Optimizing oil production consists of maintaining if not improving recovery by taking into account the reservoir parameters. Several methods are used to optimize production. Among these methods are: well activation, completion, additional perforations, stimulation, chemical injection and many others. In this book, the objective is to improve the production of the LAF1-24 well, using one of the above mentioned methods. To achieve this objective, a data acquisition system was used. This system consisted in investigating the well: its history, the well tests in order to determine the exact cause of this drop in production. The results of these investigations allowed us to adopt the stimulation by acidification of the formation matrix as a process to optimize the production of the LAF1-24 well. However, it should be noted that the chosen option still does not bring the expected result. Thus, the result obtained at the end of this operation is not satisfactory compared to the expectations formulated.

I would like to emphasize above all the fact that mobilization and the hope of achievement are primary among the actors of the work. The investment as well as the motivation have a vital character. In the strict sense, the subject's identity, health and life are at stake. The incompressible variation between prescribed work and real work reminds us that the evaluation of work is paradoxical and not very objective. It requires a continuous analysis and cannot do without questioning. During my investigations at the SNCF or in the hospital sector, the feeling of injustice linked to the lack of recognition interferes with the mental health of employees, whatever their status. This is because the logic of competence is essentially based on procedural legitimacy, as opposed to symbolic legitimacy, which structures qualification on the basis of consensus. In this context, the competence logic and its managerial rationalization are gradually overtaking the old evaluation model. But the major risk observed is that individuals are subjected over time to the diktat of productivity, to the detriment of work groups and the links forged with social partners.

The present work entitled "Of the establishment of oil stations in the city of Goma. Community appreciation and prevention of risks"; was to make think about the ways and means to prevent the threatening growth of oil stations in the city already mentioned. We started with two hypotheses to confirm or deny the need to prevent the risks associated with these oil stations currently established in the city of Goma, once a renowned tourist city. These hypotheses led to the following specific objectives: - To understand the community's understanding of the threat, risks associated with the oil stations and the natural realities of the city, dominated by volcanic hazards. - To understand the precautions and preventive measures in place to estimate the vulnerability. The samples taken in the population specially targeted by our study allowed us to understand that the oil stations present real risks both from the oilmen themselves and from the inhabitants of the city.

The work is devoted to one of the most topical problems of cardiology and cardiac surgery: the study of myocardial bridges of coronary arteries. The interest to the study of this issue is caused by the accumulation of clinical data on the complications of the natural course of the disease, the lack of a unified diagnostic algorithm and recommendations for the treatment of patients with this pathology. The questions of etiology and pathogenesis, modern methods of diagnostics and treatment of the pathology are reviewed. The authors present their own results of surgical treatment including minimally invasive technologies.

How to help micro-entrepreneurs with financial contributions? A gesture of generosity. It is a question that is resolved in this work, the result of quantitative research activities where it is established that thousands of entrepreneurs and people with high levels of income, accumulation of savings and material wealth, yearn to help other human beings. According to the results of the research it was possible to establish that it is indeed possible to support entrepreneurs with economic contributions from corporate social responsibility to start or improve their businesses and support their families, in a globalized, technological and constantly changing economy, by natural or legal persons, public and private, national or international organizations, who are willing to donate micro contributions from their surpluses. The results were obtained from the application of a semi-structured instrument in which 210 people participated.

In this work I measured the satisfaction of the customers of Marjane Menara, especially in the department of household appliances with proposals towards the end to improve the after sales service of the store. This work is divided into two parts, the first of which is a theoretical presentation on the measurement of customer satisfaction. In the second part, well said the practical aspect, it is the study of the satisfaction of the customers of MARJANE MENARA with presentation of the results.

Organic cotton cultivation is introduced in Mali through the HELVETAS program for the development of the cotton sector, which aims to produce cotton using organic matter as fertilizer and to protect the crop with bio-pesticides and trap plants. In this study, the influence of polyculture on the population dynamics of the phytophagous arthropodofauna of cotton and their natural enemies is carried out under the agroecological conditions of Katibougou in southern Mali in order to contribute to the protection of organic cotton. Maize and sesame were used as trap plants in two seeding modes: intercropping and border seeding. The experimental set-up used is a Latin Square in three (3) replications (blocks). The trap plants were sown 16 days after the cotton. Of all the arthropods recorded, 22% were attracted by the trap plants and 78% were observed on the cotton plants. Among these arthropods, 62% were biting-sucking, 3% were phyllophagous, 0.4% were carpophagous, 14% were predators, 2% were parasitoids and 19.15% were others.

