In the current context, technology has become an essential part for the functioning of society, and in education it could be no different when it comes to active learning methodologies. This study aims to report the formative teaching experiences during the supervised internship of the Degree in Computing and Informatics, in a public school of the state education system located in the city of Monte das Gameleiras, in the interior of the state of Rio Grande do Norte, triggered by the use of active methodologies to support the teaching of informatics. Due to the pandemic caused by Covid-19, the activities, previously face-to-face, were adapted to the hybrid mode (face-to-face and remote) with a 3rd grade high school class. For the pedagogical practice, didactic materials were planned to unite hybrid teaching and active methodologies, especially the Inverted Classroom model, through a methodological approach based on dynamics and educational games. The results showed that the union of the use of active methodologies with hybrid teaching favors learning and makes teaching more dynamic, providing more attractive classes.

This work presents the results of a research that had as its objective the analysis of expressions of the sacred, ethics and morals present in 05 Disney children's movies. In which we verified issues related to the sacred, religiosity, ethics and morality present in these films. The films analyzed were: Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, The Little Mermaid, The Lion King, The Hunchback of Notre Dame and Brother Bear. The films were based on the following categories: sacred (sacred space, sacred elements and divinity); manifestation of the religious phenomenon (religion, religious manifestation and religious experience) and ethics/morality (virtue, deontology and utilitarianism). With the consummation of the research, we conclude that the films bring in their plots expressions of the sacred, religiosity and ethics/morality. We also consider that the films contribute to the personal formation of the child and can be used as didactic resources in Religious Education classes.

This active stance of identifying the barriers that deaf students encounter in access to education. The question aims to demonstrate the importance of including the Brazilian Sign Language - LIBRAS as a subject in the school curriculum, respecting and complying with Decree No. 5.626/05. It also aims to clarify how politicians, society, school and family can participate to improve the quality of life of this citizen. Seeing the difficulties experienced by the deaf in their social life motivated us to investigate the problems that deaf students face or may face in their school life and social life. The purpose of this research is to study the consequences that organizational changes such as those implemented by a liberated company can have on the individual. It focuses on themes related to the quality of life in the workplace. In order to account for this influence, it was chosen to rely on the theory of social representations. It is therefore the representation of the employees' experience at work that is measured with, on the one hand, employees of traditional companies and, on the other hand, employees belonging to a liberated company. This comparison makes it possible to testify to the effects of the measures implemented by this movement and thus to validate or not its positive influence on people's relationship with their work.

Summary: Being the product of a political will of the international society and public opinion, the jurisdictionalization of international criminal law is the result of a long process. It was only effectively put in place after the Second World War with the Nuremberg and Tokyo trials. Its development having been interrupted by the Cold War, it is finally, with the fall of the Soviet bloc and taking into account the atrocity of the crimes committed during recent conflicts, that this international criminal justice became a reality. Thus, in the 1990s, the International Criminal Tribunals (ICTs) appeared, but the last innovation in this field was undoubtedly the ICC, whose Statute was adopted on July 17, 1998 in Rome.

Since 1979, Iran has been waging a shadow war in the Middle East, heir to the doctrine of mosaic warfare that emerged during the Cold War. From now on, modern warfare will be waged by small units, assembled to fight in a fluid and decentralized manner, without a previously defined structure.To carry out this shadow war and achieve its goals: leadership in the Middle East, Iran relies on the proxies, or Shiite network responsible for maintaining the enemies of the Islamic Republic, under fire and practice a war of attrition.

Currently, there are five embassies of the Republic of Belarus operating in Africa, which generally cover key regions of the continent. In West Africa there is Nigeria, which is the economic leader in the region. In East Africa there is Kenya, where there are certain prospects for the Belarusian side to increase trade turnover and the entire range of cooperation. In North Africa, there is Egypt, where the Minsk automotive plant project for the establishment of assembly facilities is under consideration. South Africa is South Africa, where a project to assemble cars from Minsk Tractor Plant, which will be put on the market under the local brand, is already underway in 2021. And another thing: between South Africa and Eastern Africa is Zimbabwe, where the Belarusian embassy appeared in 2022. All these African regions have one important feature: there is a large concentration of minerals and natural resources, including rare-earth metals, which are of interest to large countries and not only. So, for Belarus, its presence on the African continent is of a systemic nature. What is relevant in this regard? We are talking about it in the materials of the proposed study.

