The study investigated the situations of violence and management in an educational establishment that affect healthy coexistence, through a study with a mixed approach paradigm, with two mechanisms to collect the required information; the school coexistence questionnaire for non-violence and a focus group. The results indicate that the levels of violence are moderate, for the most part, on a scale of low, moderate, high, high and very high, and in terms of management, participation was at an incipient level on a scale of low, incipient, satisfactory and outstanding. It is concluded that it is necessary to intervene so that violence does not become normalized or aggravated and that management must be strengthened as established in the Framework for Good Management, so an improvement plan was designed to strengthen and impact those areas that are weak or affected by school violence.

Today's rapid and constant dependence on technological means highlights the difficulties encountered by users with disabilities in accessing the virtual environment, interfering with interaction with system interfaces. People with color blindness, for example, fall into this category of users who are unable to use the web with the same skill and ease as ordinary users. Usability and accessibility on the web, together with the concepts and recommendations of Human-Computer Interaction, aim to ensure that these users can have a quality experience adapted to their needs, implementing techniques that can make systems more pleasant and easier to use, which benefits everyone. This work has analyzed and evaluated how the appropriate and inclusive application of the guidelines and techniques defined for people with color blindness on a website can influence the efficiency of digital access by these users.

The first part of this work describes the ozonization of low- and high-density polyethylene (LDPE and HDPE) using an ozone/air stream to create peroxide and hydroperoxide groups. These reactive groups were used to initiate the free-radical copolymerization reaction.The peroxide and hydroperoxide functions formed during ozonization were assayed by diphenyl picryl hydrazyl (DPPH).The other part of the work deals with the synthesis of graft copolymers by copolymerization of different monomers such as acrylic acid (AA), acrylonitrile (AN), chloromethylstyrene (CMS), 4-vinyl pyridine (4VP), acrylic acid-co-vinyl phosphonic acid (AA-co-AVP), acrylonitrile-co-vinyl phosphonic acid (AN-co-AVP) on ozonation-activated low-density polyethylene.The grafting reaction was carried out in bulk and in solution. The ozonized polyethylenes and corresponding graft copolymers were characterized by FTIR infrared spectroscopy and elemental analysis.

AbstractAgrosystems combining Cinchona ledgeriana with plant cover based on Prunus africana, Maesopsis eminii and other agroforestry species suffer from a lack of convincing scientific arguments for their evaluation. Among the questions still unanswered is that of the efficiency of the improvement in soil physicochemical properties, in particular changes in fertility and soil organic carbon storage.Investigations were carried out on four types of agrosystems on the Pharmakina agroforestry farm at Kagheri in the Lubero region, in order to assess the contribution of agrosystems to improving the fertility of sandy loam soils, sequestering soil organic carbon and improving the yield of Cinchona ledgeriana in the Lubero region.Soil samples were taken from the top 30 cm of the soil for granulometry and physicochemical parameters. Observations were made on dendrometric parameters (thickness and circumference).

Psychological studies have shown significant differences between attitudes towards people and attitudes towards objects. The former refer to stereotypes or attributes and the latter refer to evaluations or dispositions. In both, ambivalence is an indicator of change when beliefs and evaluations interact to form negative and positive dispositions towards the object. Conflicts are formed within the components formed by beliefs towards the object. Resistance to persuasion is a consequence of attitudinal ambivalence. The research proposes a disciplinary intervention where it identifies a problem through a series of variables that affect the low schooling and inadequate behaviors in the peasantry regarding the care of the environment in the inhabitants of the Inspection of Guayabal of the municipality of San Vicente del Caguán according to a study by three entities of the region (Junta de Acción Comunal de Guayabal, et al. 2019), that is why the objective is to design a pedagogical strategy that contributes to the care of the common house for the peasantry of the Guayabal Inspection of the municipality of San Vicente del Caguán. For this reason, theoretical elements based on pedagogical strategies and the importance as key concepts of Pope Francis' encyclical regarding the reflection on the care of the environment in the impacted region are compiled. However, it is proposed for the development of the research in the methodological framework of the research with qualitative approach included within the research line "Globalization and Sustainable Development" (Fundación Los Libertadores, 2021).

