As the title indicates, this paper deals with the process of "approval" by the Ministry of Education of the Plurinational State of Bolivia of the regionalised curriculum of the Afro-Bolivian people. It is developed within a framework of theoretical reflection that analyses and links the different types of data recorded both in fieldwork and in bibliographic compilation on the process of shaping the New Plurinational Curriculum and the inclusion of Plurilingual Intra-Inter-cultural Education (EIIP). The work leaves an open contribution, which is the "proposed curriculum structure" based on the contents of the approved regionalised curriculum, where the aim is to "rescue" what has been worked on throughout the process, given that the document presented by the Ministry, after its "harmonisation" process, contemplates other types of information.

Comparative work of Urinary Sediment between data obtained in automated platform, Roche UF 1000 flow cytometer versus the gold standard optical microscopy method. This work was carried out with raw data from known patients whose expected results allowed us to define the non-pathological sample parameters obtained in automated equipment. The experience was enriching, working with trained laboratory personnel, using standardized guidelines for urine preparation for microscopic observation and obtaining highly efficient and reliable results. The new protocol was applied to the reports received by the physician.

Beans are renowned for their high productivity; however, the presence of diseases can result in significant yield losses and, in some cases, even make certain areas unviable for cultivation. Several pathogens, including viruses, bacteria, fungi and nematodes, have the potential to affect the crop, and it is estimated that more than 45 diseases can occur throughout its development cycle. These diseases not only cause considerable losses in productivity, but also impact the physiological, health, nutritional and commercial quality of the product.

The area of agricultural policy using Austria as an example includes framework conditions and phases, actors and changes in policy content in EU policy. In this context, the industrialization of agriculture with the pursuit of profit and the pressure to rationalize affects agricultural structures that damage soil, air and water. There is sometimes a lack of knowledge about the effects of use. Ecological aspects must be presented in the context of political education. The consequences of landscape impoverishment require a rethink in the interests of people and the environment. An important part of the function of agricultural policy concerns the national and international food supply of the population. Another aspect concerns the development of rural areas. For civic education in the implementation of teaching, the dimension of global learning arises as an element of the development of a European economic area.

The book explores in detail the crucial contribution of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the sacroiliac joints to the understanding and diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis (SpA). By focusing on this specific imaging technique, we highlight its prominent role in the early detection of the disease, well before the onset of obvious radiological manifestations. The book examines how MRI of the sacroiliac joints offers precise visibility of the inflammatory and structural alterations characteristic of SpA, enabling finer assessment of lesions and early intervention. By exploring the advances and clinical applications of this imaging modality, the book offers a comprehensive perspective on its usefulness in the monitoring, diagnosis and management of ankylosing spondylitis.

This book is the fruit of a study involving Malian SMEs. It is the result of numerous stereotypes indicating that African SMEs are lacking in the use of management tools. Indeed, some analysts tend to support a loyal preference among SME managers for informal (intuitive) management. Others assert the presence of a mixed management style, i.e., straddling the line between informal (intuition) and formal (normative tools). Referring to the general philosophy of the contingency theory of (Affès and Chabchoub, 2007), we support the logic that two companies belonging to the same sector, producing in the same way, of the same size or age will never have the same way of doing control. The study starts from the premise that building a control system generally requires a tailor-made approach (Giraud et al, 2005). It focuses on the analysis of the link between payroll management instrumentation and contingency factors. We use a mixed-method approach, combining qualitative and quantitative research.

The objective of this thesis is to design social marketing strategies to raise awareness about the work done by the Ecuadorian Red Cross. This degree work proposes communication strategies that motivate not only donors, but also capture the attention of potential sponsors. A field research was conducted in the city of Guayaquil which resulted in the fact that people do not know about the benefits offered by the Red Cross for being a blood donor. With the information obtained, we proceeded to design social marketing strategies that contribute to change the behavior of citizens.

