In this second issue of the Revista Ciencia y Humanidad we highlight relevant aspects of literature and its different literary genres, such as essays, stories, poems and prose, which have served to reconstruct different scenarios that involve today's society. This magazine highlights the professional work in the literary field having an educational projection and very useful for young people and adults engaged in literary activity, or university students who are pursuing careers in philology, social communication, journalism, language and literature, philosophy. This magazine aims to share literary material that will serve the diligent reader to improve their skills and abilities, encouraging their imagination, creativity, analytical skills and strengthening memory processes.Nowadays, reading is the way to open steps to discover other worlds and ways of seeing reality, awakening interest in many readers, and there is nothing better than a good book that helps you by the hand and encourages you to take this small and big step to critical and deep reasoning of the environment that surrounds us and affects us.

During my research, I was particularly interested in the daily life of those choosing to meditate at the "Kwan Um" Buddhist school, and how the practice, which originated in another part of the globe, has taken hold on Polish soil. I wondered why my Polish interlocutors decided to take up Korean meditation and what it gives them. The research I conducted was essentially an "intensive sojourn" (Clifford 2004), and the terrain was not limited to the place studied. Rather, it was defined by the conversations and activities undertaken (including at the request of the subjects). Meditating with the group, I shared the social experience with the subjects (Hastrup 2004, 2008). In turn, the branches of the "Kwan Um" school to which I traveled became the "practiced place" that Kirsten Hastrup (2008) wrote about.The analytical base for me became "modernity," defined in various ways, which is a sign of our times and the irrevocable context of all social activities (Berman 2006, Giddens).

After having segmented its markets and decided on a general strategy, following a double analysis of attractiveness-competitiveness, the company must make its choices of targeting and concrete positioning. Different hedging strategies can be considered: targeting, undifferentiated, differentiated, complete or partial, concentrated or tailor-made. International targeting and positioning pose a problem of strategic importance in an interconnected global economy where the adaptation-standardization dilemma arises even more acutely. Today, most international environments are global or, at least, transnational and require the definition of segments that cross geographical borders. The objective will be, after having identified supranational or universal segments that can be approached with a standardized marketing strategy, to develop a global, intermediate or local policy according to the intensity of the international ¿standardization-adaptation¿ dilemma.

According to FAO estimates, one billion twenty million people suffer from hunger in the world, two hundred and sixty-five million of them in sub-Saharan Africa. On this subject, Jacques DIOUF states that: "the silent crisis of hunger which affects one sixth of humanity represents a serious threat to peace and world security". The current situation of food insecurity cannot leave us indifferent; there is little doubt that investing in farms is the most sustainable net for development. Until now, the way to maintain food self-sufficiency has been through the massive and costly importation of basic necessities. However, it would be sufficient for governments to take a greater interest in the agri-food sector and to invest more in it by providing technical and financial support to companies (small and large without distinction). Agribusiness is certainly the cornerstone for achieving real development.

The W3C (world wide web consortium, http://www.W3c.Org) was created on the occasion of the first HTML standard: HTML 1.0. The W3C was created to develop common protocols for the evolution of the world wide web. It is an industrial consortium led by: mit/LCS (the computer science research laboratory of the Massachusetts institute of technology) in the United States, by Inria (the national research institute for computer science and automation) in France, and Keio University in Japan. It is an unofficial body. The W3C only issues recommendations: browser designers are free to comply with them. The history of HTML is summarized by the W3C on its site.

Computing, contraction of information and automatic, is the science of information processing. Appearing in the middle of the 20¿ century, it has undergone an extremely rapid evolution. To its initial motivation which was to facilitate and accelerate the calculation, numerous functionalities have been added, such as: automation, process control and command, communication or information sharing. This presentation of microprocessor system architecture exposes the basic principles of program information processing. The architecture of a microprocessor system represents the organization of its various units and their interconnections. The implementation of these systems relies on two distinct embodiments, hardware and software. The hardware corresponds to the concrete aspect of the system: central unit, memory, input-output devices, etc. the software (software) corresponds to a set of instructions, called program, which are contained in the various memories of the system and which define the actions carried out by the material.

Our stay at the Hotel Le Paradis Kribi was edifying and beneficial in many ways. We faced several business operations that allowed us to better understand the different stages that were the subject of our academic training and a real adequacy between theory and practice, through the culture of team spirit, communication and collaboration with the units involved in the life of the company. The transition into the company was beneficial to us because there is nothing more edifying than practice in a company. The articulations that were the subject of our academic training on the theme "management of company/customer relations: the case of the Paradise Hotel in Kribi". Our work was structured in three chapters, namely: the general presentation of the HLP and the course of the internship (chapter 1), the management of company/customer relations: the case of the HLP of Kribi (chapter 2) and finally we made a critical analysis followed by some recommendations (chapter 3).