This paper offers a key to the interpretation of the application and validity of human rights in Colombia. The situations of abuse of the population by the State and various actors in the conflict are evidence of the country's social crisis, the impunity for such crimes, and the shortcomings in the implementation of a culture of peace. Thus, addressing the nature of fundamental rights today raises the question of their legitimacy, whether they could be considered an instrument of ideological domination, as elements of struggle, or, on the contrary, their legal defense is supported by a hermetic and corrupt legislative apparatus.

With the formal onset of globalization in the 1990s, the world experienced an outpouring of changes never before suspected in all areas of human life. Led by science and technology, the economy covered every corner of the planet with a single model, the market, in its neoliberal version: politics assumed a unique way of behaving, the image of the candidate: society itself became more and more united, leaving behind the trust; culture focused on the world of entertainment and amusement. Sport was also permeated by all these transformations, to such an extent that many new disciplines flourished, full of promise, based on complex visions, with technical innovations and, above all, determined to position themselves in a prominent place in the global sports competition.

Political philosophy can give a deep meaning to what society wants and seeks. The present study was carried out in the Sena-Oura National Park (PNSO) located in the Mayo-Dallah department of Chad. The study was carried out between March and July 2020. The PNSO, which is home to six (06) villages, is subject to anthropogenic pressures on its natural resources. This study focused on characterizing the various pressures caused by man and their influence on natural resources. The various human-induced pressures on the PNSO's natural resources and their causes were identified through questionnaires, interviews and observations carried out with 120 people in the 04 villages sampled. These data were validated by fieldwork. Seven (07) pressures were identified: agriculture 33%, livestock breeding 18%, poaching 21%, bush fires 2%, logging 16%, NTFPs 7% and gold panning 3%.

Land tenure is the day-to-day expression of the intimate relationship between man and land; of the rights that man has exercised over it throughout time and space, and of their conservation, publication and safeguard against the incessant assaults of the selfish interests of the men who fight over them.In this first quarter of the twenty-first century, these rights are still characterized by conflict, which continues to grow in Senegal, a highly disputed area because it has become a political, economic, social and cultural issue.How did it come to pass that land disputes are now a daily headline in local newspapers? To find the answer to this question, we need to take a chronological look at Senegal's land policies and regimes over the course of its history.In the beginning, it was fire and axe; today, it's DSCOS (Direction pour la Surveillance et le Contrôle de l'Occupation des Sols) and tear gas grenades.

The changes in the international order that took place mainly after the end of the Second World War were significant in strengthening the field and discipline of Public International Law, as well as its branches, including International Economic Law. With the dynamism of the international economy, economic and commercial relations between the subjects of international law have increased considerably, resulting in the exacerbated spread of economic controversies and the need for peaceful resolution of disputes through mechanisms structured in international organizations and agreements. At first, the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) encouraged the settlement of economic disputes through diplomatic channels. However, the creation of the World Trade Organization (WTO) in 1995 meant that the dispute settlement system became institutionalized through deadlines, procedures and competences, giving priority to negotiation through the courts via Panels and the Appellate Body, which interpret the rules based on the cases analysed, creating new case law.

Microcredit is currently considered by many researchers as a poverty-reduction tool for impoverished populations excluded from the conventional system, yet endowed with productive and creative capacities capable of mobilizing savings, granting credit and providing payment services in an environment fraught with risks for financial institutions, but also for applicants or debtors who are economic agents. In the DRC, MFIs have become real institutions which, by virtue of their financial lending activities, incur risks that need to be managed and planned in order to develop and increase their financial capacity, based in particular on legal texts and instructions from the Central Bank of Congo (BCC). The main aim of this study is to identify the main risks faced by MFIs, as well as the causes underlying recurrent cases of loan non-repayment, and to propose therapeutic solutions. To achieve this, we used statistical and analytical methods.

Philosophy has traditionally been confused with Aristotelian astonishment, but when the thinking man realized its pervasiveness in the other sciences, he understood that philosophical knowledge was not simply theoretical knowledge, but, through the intermediary of the sciences, progressively achieved its ethical ends. Knowledge of the living then moves from a metaphysical to a scientific approach.

Nineteen years of unsuccessful attempts of the Government of Kazakhstan to introduce project management in the public sector became the reason for writing this manual.The author analyzed the functioning of the national system of project management in the country to identify the problems hindering the promotion of the project approach. Among the main challenges, the lack of flexibility of the state apparatus, non-adoption of new methods and approaches are noted. The state bodies of Kazakhstan were not mature enough to implement such a multifunctional approach as project management.The author, taking into account the identified shortcomings, gave specific recommendations on the introduction and development of project management.