Fabry disease is a rare X-linked lysosomal overload disorder of young adults, caused by mutations in the gene encoding ¿-galactosidase A. Complete or partial deficiency of this enzyme leads to intracellular accumulation of triacylceramide (Gb3) and related glycosphingolipids in many cell types of the body, including the heart and kidneys. The cardiac manifestations of Fabry disease are a source of high morbidity and mortality. More than half of all patients develop cardiac complications. They may receive conventional treatments for hypertension, heart failure, coronary artery disease, cardiac rhythm or conduction disorders, etc. Gb3 progressively accumulates in the podocytes, epithelial cells and tubular cells of the distal renal tubule and loop of Henlé, leading to the renal symptoms of Fabry disease, manifested by proteinuria and reduced filtration rate, resulting in chronic renal failure.

New information and communication technologies have facilitated and accelerated the production, distribution and sharing of different information, ideas, opinions and cultural goods. In this context, so-called communicative rights include rights relating to all forms of expression or receiving information. They encompass a range of other rights, including the right to information, freedom of expression, opinion and the press, and free access to the internet. This paper addresses the intersecting spheres between democracy and social communication, particularly with regard to the exercise of communication rights in the digital environment. It starts with the notions of the public sphere and deliberative democracy, in order to understand how digital media can promote the expansion of citizen participation in the political sphere. The aim of this research is to analyse communicative rights under the aegis of human rights, especially in relation to the current communication context provided by the Internet in terms of strengthening democratic practices.

In this book I analyse the incongruities and disproportionalities of Brazil's criminal drug policy, established in Law 11.343/06, based on Manichean reasoning, which reduces the complexity of reality to the user-dealer binary. This means that it is not a criminology book, but a critical dogmatics book, structured on the basis of the Constitution. Despite the Manichaeism concealed in our criminalising drug policy, it is not uncommon for users to be imprisoned as if they were drug dealers. What's more, a public health problem like drug use is criminalised, which produces yet another set of socio-economic problems: deprivation of family life, denial of care, labelling (Labeling Approach), the need for financial resources to hire a lawyer, spending family members' time on prison visits in cases where family members don't abandon the prisoner, etc. Considering these and other paradoxes of criminalisation, as well as the constitutional requirement to criminalise any action by way of drug trafficking, I have formulated an alternative proposal.

The hunters of northern Santa Fe, Argentina, have lived for generations taking advantage of the natural resources that the Paranaense rainforest provides. This research is a sample of the immense baggage of knowledge that they have been accumulating in their culture for years. It focuses on the relationship that the islanders have with the local fauna, how they hunt it, what they use it for and how much they know about each species. All this, seen from an ethnobiological approach. We publish this data in the hope that in the future the opinion and wisdom of local people about their environment will be taken into account and applied to biodiversity conservation plans. Because at the end of the day, if we still have nature and fauna to protect, it is because there were local people who have known how to manage and conserve it since before.

These are conceptual theoretical approaches in which Bertalanffy (1968), McCombs, (1972), Bronffenbrenner (1979), Petty & Cacioppo (1989), Davis (1989), Luhmann (1991) and Sartori (1998).

A team is built on trust, communication and respect; based on this, the creation of Usawa originated in two minds that live love from different perspectives and from this, the balance between everyday life and imagination was born. We do not seek to answer scientifically or to prove that through dreams one can revive a loved one, or that it is only through dreams that someone can find the love of his or her life. We will approach this subject as a means of understanding facts that cannot be scientifically proven, but are acquired from belief and myth to explain the dream world from fiction. Our intention with this degree project is to bring to the public an audiovisual product with which people connect with the story that carries with it a universal theme such as love.

This book is dedicated to the study of the First Assembly of the People of God (1990-1996) of the Archdiocese of Belo Horizonte, taking into account the historical panorama of the Second Vatican Council (1962-1965), with a focus on the reception and application of the conciliar proposals in pastoral planning. The Assembly proved to be an instrument for pastoral action through proposals for a missionary, participatory and merciful Church, the fruit of the Building Hope Pastoral Project. Thus, through its organisation, the Church forms small dynamic communities in which faith and life are shared. Finally, the Particular Church of Belo Horizonte presents itself in the social context, with a public presence, in a network of communities, cultivating spirituality and supporting the laity in their mission, inspired and guided by the ideas and spirit of the Second Vatican Council.

