In Cameroon, as in other African countries, a demographic trend has emerged since independence, causing populations to migrate to urban areas. In these cities, urbanization is marked by the anarchic occupation of urban space and the proliferation of informal settlements. The result of an industrial revolution with its advantages and disadvantages, characterized by accentuated environmental degradation due to the dumping of waste all around cities, requiring better policy guidance to prevent any risk of pollution. In the light of the above, the aim of this research is to assess the role of waste in Cameroon in asserting the fundamental right to a healthy environment. This issue is part of the global orientation of environmental protection, which is currently crystallizing around the issue of climate change.

In July 2023, the fifth meeting of the Belarus-China Intergovernmental Committee on Cooperation was held, which formed a new model of strategic partnership between the Republic of Belarus and the People's Republic of China and created unique opportunities and mechanisms for deepening practical cooperation across the entire range of areas. The participants of the meeting agreed that the common goal should be a new point of growth in trade turnover of at least 120 percent by 2022. In this regard, several key issues should be emphasized. These are: building up and diversifying trade, systematic accreditation of Belarusian food producers. This is deepening investment cooperation, joint industrial development, technological cooperation in licensed automobile manufacturing, assembly of electric cars, machine tool manufacturing, joint production of medical equipment, development of bio- and digital technologies. According to the results of 2022, Belarus and China reached a record volume of goods turnover - almost six billion dollars. What steps are being taken by the parties to develop these points of growth in 2023? This is the subject of the proposed study.

This research is of utmost importance for the identification of the entrepreneurial competencies of university students and for them to have an idea of which characteristics of the entrepreneurial profile they should develop in order to be successful in the business environment. In recent years there have been several studies on the topics of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial profile and entrepreneurial skills, finding today that higher education institutions are focusing on training professional entrepreneurs to start and develop their own business, Since nowadays the labor market is very competitive and when they finish their professional studies they do not find a job with a paid salary or that meets their expectations, so an alternative is that students develop a business idea and have the skills to undertake it and maintain it for several years, besides being employers and contribute to the social and economic development of their region.

Obesity is emerging as the most serious public health problem of the 21st century. It is a disorder that begins in childhood, flourishes in adulthood, and gives rise to multiple health problems due to the inflammation of adipose tissue that is one of the hallmarks of obesity; its inflammatory phenotype is a central process linking obesity to systemic inflammation, which is critical in metabolic diseases. Molecular and immune factors, together with coadjuvant circumstances and environmental and behavioral triggers, are involved in its pathogenesis. In this text some aspects of innate immunity and lipoinflammation are reviewed because they constitute a very attractive and complex field in this process.

This study is entitled "Analyse de L'action (1893) de Maurice Blondel : Approche thématique et sociocritique", and sets out to investigate human action.The book itself consists of five chapters. The first chapter is a general introduction, providing an overview and the main concepts related to the subject. It examines how human beings are compelled to act in order to sustain their lives. The second chapter is devoted to Blondel's life, his main works and a summary of L'action (1893). The third chapter describes the methodology used to achieve the research objectives, in particular the thematic and sociocritical methods. Chapter four is the backbone of the entire research document. It includes the presentation, analysis and interpretation of the results. It shows how the problem of action is unavoidable, and how Blondel finds the positive solution: living and acting are linked and interdependent. On the other hand, this chapter aims to demonstrate that reflection and action, while not identical, are both intertwined and inextricable.

Import substitution is one of the main areas of work of the Belarusian economy, which is now dynamically developing both at different levels and in a full cycle. It should be recalled that in late December 2022 at the meeting of the Presidium of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus it was noted that in 2023 import substitution will become an even more effective driver of Belarusian industrial production, where special attention will be paid to increasing localization. For reference, we note that two years ago the amount of these products in Belarus amounted to about $27 billion, and already in 2023 the volume of import-substituting products will amount to about $29 billion. This suggests that the import substitution program is going very well. And there are already quite a large number of enterprises in the whole country - in sectors and regions, which are involved in the implementation of import-substitution programs in all areas, from trucks and buses to TV sets, furniture and the simplest consumer goods. What steps are being taken in Belarus in this direction of development of the Belarusian economy? What is relevant in this regard? This is the subject of this proposed study.

This book explores the integration of heterogeneous systems using the XML language, covering the fundamental principles of XML - Extensible Markup Language, presenting its structure, syntax, document classes and namespaces. At the same time, it addresses the practical use of XML for systems integration, discussing the need for standards and the benefits of this approach. The book highlights the relevance of XML as a viable alternative for exchanging data between business systems, overcoming the limitations of traditional EDI systems, addressing requirements, advantages and disadvantages, as well as mapping documents to XML. It thus provides a comprehensive overview of the crucial role XML can play in facilitating efficient communication between diverse systems.