Dental trauma constitutes the 5% of oral-facial trauma. It is an emergency when it involves the dislocation of a permanent tooth. The study is a prospective study of 47 patients who had a dislocated tooth reimplanted and contained by a Dautrey arch. The main objective of this study is to study traumatic dislocation of permanent teeth and the particular objective is to show their incidence, the principle of reimplantation and retention with a Dautrey arch. Complete avulsion of a permanent tooth affects in particular male children between 7 and 12 years old, but it does not spare adults. The majority of teeth affected are the maxillary central incisors because of their position on the facial mass. After treatment, almost all patients have a positive immobility test and more than half have a positive vitality test. The immobility may be the result of regeneration of the desmodontal space, but it may also reflect aalveolodental ankylosis where the tooth is no longer alive. This work shows that the therapeutic protocol used was effective in preserving a permanent tooth.

The oldest disciplines of geology in its modern sense - petrology, stratigraphy, paleontology - date from the 17th and 18th centuries. Others are much more recent and developed in the 19th and 20th centuries - seismology, geochemistry, geophysics, marine geosciences, oceanography, climatology, hydrology. Geology is a passion. Over the past sixty years, it has also become a profession. The geologists of the past have endeavored to understand our globe through surface observations, and their work has been remarkable, leading to an almost complete description of the Earth, especially continental. But 1912, marks the beginning of a new era. It is the date of the publication by the meteorologist and amateur geologist Alfred Wegener of his theory of continental drift. Geology is intended to describe the planet Earth and to explain the processes that drive it. Geology is first and foremost a science, which means that it relies on observations and calculations to develop models or theories. It is based on its own principles as well as on the laws of physics, chemistry and mathematics.

The present work is a reflection of my doctoral thesis entitled: "xv paschal sermons from North Africa in the 5th century. La collection "Arsenal" du Chrysostome latin: édition critique et traduction." I finished writing it in February 1994; but I was only able to defend it publicly at the University of Lubumbashi on June 16, 1995, under the direction of Ordinary Professor F.J. Leroy, who was elevated a year later to the rank of Professor Emeritus. I have therefore decided to publish part of it for two major reasons: not to lose the benefit of all the work that was once done, and to honor the memory of my master. I am therefore publishing the first part devoted to related issues. It is about all this discussion relative to the linguistic problems posed by the fifteen sermons of the Arsenal, to the author of these sermons and to their dating.

Article 3 of the Basic Law of the Federal Republic of Germany already states that no one may be disadvantaged because of their disability.Unfortunately, this claim is still not completely fulfilled in the 21st century.The everyday life of people with an impairment/disability is still characterized by discrimination and obstacles. As a society, we should realize that the book topic of inclusion through participation concerns us all.

Cystic lymphangiomas, also called lymphatic malformations, result from abnormalities of lymphatic development and are considered a rare pathology. The therapeutic management was for a long time limited to surgical treatment alone, currently the development of other therapeutic methods and in particular sclerotherapy has significantly improved this management. The aim of our work is to develop an algorithm for the management of cystic lymphatic malformations in children in the department of pediatric surgery at the University Hospital of Setif, while integrating abstention-surveillance and sclerotherapy in the therapeutic component. This is a prospective descriptive monocentric study of 70 patients with 75 cystic lymphatic malformations, treated at the pediatric surgery department of Setif, over a period of 5 years. The average age of the patients was 39.46 months, 36% of the patients were diagnosed at birth, 64% before the age of 2 years and 10% had an antenatal diagnosis. The sex ratio was 1.33.Abdominal location accounted for 32%.76% of lymphatic malformations in this series were macro.