The estuarine part of the Ebrié Lagoon is under enormous anthropogenic pressures and seasonal natural forcings. A monitoring of the evolution of its hydrology during the year 2014 revealed that it is strongly influenced by the lagoon seasons. Thus, salinity, pH, dis-sub oxygen, temperature and transparency are higher in low water season especially in the vicinity of the Vridi channel under strong marine influence (Biétri and Azito channel). Suspended solids are more abundant during the rainy season, especially in the center of the estuarine zone where domestic and industrial discharges are more increased (Biétri, Cocody and Marcory). Nutrient salts (ammonium, phosphates, nitrates, nitrites) characterize the flood season, especially in the eastern part of the estuary, near the Comoé River (Koumassi and M'badon). The waters of the estuary are warm, poor in oxygen, nitrites and nitrates but rich in phosphates and ammonium.

The World Health Organization estimates that diseases caused by contaminated food are one of the most widespread health problems in the world. Nowadays, food prepared at home has a great influence on the occurrence of Foodborne Diseases (FTS) outbreaks, as a result of hygienic failures in food handling. In view of the above, this study aimed to develop and apply an educational program on good practices in food handling at home.

This handbook is based on the Transversal Issues of UP's Strategic Plan whose main focus is on improving the quality of university teaching, research and extension and, in particular, on meeting the Strategic Objective which aims to improve the quality of service provision through the development of standards and procedures manuals to enable better and permanent service provision to its internal and external users. The content presented here is a collection of ideas from all employees, faculty and staff of UP and reflects the need for keen attention and care to students with SEN. The Inclusion Handbook, as we call it, is a publication that presents, in general, the contribution of the UP GAZA faculty and specifically of the faculty members assigned to the Department of Educational Sciences and Psychology.

The continuity in the improvement of education as an inevitable process in the development of any society imposes the application of a soft-task proposal that contributes to the insertion of informatics in the 9th grade educational teaching process as part of the answer to a problem that needs science for its solution, giving the possibility of improving the teachers' work and the most adequate and rational use of Information and Communication Technologies. It also contributes to achieve interdisciplinarity as a work process and philosophy to satisfy human needs and those of society in general. The research was carried out in two groups of 9th grade of the ESBU "América Latina" where it was found that there are difficulties when integrating several subjects, an aspect that requires the transformations of this teaching at this level. The results obtained in practice when applying the softarea proposal as an alternative to interact with the educational software Mathematical Elements demonstrated its level of relevance, to overcome the insufficiencies presented by the students.

The Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES), which was adopted in 1973 and came into force in 1975, was ratified by Burkina Faso in 1989. Has the country been able to implement its treaty obligations? Wildlife species are endangered. Apart from basic needs such as food, clothing and medical care, some resources are simply the object of an often illegal trade in so-called exotic species. It is well known that trafficking in wild fauna and flora species is the third most common form of illicit trade after arms and drugs. In Burkina Faso, the organisation and supervision of the trade in endangered species of fauna and flora is entrusted to the ministry in charge of the environment and to the decentralised authorities, which issue permits and certificates of origin and collect the underlying taxes and fees. There is a need for support for more results, as the mechanisms provided by CITES are insufficiently exploited. Cooperation for sustainable development is on the move, and this holds out good prospects.

Considering that for a food to be of quality it must be free of contaminating microorganisms. In order to avoid foodborne diseases (STDs), the National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) has a regulation that establishes standards to be met by all establishments related to food. Thus, the present book aimed to investigate the hygienic-sanitary conditions of the kitchens of the Municipal Schools of Sorriso - MT. The form used for qualitative analysis was based on the RDC No. 216/2004. Ten schools participated in the research, all of which had a nutritionist responsible for the activities performed in the kitchen, with two to three lunch ladies per shift, who received training twice a year, referring to good practices (GP) and personal hygiene. During the research, positive and negative aspects were observed, a satisfactory condition observed in many schools was the absence of sources of contamination in their surroundings and adequate time between the preparation and distribution of meals, however, in 70% of the schools investigated the washing of the lunch ladies' hands did not meet the required standards.

The overall objective of this book is to assess strategies for mobilising financial resources for the implementation of New Partnership for Africa's Development (NEPAD) environmental projects. The specific objectives are to: 1: 1. to identify the different existing potential sources of financing; 2. to see the adaptation or adaptability of these mechanisms to the targeted projects; 3. to propose institutional arrangements for the management of these projects, bearing in mind the possibilities and limitations of Sinepad/Env; 4. to identify ways of improving the quality of the financing of environmental projects. Finally, to identify ways of exploring other innovative sources of financing.

We follow its inner mechanisms and try to shed light on its aspects and disguises, its aims and instincts, in order to present the sketch of its movements. This is why, despite the multiplicity of studies devoted to the works of Jean-Jacques Rousseau, penetrating his "writing workshop" is considered today to be a very remarkable challenge. And although the study of correspondence is far from being an entirely new approach, having long preoccupied not only literary critics but also collectors, archivists, biographers and philologists, the fact that it is analysed genetically gives it a remarkable new importance. Can the 'creative process' really be revealed through a writer's correspondence? Is Jean-Jacques Rousseau's correspondence a mere "writer's autobiography" or another "escort subject" of his works, a "disturbing" palimpsest where "reality" is aborted.