And when one of them prevails over the others, they will be directly responsible for the lack of reason and truth in correspondence with reality. Reading this book will make you reflect on why one should not prevail over the other, but rather, depending on the circumstances, there should be a kind of balance between them.

It is clear that the social phenomenon and concept of governance is, for practical purposes, quite contested. This is because a good number of critics argue, with good reason, that the term and phenomenon is so ambitious that it is very difficult to put it into practice for any community or society that intends to institute it. Well, yes indeed, there are many obstacles to its institutionalisation in everyday life, but it is also true that progress - albeit incipient - has been made.

Ecological innovations, the terms "bio", "éco", "vert" or "écolo" now have a positive connotation and occupy a large part of scientific, media, academic and even political debates. In developing countries, this trend has led to the adoption and funding of a number of initiatives by NGOs, international organizations, public authorities and other development partners. However, the results obtained are sometimes mixed, and even negative in some cases. This book, the result of doctoral research in geography, explores the challenges of these initiatives through the case of Senegal in three strategic sectors: eco-construction, alternative energies and sustainable agriculture, to give an in-depth look at these practices revolving around sustainable development and ecological projects in the South.

The clinical signs, haematological data, anatomical and histopathological lesions and epidemiology of the disease known regionally as "Meada de sangre" or "Mal de orina" in cattle in Jujuy are described. The presence of Ptakiloside, the main toxic substance present in Pteridium arachnoideum, and the abundant distribution of this weed in areas of full coincidence with those where the disease occurs, together with the clinical and pathological characteristics found, considering possible differential diagnoses, allows establishing an etiological relationship with the disease. It is concluded that this disease corresponds to the condition known as bovine enzootic haematuria, with inflammatory and tumour lesions of the urinary bladder, associated with neoplasia of the digestive tract caused by chronic ingestion of this fern. The recognition of this intoxication in cattle allows us to infer possible risks to human health in these areas, due to the consumption of milk and meat from animals exposed to the consumption of Pteridium spp, a situation that warrants future studies in this regard.

Nowadays, there is a wide range of uses for technology in the most varied spheres of practical life. An important highlight is the emergence of a new law in the field of legislation, namely Digital Law. This phenomenon has its foundations solidified in various corporate instruments, whether public or private, both of which have important institutional reflexes in the information society.This society is characterized by access to compiled data and the processing of this data in the production of information systems. We would like to highlight the focus given to current compliance, information security and electronic security systems.All this phenomenology leads us to understand the bias of this expansion in the job market and its counterpoint with the expansion of Digital Law, which in short offers a wider space and with demands from internal alternatives that are more connected to the information society and its desires and its simpler peculiarities within the spectrum of its socio-legal nature.The inductive method is used, with preliminary bibliographical and documentary research on the subject.

Chapter II, theoretical framework, describing the background of the research, theoretical bases, as well as the system of variables. Chapter III, methodological framework, which describes the type and design of the research, population, collection technique and instrument, validity, reliability, statistical processing of the data, as well as the procedure to be followed.

To survive, it must either leave the environment of virtual communication or return back to the real world of its natural existence. When analyzing the regularities of civilization development according to the WorldOne program, apocalyptic forecast of mankind's death is possible already in the next 20-30 years. The ruling elites of states do not take this into account and, trying not to change anything in the established system of world economy management, not taking into account the crisis in changing social relations, are busy strengthening their well-being, continuing to assert the myth of existence of democracy in this world. Nature, trying to protect itself, so forms the natural needs of man that the formation of waste in the technosphere becomes an inevitability and limits the time of his life. Resource saving of the technosphere remains the last and only chance to preserve nature on the Earth and to manage the life activity of its population in such a way.

A study of the dynamics of interannual rainfall in Abidjan over the period 1985-2017 revealed an increase in rainfall. The amount of rainfall increased by 4.9%, with an average height of 79.6 mm. The Abidjan airport station shows a break in the time series. Daily rainfall is also high, with 125 days of rainfall >20mm.As for soil loss dynamics, the Gourou basin records a soil loss of 1,429,685.13 tonnes per year. It is more concentrated in the north and centre of the basin. This soil loss essentially contributes to the dynamics of sediment flow in the basin's talweg, particularly in the south. Soil loss has considerable health, environmental and socio-economic consequences.