The analysis of EFBACA's current constraints in the development of the Ndélingué logging site aims to explain the conditions of the irregular variation in log production and its main causes. To this end, the practical conditions for carrying out logging operations are studied item by item in order to identify the obstacles that hinder the development of the Ndélingué logging site from the perspective of both the logger and forest management. From the investigations carried out, it emerged that the organisation of work, the absence of a complete and accurate survey map, the lack of incentives to work, the dilapidated state of appropriate logging equipment and the lack of will to work observed in some employees are the major constraints that are blocking the development of the logging site. Despite the current difficulties encountered, the administration should review its forest management policy by requiring the mandatory management of allocated areas for sustainable forest management.

Sorocea is a genus of Neotropical plants, poorly represented in phylogenies for Moraceae and in need of taxonomic revisions. Authors who have studied this genus, in the 20th and early 21st century, differ strongly on its diversity. In this sense, the synopsis for Sorocea, including the revision of its binomials and nomenclatural types, provides fundamental data to advance the knowledge of the group. The work was based on the taxonomic literature, morphological examination of herbarium specimens, including type materials, and observations of natural populations in the field. Twenty-seven species were recognized for the genus, indicating an increase in diversity for the Atlantic Forest and Amazon biomes: there was an increase from three species recognized until then for the Atlantic Forest, to eight considered here and, for the Amazon biome, from the two species and five subspecies listed previously, 11 species were recognized. An identification key, brief description and taxonomic notes for the species are presented, as well as nomenclatural types and geographic distribution citations.

This research was conducted with the first seven French military personnel who had undergone Horse Assisted Therapy as part of their treatment for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Through the qualitative analysis of their non-directive interviews, we were able to observe that this type of therapy seems to favour the natural and beneficial links that exist between humans and animals. The triadic patient-horse-therapist relationship, but also all that it implies, brings well-being and a feeling of calmness during the sessions and thus brings about bio-psycho-social changes. Nevertheless, the present research also mentions some limitations, such as the feeling of appeasement that does not last over time and some symptoms that eventually reappear. Horse Assisted Therapy is not a treatment but an accompaniment towards a better well-being. It represents a complementary tool in the care of the patient, and deserves to be further developed. In particular in a context where the psychotherapeutic approach is considered essential in the treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

[...]The analysis shows [...] indeed that the success or failure of learners living in a learning community, comes from a combination of factors, which may be related to the learner himself, the teacher, the institutional environment, the pedagogical device, the nature of the tutoring, and the forms of interactions. This conclusion is echoed in one of the results highlighted by Peraya, Charlier and Deschryver (2014) on hybrid training systems. For them, the success of these types of devices depends on four variables: input, process, context and output. Let us return to the conclusions of the author of this book to underline the interest of an integrated and integral consideration of the indicators and factors of the pedagogical success of a learning community, knows a socio-technological deficit. Moreover, further research can extend and deepen the results obtained here on a reduced sample.

Machine learning is one of the major challenges of Artificial Intelligence. Inductive reasoning on the basis of classified examples is at the origin of many data mining methods, so fashionable today in the area of massive data processing. The function of such methods is to intensively describe a collection of concepts, initially expressed in extensional form by means of a set of classified examples. Most methods have as their starting point a fixed collection of examples, which is considered sufficiently meaningful. However, in the vast majority of relatively complex problems, it will not always be possible to have such an initial collection. Moreover, many examples may still be undiscovered and some of them are incompletely specified. This book proposes a solution for such situations, based on an autonomous learning model guided by an incremental induction-deductive reasoning process and by the experiences of the model itself and the user, with no limits on the number of examples to be explored.

In Guinea, strategies against poverty challenge both researchers and development actors in the face of a global reality, which is expressed differently according to the context: women are poorer than men and are affected differently by poverty. They do not have the same responsibilities, opportunities, or strategies for coping as men. In many contexts, their marginalization is increasingly reinforced. Without taking these realities into account, development programs and projects tend to reinforce the hierarchies and exclusionary factors that work against women. Thus, in this study, the following results were obtained: structure and functioning of the Caisse Locale Sabougnouma; gender relations in the urban commune of Kouroussa before microcredit institutions; the impact of MFIs on women and the evolution of gender relations in the urban commune of Kouroussa; and the population's perception of the impact of microfinance structures on women. In initiating this research, our goal was to examine the games, songs, and rhymes used in preschools in order to identify their contribution to the learning of French by children aged 2 to 5. The data collected during our fieldwork confirmed the undeniable contribution of games, songs and rhymes in the learning of French by preschool children. In fact, the preschool occupies a special place in the overall early childhood care system. It is a complementary school to family education and prepares children for elementary school. It is the place for essential experiences and learning that allow children to "grow up". Indeed, the child acquires a language, French, which allows him/her not only to communicate with those around him/her but also to have access to the culture of which the national language is the vector, a language which allows him/her to learn and understand the world in which he/she lives.