The objective of this project was to approach the analysis of operation strategies of cellular architectures of boost converters that can be applied to renewable energy technologies. The research activities performed aim at the analysis, development and digital implementation of control and synchronism strategies for boost converters (DC - DC) built using cellular architecture techniques. Also, the series and parallel operation of static converter cells was considered, through the technique called interlacing.

This research work was carried out with the purpose of contributing to the detection of social risk factors that affect the behaviors and educational learning of children and adolescents. Demonstrating that the theory of social learning describes that they learn by modeling, being the model the fathers, mothers, representatives and representatives, but in turn also plays a fundamental role some difficulties that brings with it the social context and its difficulties such as: extreme poverty, little or low educational level of the significant adult, unsanitary water, improvised housing, low purchasing power, unemployment, undetected or unattended health problems. In such a way that this research work is totally quantitative and suggests the creation of schools for parents in order to achieve the integration and effective alliance with the learning processes of adolescents to prevent problems or legal situations to society such as increased crime, youth gangs and school dropouts, taking into account that all these problems do not help a country to have progress in all social, labor and business areas.

The teaching-learning process is the essential mediating route for the appropriation of knowledge, skills, habits, relationship norms, behavior and values bequeathed by humanity, which are expressed in the teaching content, in close connection with the rest of the teaching and extracurricular activities performed by the students. The program focuses on the dynamics of the personalized components of the teaching-learning process, on its behavior as a system, in order to favor the conception of a truly developmental process. It is essential in the development of the program that teachers are able to demonstrate the interrelationship that is established between each of the components as they appear in relation to those previously studied. Also essential in this program is a high level of practical component, through which teachers are able to materialize what they receive as theory.

The defense of the interests of professional categories is the object of the study, which is presented by observing the procedural aspects of filing a public civil action, in particular, by the scope of adequate representation. there are several lawful parties, and the scope of the rule has been expanded so that the various members of civil society and union movements can act together with the government in the preservation, maintenance and recovery of violated social rights, a position consolidated from the analysis of the jurisprudence of the Brazilian Courts.

There are several causes that lead to the institutional care of children and adolescents, alcoholism being one of them. This study is a part of the research project entitled: "Children and adolescents in institutional care in the Federal District: a study of the family, institutional and social conditions" and is based on the qualitative methodology of case studies. Its general objective was to understand the institutional trajectory and the family history of families whose children and adolescents were institutionally sheltered due to the use of alcohol by their parents, through the documental analysis of the files in the sheltering institutions and in the CREAS.

Among the emblematic controversies of Journalism is the debate about the limits of editorial freedom granted by the journalism company to its professional staff. Going beyond the values that guide the idealised Journalism and understanding that journalistic organisations are, besides social actors, political actors and economic businesses with their own interests, Ester Athanásio discusses to what extent and how Brazilian journalists perceive the editorial orientation of the companies they work for and how certain decisions put in check the social role of Journalism as a representative of public interest, creating tensions between private interests and the discourse of legitimation of the journalistic practice as a democratic social action. On the one hand, the anguish and impotence of these professionals; on the other hand, the passivity in the face of ethical conflicts are demonstrated in a quanti-qualitative way, through a national research applied by the author and refined by other researchers within the Federal University of Paraná between 2013 and 2017.

In these times, where technological and scientific advances make giant leaps in the world of knowledge and the human being is bombarded by these economic, cultural, social and epistemic changes, research is seen as the source of acquisition of knowledge, through which, every human being day after day makes use of it with the purpose of the search for knowledge through the questions arising from that daily doing, that is, research carries with it a preponderant role in the life journey of the human being. By virtue of this, research in educational processes has a preponderant role, because it is in these spaces of development where the individual takes his first steps in the search for knowledge, thus emerging great scientific and technological inventions in the world of the knowledge society.

Recently we have observed numerous factors that contribute to ineffective access to justice: slowness, costs, cultural obstacles and technical and logistical unpreparedness of the Judiciary. The number of cases brought before the Judiciary has increased considerably over the years because we live in a culture of great litigiousness and, paradoxically, many people do not even know their rights in order to claim them when they are violated. It is therefore the duty of those who participate in the universe of scientific construction in the field of Law to collaborate with the analysis of this current situation and to make some considerations. As a way to combat these obstacles, alternative mechanisms for conflict resolution have been developed. It will be analyzed, more specifically, mediation, because it is a new institute that seeks to give greater effectiveness and speed to conflicts. It can be conceptualized as a means of conflict resolution, self-compositional, with the intervention of a mediator who does not use coercive power, but rather fosters an atmosphere of harmonious coexistence and encourages the effective achievement of solutions to social conflicts.

