Regional economic integration is the process of uniting several countries in the same geographical area to create a single economic zone. It is a liberal economic option that favours the economic integration of states through various market rules. An economic integration zone has been considered in several writings as a source of economic growth due to the various effects of free trade.Based on various models of integration, the entire world has been subdivided into several "regional blocs", of which the European Economic Union is a prime example. According to the theory of economic integration developed by Bela Balassa in 1961, the integration process passes through five main stages: The creation of a Free Trade Area (FTA), the establishment of a Customs Union (CU), the creation of a Common Market (CM), the creation of an Economic Union (EU), and the final stage which is the creation of an Economic and Monetary Union (EMU).

Agricultural Water Group The authors belong to a research group dedicated to analyze one of the most important natural resources in agricultural production, water, which comes from different sources used by small farmers in different localities of the Province of Corrientes, Argentina. It is made up of professionals from the agricultural sciences: agronomists and veterinarians, as well as from the chemical sciences. The objective of the group is to evaluate the quality of water for different uses in agricultural and livestock farms, which in most cases belong to what is known as family agriculture, generating a socio-economic and cultural impact.

This is a descriptive cross-sectional study with prospective data collection. Data collection took place between May 02 and August 02, 2022, i.e. 03 months of activity. The study focused on PLHIV on ARV followed up in consultation in the infectious and tropical diseases department of the CHU du Point G. During the study period we recorded a total of 183 patients, 18 of whom were non-adherent to ART. Women represented 66.3% of our respondents, with a sex ratio of 0.50. The 40-50 age group was predominant (33.1%), with an average age of 42.33 ± 11.74. Housewives were the main occupation (37%). Married people accounted for 66.9% of our study, and 81.2% had not received counseling at the time of screening. 94.4% of our patients were on the TLD combination (1 tablet/day). The majority of patients (60.2%) had shared their HIV status with their spouses. Fifty-five patients (30.4%) had reported ARV-related side effects at the start of treatment, and 2.2% felt that ARV drugs were toxic.

I would begin by saying that there is nothing here that has not been said. Infusions of T cells and NK cells (Natural Killer) from peripheral blood are being carried out to treat malignancies. Lymphocytes propagated ex vivo, in normoxia (20% O2), are infused intravenously and must survive the hypoxia associated with venous circulation, bone marrow (5% O2) and the tumor microenvironment (1% O2). The main objective of this study was to determine the proliferative capacity of human T and NK cells in normoxia (20% O2) versus hypoxia (1% O2), for 28 days, using an artificial antigen-presenting cell (aAPC) for clinical grade propagation.

The purpose of this research was to evaluate the sustainability of the drinking water supply system in the Paso Ancho community in the municipality of Estelí. The method used is observational, according to its philosophical approach it is quantitative, cross-sectional and descriptive. The PROPILAS (Water and Sanitation Pilot Project) methodology was used, which gathered information in the field through formats, in order to determine whether the drinking water system is sustainable in the current demand. As a result of the review of the state of the system, it was found that it has been modified, has problems in pipes, storage basin, electrical demand control and difficulties in the water supply to the community due to the lack of continuity of the service, causing dissatisfaction among the users.

The research article addresses the urgent need to prevent bullying in elementary school students through an innovative pedagogical proposal. Focused on the creation of inclusive environments, the study explores educational strategies designed to foster respect and empathy among students. The main objective is to prevent bullying situations by promoting fundamental values from an early age. Through a comprehensive approach, the article seeks to contribute significantly to the construction of safer school environments conducive to the positive development of children in their primary stage. The article highlights different approaches to integrate these strategies into the educational curriculum, as well as the importance of the active participation of teachers, parents and the school community in their implementation. Preliminary results suggest a significant decrease in bullying incidents and an increase in student cohesion and emotional well-being.

Primary inflammatory myopathies comprise three main entities, distinguished according to clinical and immunohistochemical aspects: polymyositis (PM), dermatomyositis (DM) and inclusion myositis (IBM). These three conditions share a common dysimmune inflammatory involvement of striated muscles, and are characterized by a high degree of clinical and evolutionary polymorphism [1] [2]. Diagnosis of idiopathic inflammatory myopathy (IIM) is based on clinical examination, muscle enzymes, electromyography and proximal muscle biopsy [1] [2] [3]. Today, new investigative techniques and biological markers (anatomopathological, immunological, genetic and imaging techniques) have made it possible to refine the initial diagnostic criteria, offering a more precise diagnostic framework. This more specific diagnostic aid concerns not only DM and PM (the two best-known idiopathic inflammatory myopathies), but also overlapping myositis, autoimmune-mediated necrotizing myopathies (AIMN) and inclusion myositis [4].

The main purpose of this book is to establish the impact of the microcredits granted by the Corporation "In the Footsteps of Grameen Bank" on the socioeconomic level and quality of life of 326 small businesswomen and entrepreneurs in marginal urban areas of the city of Loja - Ecuador, 2013 - 2016. This work seeks to develop skills not only at an economic level, but also at an administrative and personal level, where organizations are a key part of such development. Thus, this economic entity is a place where people can develop their potential at a personal and social level. This impact that the company generates in society is only possible through the passion and discipline of the people who, with a clear business vision, contribute to the growth and transformation of the company. In this context, the globalization of the economy and the imminent bilateral treaties make it necessary to search for new mechanisms that facilitate companies to be more competitive and viable in this environment, that is why it is necessary to study and analyze the supply and demand of support services for the development of entrepreneurship as a tool for the development of the region and the country. Under this line of thought it is suggested that individual preferences and certain categories such as social action, are shaped by certain institutional forces that contribute to generate industrial and entrepreneurial development in the regions.

