The present study seeks to recognize the need to open spaces for reflection in couples during their fertilization treatment and arises from the Art Therapy sessions offered to patients at the Human Reproduction Clinic of the University of Valparaiso, as part of the emotional care program for patients. It was analyzed through the qualitative paradigm how a couple undergoing highly complex fertility treatment faces and recognizes their emotions through their creative processes, the contact with the materials and their own reading of the works during 5 sessions of Art Therapy.

Male sexual behavior is a motivated behavior that is controlled by the mesolimbic dopaminergic system. Therefore, this book describes alterations on the expression of male sexual behavior produced by atrazine with doses that are normally exposed to the population in the copulatory behavior model. Proposing the time in which the herbicide can alter it and the possible mechanisms involved.

The analysis of grammar, manuals, dictionaries and different types of materials for language teaching is one of the most neglected aspects among researchers, especially if they are old works. This research work focused on the analysis and review of "Teacher Leadership in Ecuadorian Educational Units". Due to the constant changes that society is undergoing as a result of economic, political and technological advances, there is a need to promote a type of teacher that responds to the needs demanded by society. Teachers of the 21st century achieve educational purposes through collaboration and communication, as long as they are designated according to their profile. The study is approached from the analytical documentary and descriptive bibliographic research. This methodology will allow us to find adequate information in the construction of the theoretical part, as well as the use of sites of reputable scientific publications. After the analysis and review of the theoretical references, it was found that teacher leadership is essential in the performance of the training process. It is concluded after the documentary analysis that teacher leadership is fundamental in the teaching-learning processes in the Educational Units of Ecuador.

This work tries to demonstrate in a practical way how to use harmoniously, on the one hand, so that the professionals of clinical psychology have a powerful tool in family therapy and that serves to improve the work climate of organizations, and on the other hand, organizational psychologists, find new strategies and other innovative alternatives, in improving the work climate, which is not necessarily training, education and training of personnel, if not, resort to other processes such as; emotional salary, family responsible policies, CSR Corporate Social Responsibility or other similar, to "achieve" important changes in the families and in the collaborators that conform and that in turn, are a fundamental part of the companies in this XXI century.

This paper describes the use of pornography in the sexual relationships of young university students and how this use influences the generation of imaginaries, linguistic expressions and behaviors in their sexuality. From their testimonies outlined in in-depth interviews, it is related to the expressions of the content of pornographic material to find its influence. The study describes pornography from its nature as a cultural industry to the sexual behavior of young Ecuadorians and makes a cartography of the access to pornographic content in the city of Quito.

Obesity (Body Mass Index, BMI>30) is a public health problem that is reaching pandemic level, widespread worldwide and, more specifically, in our country and community (Asturias), where we have some of the highest figures in Europe. This increase in the prevalence of obesity is also reflected in pregnant women, increasing the pathology in the obstetric process and with consequences for the newborn. This book develops a project to know the real extent of this problem and its consequences. The universality of the problem and its tendency to increase, as well as the repercussions on the health of women and their offspring, make it a subject of great interest for study, whose conclusions can be useful in clinical practice, being able to modify actions in the prevention and treatment of obesity before and during pregnancy; as well as for research, because there will be gaps in knowledge, and in the teaching field, in the specialties of Obstetrics and Gynecology of nursing and medicine.

Humanism, from our point of view, does not claim to dominate the world, but is the understanding that man has of himself, of the conditions in which he has experienced his existence and which give meaning to his humanity. Being is an energy that unfolds and transcends the materialistic sphere, tending towards its perfect fulfillment. This means that, subjectively speaking, there is nothing human in man that can be refuted as strange and incompatible with his destiny.When one man persuasively seeks to distance another from God, from the idea of death and the afterlife, and thus from immortality, he is effectively denying his capacity to expand towards his destiny. This is precisely what nihilism produced in the 19th century, the consequences of which are still visible in our societies today.Thus, human existence, understood as the starting point towards a perfection of being, must be measured not only against nothingness, but also against being-in-itself. To hope is to fix one's gaze on a profound future, to break down the obstacles of contingency in order to reach an end that is desirable to all and to each individual.

The deplorable security situation in the east of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) continues to sadden us on a daily basis, with the blood of our fellow citizens and compatriots - sisters, brothers, children, fathers and mothers - being spilled as a result of armed conflict for many years, despite all the local, regional and international strategies and solutions proposed. Since 2012, the month of April 04 marking the start of these armed conflicts that have sharply reduced the demography of our beloved nation following the daily slaughter of our compatriots, we have come out of our silence to denounce and express our concern and disappointment at this melancholy situation preventing peace, development and the well-being of this large part of the country and our compatriots. Since 2012, millions of Congolese souls have been lost, while relatives and the country mourn the loss of those who would have contributed to the development of their families and country. Not having the power to give a concrete and immediate solution to this almost eternal slaughter, the author brings his share of solution.