For a long time, the effectiveness of a central bank's monetary policy (MP) was assessed on the basis of the interest rate or the exchange rate. Since this approach has shown many shortcomings, a "monetary conditions" indicator has been developed, which better reflects the degree of easing or tightening of MP. It synthesizes the information provided separately by each monetary policy instrument. The aim of this work is to construct a Monetary Conditions Indicator (MCI) specific to the economic system of the Central African Economic and Monetary Community (CEMAC). By estimating a model of simultaneous equations derived from the quarterly projection model of the Bank of Central African States (BEAC) and economic theory, we were able to determine the respective impacts of interest and exchange rates on inflation. The simplest form of the MCI was then deduced, which seems to give an effective account of the impact of monetary conditions on inflation in the CEMAC zone.

There's one constitutional provision whose interpretation, while highly disputed politically, is not at all discussed scientifically, if at all. I'm talking about Article 64 of the February 18, 2006 Constitution, which assigns the citizen a duty to protect the Fundamental Law, and is the object of a clampdown by opponents who suspect or resent (rightly or wrongly) their failure to win each election. The temptation is then to use this provision to justify all kinds of subversive actions. A cold legal study is called for, and it is this challenge that this essay sets out to meet. What is the meaning of this provision? Is it the consecration of a right to civil disobedience, or the permission of a right to insurrection? Wouldn't it be the writing of the letter that betrays the understanding of the spirit? What adjustments could be made to remove any ambiguity (if any)?

This book is an attempt to review the jobs available in Senegal's local authorities, at a time when this subject is not really on the agenda. However, the diversity and wealth of potential jobs in the local and regional sector make it more relevant than ever, in a social context of poverty and youth unemployment. It's a directory of territorial professions that can be used as an information guide, but also as an orientation tool for municipal workers themselves, as well as for students and job seekers.

The purpose of this research, which aims to be published, was to address the problems facing the current Brazilian and Argentinian prison systems, making a comparative analysis and identifying the state's failure to seek efficient projects and social policies to reduce crime as the main cause of the disorder in the prison system, whose policies, when not applied to combat delinquency, are taken more seriously during the execution of the sentence imposed, so that the main objective can be achieved, which is the recovery of the segregated person through resocialisation, a proposal that is aimed at both Brazil and Argentina, which despite having a much smaller prison population than Brazil, has serious structural problems. This confirms that in the circumstances of the Argentinian and Brazilian states' failure to enforce prisoners' legal rights and guarantees, the possibility of social reintegration is negative.

The book "Fossil Energy Exit & Corporate Strategy" plunges into the heart of the crucial intersection between the energy transition and strategic corporate choices. With an approach that combines the imperative need to exit fossil fuels with the strategic implications for business, this book offers a holistic view of the challenges and opportunities in this ever-changing landscape. It then explores the implications of this reality for corporate strategies, both in terms of potential risks and opportunities for leadership in the energy transition. Over the course of the chapters, the reader is guided through relevant case studies, in-depth analyses of global energy policies, and strategic advice for companies seeking to adapt to a post-fossil fuel world. What goes through your mind when you prepare lessons? What do you take into account when designing a learning environment? What do you take into account during your teaching experience when designing learning environments? This book deals with some issues related to teacher planning such as mental images in the educational context, intentionality and the influence of the teacher's thinking on the students' reality. It tries to integrate concepts from psychology and pedagogy to contribute to the understanding of teachers' thinking. It is therefore assumed that lesson planning is an act that is carried out by most teachers, and for this reason it is important to contribute to its analysis in order to achieve improvements in educational processes.

The problem of environmental degradation is now the subject of political debate around the world, and is perceived as a global issue. The environmental issue is part of an extremely recent general awareness, following the rise in public opinion of an "ecologist" sensibility that the powers that be must increasingly take into account. The growing awareness of national and international opinion has raised, and continues to raise, questions about the effectiveness of legal measures to protect the environment. Today's challenges are understood as a new vision of environmental protection strategy, designed to meet both the needs of economic and social development, and those of environmental conservation. To this end, in the context of the rule of law and democracy, the law is the essential tool of protection, and must take account of these issues, which will consequently transform it.