The control of the urban area is based on the coordination of all the areas involved in the action and requires cooperation in several forms. The actions carried out there are characterized by significant decentralization, great reversibility, their simultaneity and strong logistical sufficiency. The force must have a common base of skills and each operational function must master the particularities of its field related to the urban environment. Commitments in urban areas can very quickly take on an exceptional and irrational character which escapes the forces present and leads them to higher bids initially refused. The force can thus be gradually forced to seize or defend areas or points of high symbolic value, the control or destruction of which can confer a major psychological advantage on one or other of the parties. In 2025, more than 85% of the population will live in large cities and in particular in unstable areas of the planet: places of population concentration, grouping of services and administrations, network convergence points, traffic areas, etc. .

The main objective of this book is the design and energy optimisation of industrial cold storage of food products. The proposed approach allows the design of cold rooms for the majority of products and in relatively different climatic conditions via a thorough heat balance and appropriate cold standards. In addition, the optimisation part deals with a systemic view of several determining factors to ensure energy efficiency, mainly: partial/total burial of the chamber, especially in semi-arid areas, reinforced insulation, application of a double flow for air renewal.

The number of human beings connecting to the Internet is constantly growing and is estimated for 2021 at 4.9 billion, or approximately 63% of the world's population (ITU, 2021). In the same year, the number of connected objects is estimated at 14.5 billion (van, 2021). Such a quantity of connections can be compared to a giant brain with all its neurons and synapses. However, if this brain is large in its spread around the globe, it is nonetheless incomparable to a human brain and its eighty-six billion neurons. By way of comparison, the number of connected objects in 2021 is of the same order of magnitude as the number of neurons in a baboon (herculano-houzel, 2020). The comparison of Internet connections with a brain quickly reaches its limits. Nevertheless, connected objects and in particular embedded systems have in common with the brain the ability to perceive and act with their environment, near or far, thanks to communication systems.

Medical liability is a hot topic. Since 1990, there has been an increase in the direct or indirect liability of doctors in sports accidents. There has been an increase in civil and criminal convictions of 15% per year. In our work, we will deal with the medical responsibility of the sports doctor and of the doctor who issues certificates of physical fitness for the practice of amateur sport or for obtaining a sports licence for professional sportsmen. Sport is currently a major generator of financial benefits for : Clubs (advertising), Insurance companies, Media (radio and television and written and digital press). We will take boxing as an example of a sport that generates direct trauma (contusions, wounds, fractures, etc.) and indirect trauma (brain contusions, etc.), to show the role of the doctor from the time the licence is obtained (initial certificate of physical fitness, etc.) to the follow-up during practice (training, boxing matches, etc.).

This work was developed with resources from the "Forma Engenharia" project of the Conselho de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico (CNPq) and the Programa de Iniciação Científica (PICPq) of the Centro Universitário Serra dos Órgãos (UNIFESO). High school students from Ciep Brizolão 280 Professor Vasco Fernandes da Silva Porto, from the city of Carmo, as well as Environmental and Sanitary Engineering students from UNIFESO participated in this project.

The general objective of this book is to analyze how the variables of quality at work are configured for young workers who attend the vocational courses offered by Espro - Vocational Social Teaching in Belo Horizonte/MG. The theoretical framework delved into the theme quality of life at work, focusing on the approach of Hackman and Oldham, chosen as an analysis parameter for this study. The research methodology relied on a double case study, longitudinal cohort, of quantitative nature and descriptive approach. To this end, two data collections were accessed in the years 2010 and 2013 with young workers who attended courses taught at Espro. When describing and comparing the data collected, there is evidence of greater quality of life at work in the first collection made. This allows inferring that very little, or nothing, has been done for the satisfaction of this group over the years observed. It was noticed a need for a greater awareness of managers and society regarding the employment of young people.

The role of strategic planning is to design a favorable future for the company and to identify the means necessary for its concrete realization. The plan formally takes up the different stages followed in the choice of a development strategy. A key element of the strategic plan is the definition of the company's mission, which should reflect the company's long-term vision of what it wants to be and the markets it intends to serve. The strategic plan is based on an external audit. The environment is complex and constantly changing, and the company must continually reconsider it in order to identify the threats and opportunities that arise. Assessing one's own strengths and weaknesses is also an important part of the strategic thinking process. The objective is to assess the company's resources in order to identify a defensible competitive advantage on which to base the development strategy. Based on information gathered in internal and external audit (also called SWOT analysis).