The promotion of reading in hospital environments is a field little explored by academia, but it is a field that has been intervened by reading promoters who go into health centers to make the stay of hospitalized patients and their families less distressing.This book gives testimony of a research on the promotion of reading in hospital environments, how the quality of life increases when one is a reading promoter and chooses the promotion of reading as a life project.

This work presents some reflections on what could be considered trends in the development of health systems management, which have been emerging and establishing themselves in recent decades in response to the political, economic, social and cultural realities resulting from the new theoretical and methodological advances promoted by decision-makers in countries of the Latin American region. The results of research of the character of interaction between heat carrier and dispersed particles are presented. The monograph is intended for scientific and engineering workers of metallurgical and machine-building industry, doctoral, master's and university students.

The progress of the mining works of Canteras Tacarigua C.A. has caused that the topographic base used is outdated, therefore, the terrain is not adequately represented, generating greater uncertainty in the calculations and interpretations made with it, for this reason, it was proposed to develop a topographic base with the use of geodetic satellite positioning system (GPS) and post-processing methods in the center of operations of Canteras Tacarigua, Mar Azul sector, Puerto Cabello municipality, Carabobo state.

The teaching of philosophy among children and young people is the best opportunity for them to realize that their questions about the world are largely shared by others, so that they can move towards them and share with them the sense of belonging to the same community or they can recognize that there are different ways of thinking and positioning themselves in the world, which does not prevent us from living with others who do not have other interpretations of reality.

In May 2023, at the meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dedicated to summarizing the results of socio-economic development of the Belarusian state for the first quarter of the current year, it was noted that the overall situation in the Belarusian economy is stable and the results have a steady positive trend. Macroeconomic balance has been preserved, while the foreign trade surplus for the first three months of this year is about $243 million. The volume of exports of goods and services from Belarus in January-March 2023 amounted to about twelve billion dollars. This is the maximum figure for the last ten years. As for foreign investment, over three billion dollars flowed into the real sector of the Belarusian economy during this period. Belarusian free and special economic zones with preferential business regimes, where 427 residents from 35 countries are already registered, remain the main points of attraction for investments to create modern export-oriented and import-substituting industries and introduce high technologies. What steps are being taken to develop these points of growth in Belarus? This is the subject of the proposed study.

It is a process that is identified as: academic formation around and in the face of opportunities and capacities, or demands and resources. The central elements of the crossroads of HEIs with respect to their institutional past and their mercantile future are presented, but the discussion of the ideological factors that have always accompanied the public university is left out. During their flourishing, the IES maintained a relationship of dependence with the State, to be more precise with the government elites, since the latter, in their eagerness to be included in science and technology programs, sponsored with public funds the innovations that necessarily had to be forged in the academies given the legitimacy that these programs had to have with the social spheres.

Validation of the Perceived Stress Scale in the Cuban context, specifically in students studying Medicine at the University of Medical Sciences of Pinar del Río province. It is an approach from the psychological science to stress as a phenomenon that affects young university students and especially students of medical careers, where demands are usually very high.

Purpose and method of the study: the purpose of this study was to identify the influence of mobile phone use on academic performance in students at a public university of Matamoros, Tam. The design of this study was descriptive. The population consisted of 213 participants of both sexes between 18 and 48 years of age who were in their 3rd to 7th semesters, belonging to one of the 3 careers. An instrument based on the Internet Addiction Test (IAT) by psychology author Kimberly S. Young with 30 Likert scale items was applied to determine the level of addiction to the mobile device and academic performance. Conclusion: the use of the mobile device does not positively or negatively influence the average of the participants. It is striking to know that despite the fact that students at the University use their mobile devices during class hours, their GPAs are not affected.

The state must take responsibility without ignoring the damage caused to the most vulnerable sectors, avoiding their exclusion from society in the struggle for equality. Thus, the most excluded without any kind of help have the possibility of access to justice and to be heard by the State, which must respond for the breach of its obligations, since the State develops a system of exploitation in the sectors of less resources.

The book summarizes the work done on the development of research methods and the creation of experimental facilities for the registration of radioactive particles born in nuclear-radioactive-physical processes. Preparation for the work of installations and their calibration, and conducted research on the study of variation in the intensity of neutron and charged particle fluxes. Tests of installations are carried out, results of the conducted experiments of researches are received. A brief review of the works of various methods of research on precursors is carried out. The obtained data from the created installations are given, the possibility of operative forecast of earthquake occurrence is shown, the possible nuclear reactions in the substance of the earth crust arising from seismic stresses of strata are connected with it. An attempt is made to create an information-measuring complex on the basis of modern technical and software automation for scientific-research works allowing to select the right signals for registration and monitoring.