Organic chemistry is the branch of chemistry that studies organic compounds, i.e. carbon compounds (with the exception of a few simple compounds that traditionally come under inorganic chemistry). The publication of this book is the result of research into the importance of the social worker's work in the socio-legal field, identifying the technical-operational tools that support the work of the Social Service in adoption processes. The research was developed to obtain a bachelor's degree in Social Work, carried out in 2022 under the guidance of Professor Marcos Antonio Klazura. In order to carry out this study, it was necessary to describe the historical process involving the institutionalization of children and adolescents, identifying adoption as one of the protective measures for children and adolescents; to present the adoption process in Brazil, which aims to ensure the right to family and community life, reflecting the rights of children and adolescents based on the laws that regulate this protective measure; and finally, to learn about the technical-operational instruments of Social Work in the Judiciary in relation to the adoption process. This work is a political offer to modify or abolish certain provisions of the Constitution of the Democratic Republic of Congo.Indeed, the current Constitution was drawn up after the country's reunification by the former belligerents in that war. And ordinary people in the DRC believe that it contains articles that run counter to the security and sovereignty of the State.Sharing the same opinion, and in view of current political and legal developments, as well as to answer the question of State sovereignty, this work includes a proposal for 65 articles of the Constitution that have been modified, and a dozen deleted.This work comes as a response to a number of concerns, in order to help secure our borders and contribute to the development of this state, the Democratic Congo.

This conceptual paper shows a compilation and analysis of the information on the social determinants of health with the purpose of bringing the theoretical elements that make up its knowledge base closer to students and professionals of the health sciences, to governmental health entities and to the population in general, due to its irrefutable influence on the health of populations. This information is the result of the increase in research on this field of knowledge, which in turn derives from governments' concern for improving the quality of life of their citizens. The book is structured in order to facilitate its reading and comprehension as follows: public health, concept; social dimension and health-disease process; surveillance of social determinants of health; and disability and social determinants of health. The ultimate goal of this compendium is to promote research on the social determinants of health in order to improve health policies.

Following the terrorist attacks, some 375,000 Malians fled the conflict in the north and center of the country. 145,000 people, the majority of them women and children, fled to neighboring countries, mainly Burkina Faso, Niger and Mauritania. Mali's neighboring states, local communities, UN agencies and humanitarian organizations have provided these refugees with vital aid, often under difficult conditions. But these actors are already struggling to meet all their essential needs.The needs of these refugee populations include food security, protection, nutrition, education, healthcare, water, sanitation and hygiene. Interventions must therefore be increased and extended to meet the growing humanitarian needs of refugee women and children following the military operations in Mali.This book is, on the one hand, a sociological analysis of the living conditions of these refugees, from the point of view of the populations themselves, and, on the other hand, peels back the quality of the humanitarian response to the crisis of these vulnerable people.

From the summer of 1944, Japan was intensively bombed. Forty-one Japanese cities were destroyed by bombing. On August 6, 1945, a total of 90,000 to 120,000 Japanese were killed after the first atomic bomb was dropped on Hiroshima. Three days later, on August 9, the second atomic bomb hit Nagasaki. This bomb caused even greater damage. A total of 150,000 to 200,000 people lost their lives. In a radio address (known as Gyokuon-hsa) on August 15, 1945, Hirohito announced acceptance of the terms of the Potsdam Declaration. On the same day, the Japanese government communicated this message to the Allied Powers: "Acting by order and in the name of the Emperor, the Japanese Government and the Japanese Imperial Headquarters, we hereby declare our acceptance of the terms set forth in the declaration issued by the Heads of Government of the United States, China and Great Britain on July 26, 1945, at Potsdam".

This paper attempts to analyze the variations of the unemployment rate in Argentina during the years 2004 to 2015 and its relationship with the economic cycles in that country, which is known as Okun's law. The level of unemployment, besides measuring the number of people out of work, shows the social reality of the countries. Thus, the importance of studying and analyzing how the unemployment rate and the gross product interact.

The aim of this work is to investigate the challenge of the Pedagogical Coordinator: Encounters and Disencounters in Public and Private Education in the municipality of Jequié, detecting the focus of their work, as well as reflecting on the challenges and conflicts faced in their practice that permeate the daily life of this professional in the school community. Knowing that this professional's field of action is very broad, and involves everything from activities related to curricular components, learning and the construction of knowledge, discipline, ethics, assessment, teaching materials to interaction with the community. We will also emphasise the importance of the Pedagogical Coordinator's role, as he or she is the professional responsible for forming and maintaining a cohesive school team, committed and firm in the purpose assumed in the school unit's work proposal.

This anthology of essays dates back to 2007, when I was still studying for my master's degree in translation at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus, and extends to 2012, just when I was at the halfway point of my master's degree in linguistics at the same university. Although I owe all my mastery of my mother tongue to my career as a translator, these four linguistic fields - semiotics, linguistic variation, morphology and pragmatics - have opened new research horizons for me and have guided my professional performance.

The purpose of this book is to present a Local Tourism Development Plan (PDTL), which serves as a basis for tourism management in the district of Puerto Eten, located in the Department of Lambayeque - Peru.The analysis of a set of instruments was carried out, which made it possible to design such a plan based on the guidelines of MINCETUR, focused on the PDTL of the District of Pacasmayo, which is similar to the district of Puerto Eten. The most notable result is the fundamental objectives included in the plan and a series of activities that are planned to be developed.Given the lack of knowledge of municipal tourism management and the contribution of the PDTL, the author's aspiration is that the authorities of the sector have a model plan that contributes to the sustainable development of the district, considering the institutional strengthening and the orientation of its actions to the adequate use of its natural and cultural resources, as well as the inter-institutional cooperation and the participation of the community.