Every year, huge amounts of money are illegally transferred out of developing countries. Given the difficulty of estimating the amount of money involved in criminal and terrorist financing activities, experts have created a new statistical instrument called Gross Criminal Product (GCP), which represents the annual global turnover of all illicit activities. It is also difficult to estimate the turnover of what has been called the global gross criminal product. The IMF estimates the amount of this annual PCB to be between 500 and 1,500 billion dollars. The FATF estimates $1 trillion. Several economic models are used to provide estimates of the amount of illicit financial flows and capital flight, including:- The hot money model;- The World Bank residual model;- The fraudulent commercial billing model.

The ICCN's national nature conservation strategy for in- and ex-situ protected areas aims to achieve its objectives within 10 years from an intra- and intergenerational equity perspective.In this unequivocal context, the collection of concepts used in environmental assessment would be a major contribution and would serve as a gateway for acquiring knowledge or information as the case may be, to influence the leaders of the nature conservation sector of the DRC, to facilitate the realization of environmental assessments during the various phases to strengthen these strategies for the sustainable conservation of biodiversity.This study is a succession of observations at the national level mentioning the crying lack of in-depth environmental studies in the sector because of the poor collaboration of the ICCN authorities on the financial level and the lack of coherent policy likely to guarantee the conservation of nature and the valorisation of biodiversity in a sustainable way. The setback in this sector being perceptible, should not weaken the determination of the author to produce noble instruments to be put at the service of nature.

For a few decades, tattooing has been an unprecedented craze in the West. In the past, only sailors and some marginal populations had recourse to it. This is no longer the case.In Japan, it is a thousand-year-old art that has taken on very diverse meanings over the centuries, but it is considered to be the prerogative of the yakuzas. As a mark of identity, the tattoo seals a tacit pact between the novice and the organization, which chooses its tattoos.The anti-gang laws of 1992 put an end to the influence of the yakuzas on the Japanese society and, under penalty of fine, it is forbidden to display tattoos. Also, the members of the organization are careful not to show them in public.David Cardoso is a member of the yakuza tattooists' brotherhood. He reveals the practices in force within this universe which remains impenetrable to any Westerner, where tattooists and yakuza share the same codes.

The elaboration of this study consists in providing the readers, present and future, with a reference element that contributes to the development and deepening of knowledge on the status of former Heads of State in Africa and particularly in the DRC. This subject allows us to analyze the notion of this status, explaining the possibility that a Senator for life has to return to power or not.The present work, in our humble opinion, will bring a new breath to the Congolese economy if we elect from this law, the former heads of constituted bodies, so our work would contribute to the development of our country by saving and redistributing equitably the national wealth to avoid the expenses that should and/or does generate the said law. Beyond that, it is important to have a good law that conforms to the constitution and not to the political will of a group of individuals. Finally, its purpose is to denounce the unconstitutionality of this law.

With the demographic explosion, populations are increasingly faced with the emergence of new challenges, needs in economic terms (employment), food, moral (erosion of values) etc. We are witnessing a decay of the social fabric. As the basic cells of society, families are faced with the thorny issue of psychosocial and educational care for young deviants or delinquents. Consequently, educational practices with regard to them must differ because of the specificity conferred on them by this new status. Our interest is in the problem of social integration of former residents of the Gampela Special Education and Training Centre through an evaluative approach to learning. Our concern was to measure the impact of learning on the social integration process of these former residents.

Accessibility and availability of medicines is a major issue in health systems worldwide and particularly in Africa. In sub-Saharan Africa, access to quality essential medicines is a major public health problem. The present work illustrates the situation in one region of Cameroon, one of the most developed, the South. In the content, the national health system, the essential drug supply system, its difficulties and proposed solutions to improve access and availability of the drug at all levels of the health pyramid.

If Westerners and developed countries are rightly or wrongly addressing the problem of climate change, we here in Africa and more specifically in Madagascar are the main victims. Here, the seasons are no longer the same as they were a few decades ago. With a serious impact on the environment, the ecosystem and Malagasy society in general, water is a real saving grace for us, but also a devastating element. I think that a good management of the taxation of this element will prove to be a lever for the beginning of a real local and generalized development of our society which is still so fragile and vulnerable nowadays.

-PART 1: How marine protected areas adapt and mitigate to climate change PART 2: Marine protected areas in Morocco - the impact of climate change on MPAs In view of the deteriorating state of marine ecosystem and biological resources, the marine protected area (MPA) is proposed as one of several instruments to maintain an effective conservation policy. This instrument has two main objectives: the first is to protect the resources, and the second is to enhance the human activities that exploit these resources. In order to achieve these objectives, several difficulties have been mentioned such as the determination of the location of the MPA, its size, and the degree of protection. Ecological economics with the introduction of bio-economic models has combined biological and economic aspects to determine the impacts of the MPA.