Increasing maize production by breeding varieties adapted to local conditions to improve security is possible in the former Katanga province. This study recombined the varietal characters of Babungo and Kasai I with those of three maize varieties from Zambia, resulting in new types of material intermediate between the parental genotypes and phenotypes. These new varieties, combined with appropriate cultural techniques, have increased maize grain yields. This book is structured around five chapters: the first chapter reviews maize production and the state of maize research in the former Katanga Province, the second deals with maize breeding, the third with the environment, materials and methods, the fourth chapter is devoted to the results obtained during experiments conducted over four consecutive years and the fifth deals with the discussion of the results

In the framework of the GP, the human dignity of women is emphasised, certainly in all aspects of life. It is further emphasised when abortion, which is produced and carried out in dangerous conditions, is presented as a major public health problem. Thus, the state must reduce infant mortality as much as possible so that the number of actual births can correspond roughly to the number of desired births. It would then be the state's obligation to explain and facilitate the use of contraceptives in order to avoid the inconvenience of exploitation by unscrupulous charlatans and fetishists. Therefore, it seems obvious that intervening in the field of medical abortion, as foreseen by the PM's legislator, is an opportunity for the Congolese legislator to act in the best interest of the child and to assist the lives of these women victims, who not only bear unwanted children, but even more seriously, when the acts that generate these pregnancies prevent their victims from having a better future, and infringe on their honour, their dignity and even their right to life.

There are many occupational hazards. In recent years, musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) have gained considerable importance. Specialists even talk about a real pandemic, i.e. a worldwide epidemic. MSDs are currently considered to be so-called "emerging" risks. An emerging risk is defined as "any risk that is both new and increasing". These few sentences raise some questions: is this phenomenon really new? Are we all concerned (population, socio-professional categories, country or region of the world)? Can we act and how? This report gives a brief introduction to MSDs (history, causes, etc.), and these elements will enable us to discuss the need for MSD prevention in greater detail and to look at the issues and impacts of MSDs on both our professional and personal lives. Based on this information, we will look at the MSD prevention approach within companies. Finally, the last part is devoted to the different means of action and their follow-up, as well as the aid schemes for companies set up by the legislator.

Congenital factor XIII deficiency is a rare coagulopathy whose prevalence in the world is of the order of one case per 2 million inhabitants. This study made it possible to list the cases of factor XIII deficiency in southern Tunisia and to evaluate the epidemiological, diagnostic and therapeutic aspects. Our study is retrospective, covering a period of 20 years and including 30 patients. A standard haemostasis work-up and factor XIII assay were performed in all our patients. The sex ratio was 0.67. The majority of patients were from Sidi Bouzid. The mean age of onset of symptoms was 1.4 years. The mean age at diagnosis was 8.8 years. 26 patients were diagnosed following a hemorrhagic syndrome and 4 following a family investigation. All had zero factor XIII levels, as measured by the clot solubility technique. All patients received replacement therapy with fresh frozen plasma. The majority of cases were from consanguineous marriages.Therefore, family investigations are of interest to obtain a better epidemiological and molecular profile.

Naturévasion is a neologism, coined for the occasion, to describe the propensity of Giono's and Le Clézio's characters to escape from the almost ineffable pleasure that nature gives them. The evidence of such an approach to nature visible in the work of Giono and Le Clézio, around the theme of escape, contributes to the construction of the concept of naturévasion. It is a precision that is part of a critical analysis, which is indeed rightly focused on the relationship between nature and escape.