The main cities of the world face traffic congestion as one of their biggest problems for their operation and development; it is increasingly difficult to move from one place to another. The aim is to determine the degree of future improvement in mobility in an area of high traffic congestion for any city. The research provides a methodology to determine the variation of the Level of Service (LS) from the speed of circulation of vehicles on urban roads in a congested area with the implementation of a congestion fee and was applied to the downtown area of the city of Medellin. The results obtained indicated for the hypothetical charging scenario a 15% increase in the average speed of circulation in the internal roads and a 5% decrease in the average speed for the surrounding ring roads; regarding the NS of the roads, in the internal zone approximately 2.5 km (14%) of roads improve the NS going from a less favorable level of service to a more favorable one, despite this variation, 40% of roads (7.4 km) continue in unfavorable NS (D, E and F).

In this book we design an ergonomic automotive seat, capable of changing driving positions, regulating the temperature of the parts of the seat that are in contact with the body and providing muscle stimulation using the Rood method. The purpose of this is to have a comfort system that will avoid muscular fatigue in long and short periods of driving, preventing muscular atrophy, boredom and consequently reducing accidents caused by tiredness and/or fatigue as well as monetary losses caused by this type of accidents.

This text discusses capitalism in indigenous villages: repercussions for the Baniwa people's fishing, hunting and eating habits. The aim is to present contemporary situations related to technical preferences and industrialized fishing and hunting materials, land management and the consumption of industrialized food in villages. The study was based on the hypothesis that in recent decades, Baniwa communities have faced the strong and inevitable growth and expansion of capitalism associated with the intensification of interethnic relations. Its impacts on traditional ways of subsistence and territorial management are equally strong and growing.

The objective of this work was to know the ecological relationship and the diet of these two species at Kalengera in Lake Kivu, thanks to a method of separating age classes, i.e. fry from each other, juveniles from each other and commercial fish. between them as well as the sexing of more reproductive male fish. Our results of feeding Kalengera proves 70% of the rice flour, 20% of the cakes and 10% of the cow manure and chicken droppings, for the ecology the Clarias gariepinus constitutes the predators of the species of Tilapia niloticus in the coastal areas of Lake Kivu.

It tells three stories of young people who were lovers of solitude, but who gave their lives to the service of a society with much suspicion, each one lived a confinement, a different loneliness that in the end survived in the tune in which each one found their lives. The three had something in common: they did not realize that their lives were written in the hands of an omnipotent being.

The study of population and diet of two species of cormorants (Phalacrocorax lucidus and Phalacrocorax africanus) in the two Basins (Bukavu and Kalehe). Four sites were chosen for data collection in the two basins (MWIRUNGA, MUGERI, MUHUMBA and HAMSAR). The method of observation with the naked eye or using a pair of binoculars was used for the counting of cormorants, the collection of discarded prey for the diet. This study made it possible to count 26,242 cormorants including 17,217 great cormorants (P. lucidus) and 9,025 little cormorants (P. africanus). Great cormorants are the most abundant at Lake Kivu with (65.6%) compared to small cormorants with (34%). The Kalehe Basin is richer in individuals, however the Mwirunga site is numerically the most represented for both species and the Muhumba site occupies the last position. The most consumed prey in these two basins are made up of 78% Haplochromis spp, 15% Limnothrissa miodon, 6% Tilapia niloticus and crabs come in last position with 1%.

Our overall objective was to understand the ecological and feeding relationships between the two cormorant species (Phalacrocorax lucidus and Phalacrocorax africanus) in the muhumba bay in the Bukavu basin of Lake Kivu. Analytical methods were used to analyze and interpret all the data, and conservation techniques using formalin and diluted alcohol were applied in the laboratory of the Centre de Recherche.

Eduardo Arcila Farías (1912-1996) is one of the most important historians of 20th century Venezuela. His extensive work covers the field of literature and the history of the modern (or colonial) period of the South American province. This essay analyzes his social vision from two books: Sudor, cuentos del mar y de la tierra, Mexico, 1941, full of ordinary individuals who lived the transition from the dictatorship of Juan Vicente Gómez and the beginnings of democracy, and Economía colonial de Venezuela, Mexico, 1946, also full of subjects who lived in the province in those colonial times. Both artifacts show the historian Ediardo Arcila Farías in his social yearning for change in a modern Venezuela that was slowly following the onslaught of the twentieth century.