Mammography and breast ultrasound are first-line examinations for the screening and diagnosis of breast disorders. This book covers the different techniques of mammography and breast ultrasound, normal breast imaging and its variants, the basic semiology richly illustrated and also the principles of the BI-RADS classification. The book also discusses the various interventional procedures and the correlation between many breast pathologies and imaging. This book will be of interest to all physicians wishing to learn about breast imaging.

The problematic, "which diploma do learners and teachers choose and under which criteria and conditions? What are the advantages and disadvantages of the Sorbonne B2 and DELF B2 diplomas? The aim has been to study and compare the two diplomas, DELF B2 and Sorbonne B2, to help teachers and learners to choose the diploma that suits them and their needs, and to see if there is a need to improve them. More specifically, they will be presented to show their strengths and weaknesses, their similarities and differences. To carry out our investigation, we used objective tools, such as questionnaires distributed to the learners and an interview guide which we used to interview Mr. Nicolas Christodoulou, Head of the Examination Department of the I.F.G., Doctor of Letters of the University of Paris-Sorbonne. The result of this research led to certain proposals, on the one hand, for the improvement of the two diplomas, and on the other hand, for the better preparation of the students who take the examinations.

The school is the place par excellence in which a culture is transmitted and even transformed; this institution appears as the ideological vehicle of a system that often manifests itself in the form of a society. The school also represents the place where new functions and statuses are transmitted to the younger generations, thus favouring the emergence of new social classes. The school as an essential link in the socio-educational system is thus a craftsman of social integration of a country. School and society are therefore closely related. A school has no chance of success unless society itself supports it in its evolution towards a learning, creative, value-driven society. Burkina Faso's primary school has undergone profound changes since the very first school was established in 1898 in Bobo Dioulasso.

The causes of the emergence of armed groups in the Beni region can be of internal or external origin. The external causes can be summed up in three: the cause of resources which abound in the Beni region, the weakness of the reaction of the international community in the face of the serious foreign crimes otherwise present in the D.R. Congo. Thus, as for the causes related to the race for raw materials, we can cite the economic stakes based essentially on the desire of neighboring countries and even *s the great Western powers, as well as multinationals to have control over the natural resources that abound in the country. It is this desire that pushes them to support and if need be to create from scratch some armed groups in the D.R.Congo or so-called rebellions that will try to exploit some internal causes to advance their political claims and may even be led by a straw man to give an internal appearance to the conflict, but the real goal is the access to the existing natural resources of this beautiful country the D.R.Congo.

The analysis of foreign policy and diplomatic practices is undergoing a revival within the field of international relations. This twenty-third book by Professor BUGEME CHIRABA Jérôme explains how this renewal involves, on the one hand, the theory of international relations to privilege rationalist and systemic explanations (balance of power, hegemonic transitions, etc.) to the detriment of foreign policy making. On the other hand, transnationalist approaches contribute, to a certain extent, to relegating the State as an actor in international relations to the background and to overshadowing the study of its external action. The Holy See maintains diplomatic relations with nearly two hundred states. Although it has no military or economic resources, its diplomacy plays a significant role. Its guiding principles are, in addition to the defense of Catholics, peace, justice and the promotion of the common good.

To date, approximately 500 natural constituents of hemp (Latin name: cannabis sativa L.) have been discovered. Most of these chemicals are also found in many other plants and animals, although their pharmacological effects are generally weak or non-existent. Among the elements that make up the cannabis plant are amino acids, proteins (albumin), sugars, terpenes, cannabinoids, flavonoids, vitamins, hydrocarbons, alkaloids, aldehydes, ketones, acids fat, pigments and many other families of substances. Nearly 120 of these compounds belong to the terpene family alone, more commonly known as essential oils. Each plant, taken individually, contains only part of all of these 500 natural molecules, in particular depending on its variety. The basic structural scheme of perrottetitenic acid, whose pharmacological effects on humans are not yet known, is very similar to that of delta-9-THC. To date, approximately 75 types of cannabinoids have been identified.

The last few years were difficult for the Tunisian tourism sector. The latter has gone through its biggest crisis since its establishment in Tunisia and because of the events that followed January 14, 2011: unstable political climate, security slippage, civil war in Libya, etc.. The continued decline of the French market, the largest emitter of tourists to Tunisia, and the disappointment of some tour operators to no longer program this destination are worrying signs. The tourist activity is penalized by factors which are not of its competence and independent of its will. This is primarily the security problem. Despite efforts and progress in this area, Tunisia can not get rid of this image of unsafe country and the unease of insecurity that prevails.