This book analyses the literary work of Mia Couto: O dia em que explodiu Mabata bata (1986), where the cultural identity of Mozambique is presented in a lyrical way, entangling the socio-historical reality and the mystical in a symbolic game. Within this perspective, we will analyze how the literary work of Mia Couto is present in the approach to the texts: "Literature and Social Life" by Antônio Cândido and "Who Needs Identity?" by Stuart Hall. In the short story, Mia Couto uses his inventive creativity to transform the reality of Mozambique's war, which lasted for fifteen years, into fiction. Conflicts that were part of Mozambique's history marked society with landmines and racism, but did not destroy the strength of cultural traditions. Entrenched in the memory, history and daily life of Mozambicans, war and death met in the tenacity of dreams for peace and freedom.

First of all, it should be pointed out that this research work has been carried out due to the author's interest in knowing the influence of the Peruvian heads of state's communication during the years in reference. It was mainly taken from the end of Alberto Fujimori's government, the transition government of Dr. Valentín Paniagua and the beginning of Dr. Alejandro Toledo's government.The main objective of the work was to analyze how the communication of the heads of state has influenced the governability of Peru during the presidential periods of 1999-2002.According to the characteristics of the research work, we can specify that the research is of a descriptive-explanatory type with a non-experimental design. To this end, a questionnaire has been applied to congressmen and specialists in communication and governance issues.This questionnaire has been elaborated according to the described dimensions and was validated by specialists in the subject of study.

At a time when the world economy has just been shaken by the excesses of the banking and financial sector in 2008, the Basel III agreements propose a strengthening of the solvency ratio. Securitisation and the massive growth of balance sheets not backed by adequate capital is at the heart of the debate. The only measure completed in 2012, it aims in particular to prevent any systemic risk by combating the risk of bankruptcy. This 2012 paper examines this measure and determines whether the new capital requirements help to reduce bank failures and redirect banks' activity towards their original business. We base our argument on an extensive literature review complemented by an empirical study showing a positive correlation between capital and failure risk for unlisted banks and the focus of risks on banks' core business.

This pocket geology booklet for civil engineers and technicians is a collection of application courses and exercises in geology and geological engineering for civil engineers. There is no doubt that all civil construction is carried out on the ground, so it is important for the civil engineer to know and master the contribution of geology to his work in order to be able to use it and make the best of some of his works. certain elementary notions often go unnoticed by the engineer during his work in terms of the exploitation of geological data. This booklet therefore compiles basic but necessary elements for the use of geology and geological engineering, on a more or less medium scale, for civil construction purposes.

Indigenous health in Brazil is managed by the National Health Foundation (FUNASA), and in 1999, Law 9.836/1999 was regulated, which established the Indigenous Health Care Subsystem belonging to the Single Health System (SUS). Data surveys on the health of Brazilian indigenous children show high Infant Mortality Rates (IMR), higher than the rates presented by non-indigenous children. The objectives of this work are to analyze how FUNASA works the theme of indigenous children's health and identify the scientific production socialized in journals indexed in Bireme / BVS about the health situation of Brazilian indigenous children. This is a qualitative, bibliographic and documental research. The search for data referring to the bibliographical research was carried out in periodicals indexed in the Bireme / VHL database and the documental analysis was carried out on the content of the Manual of Attention to the Health of Indigenous Children of FUNASA.

Living in a condominium means, above all, accepting to share the ownership of a building, new rules, a new lifestyle, and above all, duties and responsibilities. Becoming a co-owner therefore implies acting not for oneself, but on behalf of a group of co-owners, most often united in a syndicate of co-owners. The overall management of each lot most often requires the appointment of a co-ownership trustee responsible for financial, accounting and legal management, as well as many other day-to-day issues. In this report we will focus solely on professional trustees who manage co-ownerships. This leads us to ask the following question: is there complete freedom when concluding a management contract? Indeed, many abuses occur, whether in the negotiation of contracts, the insertion of abusive clauses (fees which continue to increase), and many others, which we will examine.

Anxiety is presented as an important health problem, and this can be defined as an anticipatory response to future harm or misfortune, accompanied by a feeling of unpleasant dysphoria, somatic symptoms of tension or avoidance behaviors (Ministerio de Sanidad y Consumo, 2008). These responses are present in many university students, due to the risk presented by anxiety and its various demands in relation to the psychological, social, physiological and academic part, in this research the relationship between anxiety and coping styles before the exams of psychology students will be determined, where anxiety levels will be analyzed, coping strategies will be described and the relationships between anxiety and coping strategies in students will be established. The instruments used were the COPING-Modified Coping Strategies Scale and the AMAS-C Scale, which will be applied to 132 students selected by means of a cluster sampling from II to X semesters.