This study is an outline for the evaluation of the Sanitized Village Program (SVP) in the Bunia Health Zone, Irumu Territory, in the eastern part of the Democratic Republic of Congo, in the following four rural settlements: Bembey, Kitirongo, Muhito and Myala. The assessment focused on three motives: water, hygiene and sanitation. In addition, four evaluation criteria were retained, including the participation of the rural population in the organized VAP, the relevance of the said VAP in relation to the needs felt by the target population, the sustainability of the actions carried out by the same VAP and finally, the real impact of the VAP on the local communities benefiting from its support. Consequently, after investigation, it is observed that the impact of the VAP has remained mixed in relation to the sad realities of the field, in the sense that the slabs and modern latrines offered to most of the needy, remain unemployed while the usefulness is felt. Others, on the other hand, have already forgotten the concepts taught to them by the VAP for use. In view of all these shortcomings, it is clear that the participation of the population was passive.

The society knows very regrettable mutations from a certain point of view. The values that had built civilizations are scorned in the name of an alleged modernity. In reality, it is a loss of quality of life that can be attributed to adults, to all those who know but do not communicate their science correctly, containing themselves to suspect the young of rejection. Everyone is obliged to share what they know in order to save the coming generations from an unwanted mediocrity. A mediocrity maintained by the fear of being contradicted and/or called anachronistic. Perhaps there is no way of soliciting conversion or of convincing, since one's self was formed at the time of the dictatorial discourse of intransigent and terrorist adults. Breaking the barriers and turning to young people with compassion would help them better adhere to the values that shape heroes and mark characters for eternity. This is a difficult exercise, but not at all impossible when one is convinced of its merits, which is none other than the survival of all of our humanity.

The idea of the articulation of the relations between criminal jurisdictions has haunted reflections since the advent of an international dimension of criminal justice and, consequently, the emergence of international criminal jurisdictions. In the field of relations between national and international jurisdictional orders, the solution is that of complementarity between the two, materialized by the primacy of the national order over the international order in the repression of international offences. What about the relationship between the international and regional orders in this matter? The question did not arise from the advent of the international dimension of criminal law, for the simple reason that the ability to repress the category of international offence by nature was the sole responsibility of the national order in complementarity with the international order. Since the advent in 2014 of a concurrent criminal jurisdiction to the ICC before the CAJDHP, the question has become acute. This research examines the feasibility of complementarity between these two orders of jurisdiction by scrutinizing general legal theory and international criminal law.

The monograph analyzes and systematizes modern information data on the use of vegetable raw materials in the production of bakery products. Technological and economic efficiency of the use of wild food raw materials and products of oilseeds processing is substantiated. The chemical composition and feasibility of using products of rosehip fruit processing, oilseeds flax and peanuts in the production of national bakery products has been studied. Technological solutions have been developed for obtaining rosehip fruit powder, flaxseed meal made of semi-strained after cold pressing flaxseed oil, and peanut mass. It is established that in terms of content. In 100 g of the product of the main nutrients the leader is ML (17 points), followed by MA (28 points) and PS (29 points), the list is completed by wheat flour of the 1st grade (36 points). The monograph is recommended for researchers, specialists of oil and fat industry and food industry, teachers, doctoral students and undergraduates of higher educational institutions.

In this book, an analysis is undertaken of the relationships between rainfall variability in the Republic of Congo and atmospheric and oceanic dynamics. Three types of indices are used: rainfall indices (North-Congo Index, Centre-Congo Index, South-Congo Index); oceanic indices: AMO (Atlantic Multi-decadal Oscillation), NAO (North Atlantic Oscillation), SOI (Southern Oscillation Index) and Nino3_4; atmospheric indices (geopotential at 1000 hPa). The evolution of annual and seasonal precipitation shows a significant downward trend since 1980. Parametric and non-parametric tests (Mann-Kendall, Pettitt, Buishand, Hubert) confirm 1970 as the year of break in the precipitation time series. Two major periods stand out: 1950-1970 (wet) and 1971-2005 (dry). The canonical correlations between rainfall indices, oceanic indices and atmospheric indices on an annual and seasonal scale reveal a relatively strong link, materialized by significant correlations.
