme.

Over the last decade, Benin's economic situation has deteriorated considerably, leading to a profound deterioration in social services such as health and education. This economic crisis has reduced the state's capacity to intervene in financing the country's development. Despite the more or less constant increase in the health budget and the increase in the sector's operating expenses, some peripheral health services are in dire need of medicines and medical-technical equipment. With the implementation of vigorous economic and financial restructuring programmes, supported by the Bretton Woods Institutions and development partners, Benin is creating the conditions for strong and sustainable growth of its economy. This programme, like any economic and financial recovery policy, has a social cost. The economic crisis and the implications of the Bretton Woods Institutions on health services are being mitigated in Benin by various donor and NGO funded Primary Health Care programmes and projects.

This book is part of a historiographic movement on inter-Maghreb relations that has been underway for about ten years. In Maghrebian universities, seminars, colloquia and publications are multiplying and diversifying. This book traces in an analytical way certain aspects of the common history of Algeria and Morocco, in particular the evolution of the migration of Algerian Muslim and Jewish populations to Morocco during the Ottoman period (1517-1830) and the colonial period (1830-1962). It also tries to provide elements of explanation highlighting the importance of building a Maghreb Union taking into account the potential of this region. This Union remains undoubtedly a decisive factor to establish the free movement of people and goods through open land borders in a Maghreb without borders.

All development is based on thought. This study of 37 CUMP caregivers who intervened during the Paris and/or Nice attacks found no PTSD. In addition, a satisfactory quality of professional life was found, with a low degree of emotional exhaustion associated with a moderate degree of dehumanization in the relationship with others, as was the degree of personal accomplishment. A tendency to distinguish 2 groups appears on certain results according to the number of days of cumulative intervention (lower or higher than 5).

The main objective of this paper is to explore the opening of the reinsurance market in Brazil, its peculiarities and importance. In order to contribute to a better understanding of this process, we highlight the main technical foundations of reinsurance, the importance of its use for solvency and stabilization of results of insurance companies and the evolution of the opening of the market, as well as its current composition. The technical foundations of reinsurance were explained concisely in order to improve understanding for the application of the theory concerning the process of breaking the monopoly of the Brazilian reinsurance market.

This book investigates in an exploratory way the idea of strategic consistency using as a tool for its verification a modeling of the performance indicators of a private Higher Education Institution in the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach. It is made a review of the conceptual models of hierarchy of the BSC perspective and studies in higher education institutions in Brazil and worldwide. From a BSC model with three indicators in each perspective is made a case study with directors and coordinators of a private HEI and performed a descriptive and multivariate analysis with cluster analysis. The main results point to a different perception of managers regarding the importance of the different perspectives, with a higher degree of importance given to the Learning and Growth and Process perspectives than to the Customer and Financial perspectives. In this prism, we found that in particular, the financial perspective had a perceived importance significantly lower than the other perspectives, which reveals a strategic inconsistency in the HEI management in terms of the managers' perception about the hierarchy of perspectives.

Structuring itself over the course of history, risk management has now become a major issue that must be anchored in the general policy of any company. In parallel with the entry into force of prudential and banking regulations over the years, banks are now called upon to further develop adequate risk assessment and control tools.This book is therefore part of the continuity of scientific research in relation to the tools of evaluation and control of financial and banking risks. In the agricultural context of the municipality of Morón there are several local enterprises that constitute innovations that typify the locality, however, the articulation of the agents of change in the agricultural context is insufficient, there is a lack of perception among the actors about local development and the awareness of the actors about the need to form innovative capacities in producers, academics, scientists and decision makers to continue at a more strengthened level is deficient, which is why the scientific problem of how to contribute to Food Sovereignty in the municipality of Morón was determined, The objective was to design a multi-stakeholder action plan based on the strengthening of the principles of SIAL to contribute to Food Sovereignty in the municipality of Morón. The application of various instruments and consultation with experts made it possible to identify the strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities of the agricultural and innovation context, leading to the construction of their respective SWOT matrices, which show their influence on the innovation systems. A multi-stakeholder action plan was then drawn up.

Addiction to opiate substances is a common pathology that can be encountered in women during pregnancy. Like all drug addictions, it is accompanied by psychiatric and somatic co-morbidities which complicate management and add to the risk associated with the use of substances for the mother and the unborn child. These risks, which are numerous during pregnancy, also persist at birth with the possible occurrence of a withdrawal syndrome which may be preceded by signs of impregnation. In France, there are many specialised structures working in synergy to provide appropriate care for these patients. The pharmacist, as a medical health professional, has an important role and various missions to inform and accompany these women addicts towards treatment.

In the framework of this work, we bring our reflection to the problem of designing a performance management tool for a supply chain through the concept of the dashboard. This contribution is materialized by a robust and hybrid methodology, combining all the elements necessary to establish a dashboard and a system of relevant performance indicators. Our methodology is broken down into four phases. The first phase consists of studying the field of study by determining the external environment and the information needed by the company to design a dashboard. The second phase consists of analyzing the supply chain and modeling it via processes. The third is to design dashboards by process using a structured approach that is broken down into four steps. This approach integrates the result of an empirical study by questionnaire that informs on the important performance indicators used in Moroccan industries. The last phase aims to develop a global dashboard of the supply chain.

It seems to me, in fact, totally impossible to resolve the tension between Christian initiation and traditional initiations without making a long historical-anthropological detour. It is the theological approach that will make it possible to answer the question that has been nagging at him for a long time: "How can we definitively get out of the logic of misunderstanding, prejudice and confrontation-avoidance that we deplore?" The reading of these pages makes one perceive how deep this concern is in the author, a concern that is both existential and pastoral, going back to his youthful years. Moreover, his family name is the third stage of the Bwami (Iyananio), the second part of the Lega initiation structure.

In this work, we have set as an objective the improvement of the conservation of the sperm of some species, namely: Bovine, avian and rabbit, this through an intermediate objective; the improvement of the solubility of vitamin E and cholesterol in aqueous medium. For this purpose we prepared several complexes that we characterized by IR and DRX, and that we applied to a cellular model (spermatozoon). The results obtained show that we were able to improve the solubility of vitamin E and cholesterol, using cyclodextrins and PEG 6000 on the one hand, and to discover a synergistic effect between vitamin E and cholesterol in their complexed and dispersed forms on sperm conservation on the other hand.

Through his memoirs, the author analyzes humanitarian and multilateral diplomacy, of which he was a stakeholder for more than three decades through his involvement with the ICRC and then UNESCO. From his experiences in Vietnam and the Middle East in the 1960s to the corridors of the UN in the 1990s, the author underlines how difficult it is for international organizations to get states to respect the commitments they have made, when they have nothing to offer in return. Hence the title of the book: "The diplomacy of empty hands". While trust is an important element of negotiation, the context plays a crucial role. The third part of the book shows how the end of the Cold War and the wave of democratization that followed it allowed for significant progress in the area of freedom of expression and freedom of the press. It highlights the process of independence of the media from state control that UNESCO, under the impetus of the author, has encouraged and supported since May 1991 (Windhoek Declaration) on all continents.

The aim of the study was to determine the frequency of esophageal cancer in the endoscopy unit of the internal medicine department of the Point "G" National Hospital and to describe its endoscopic and anatomopathological aspects. We carried out a retrospective study of the files of patients seen in endoscopy in this unit from January 1990 to December 2000, i.e. a period of 11 years. The inclusion criterion was the presence of an esophageal tumor at the upper gastrointestinal fibroscopy whose malignant character was confirmed by an anatomopathological examination. During the study period 47,440 fibroscopies were performed; 30 cases of histologically confirmed esophageal cancer were diagnosed. The estimated incidence was 3 cases per year. The mean age of the patients was 58 +/-13 years with extremes of 14 and 80 years. The sex ratio was 2 in favor of males. Dysphagia was the reason for endoscopy in 70% of cases. Tumor localization in the lower 1/3 was more frequent (60%). The budding form predominated (47%). Endobrachyoesophagus was found in 13.33% of cases. Squamous cell carcinoma predominated (76.70%). Adenocarcinoma represented 23.30%.

Why are women taking centre stage, such as Antigone, Medea, Electra and Eurydice, in the revival of myths in the 20th century? The emergence of the character of Eurydice in the 20th century is the image of the modern woman who is no longer immanent. She no longer embodies the inspirational woman of the Thracian singer, nor the unknown nymph as in the origins of the myth. Nor is she the woman who fulfils her biological destiny without deep questioning. She is not the woman who does not think about her existence. In the re-actualisations of the myth of Eurydice, it is a question of a theatre of being where the question is perhaps not only what should I do but who am I? The myth of Eurydice deals with the question of identity, the identity crisis of the characters.