The purpose of this TFM is to respond to an intervention with a psycho-pedagogical approach called: Intervention Model: Methodology of Aptitudinal Vocational Guidance (OVA). It was designed through a three-day study with women in the framework of the armed conflict and ex-combatants of armed groups, who underwent Justice and Peace processes. La Hoya del Río Suárez is a region located between the departments of Boyacá and Santander where sugarcane has been grown for more than 100 years and one of its main productive activities is the production of panela. The people who work there do not have a formal labor relationship; they are paid by the day and do not have social security to guarantee their well-being and that of their families; the process is deficient in terms of training and technology.The start-up of Mieles SAS marks the beginning of a process of business formalization in terms of labor relations and technical support in a largely informal region. Generating a technical, economic, administrative and socio-cultural impact on the organization's stakeholders.Through a transversal descriptive research it was possible to show that the start-up of Mieles S.A.S. has broken paradigms in the region, with the promotion of female labor, the arrival of qualified personnel, generating employment that complies with the provisions of the law.

Burkina Faso is committed to improving the living conditions of its population by 2030 through Axis 4 of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which focuses on the socio-demographic characteristics of Burkinabe households (education, water, sanitation, housing, migration, employment, training). Faced with this structural problem, and in light of microfinance experience around the world, we set ourselves the main objective of analyzing the effects of access to microcredit on household living conditions in Burkina Faso. Using a conditional mixed process model, ordered multinomial logit and instrumental variable estimation, our econometric results indicate that access to microcredit reduces both monetary and multidimensional poverty and income inequality in Burkina Faso. These results therefore indicate that in Burkina Faso, microcredit can serve as a tool for improving household living conditions. The results also indicate that a high level of education reduces poverty and income inequality.

The purpose of this research was to propose the use of the science center as a didactic support tool for the motivation of 2nd year students of the Bolivarian High School "Colinas del Llano" to the study of physics, in the municipality of Barinas, Barinas State. According to its level of depth, it is located in a descriptive research with field design, under the feasible project modality, supported by the quantitative paradigm; with a population of 18 teachers and 177 students and was delimited by a sample of 4 teachers and 26 students of 2nd year section "A". For data collection, two survey-type instruments were designed for teachers and 2nd year students, consisting of closed dichotomous questions with "yes and no" answers for each item on the Licker-type scale. The results of the application of the instruments lead to the conclusion that teachers use traditional didactic support tools such as the classroom and the laboratory for the teaching of their subject; likewise, it was determined that it is feasible to use the Science Center as a didactic support tool.

The treatment of bone defects is an ongoing challenge in traumatology and orthopedics. In order to contribute to the repair of musculoskeletal injuries, bone cements and bone grafts are used. These materials must have specific characteristics and properties.Cement is an acrylic resin prepared from two components which, when mixed, produce a polymerization reaction. They have important functions and can be applied in almost all joints. This is a dynamic compound whose properties will vary over time. Bone grafts are tissues with living donor cells capable of surviving in the recipient organism. It has important biological and mechanical functions related to the number of living cells.Both cements and bone grafts have a high and frequent use in orthopedic surgery and traumatology derived mainly from the multiple benefits they provide to patients in the treatment of various musculoskeletal pathologies.

This paper is a reading of Ludwig Wittgenstein's ideas on language that uses silence as a guiding thread. Our aim is twofold: the first is to identify the forms of silence in the life and work of the Austrian philosopher as an attempt to understand the author and his idiosyncratic style, marked by unsystematic and aphoristic writing; the second is to identify the forms of silence expressed in the learning of school mathematics based on Michael Peters' assertion that there is pedagogical potential in the way the philosopher undertakes his critique. We seek, through an unconventional perspective "shown" by Wittgenstein, to identify the unspoken, show it and unveil the spell through language in the games we play on a daily basis.

The museum has a history that has endured over the years, in its development it allows us to understand part of the history, but also shows how it has been consolidated. There is still much to be improved in this sector, but there are already the bases to understand how it has prevailed and thus be able to propose alternatives for a better development. Although in its beginnings the museum was far from what it is today, its creation provided an important basis for understanding the history of the world we live in. However, this understanding does not necessarily have to be cold, it does not have to be separated from the people who visit it, it is necessary to create a place where both parts interact, in order to develop museums that help to generate awareness from participatory people.

Time is always a good way to shed light on reality. The historicity of things, people and institutions imprints itself on our thoughts and behaviors, so we are able to understand the foundations of the world we live in by looking at it from a temporal perspective. In this short book we look for the meanings of the ways of thinking that have informed Western culture in the construction and sharing of images, representations and judgments about women. We follow paths that take us from classical antiquity to the 1970s and 1980s. Our intention, besides, of course, trying to get to know the fundamental material of this mentality, is to observe its transformation over time, opening up perspectives that can assess, albeit timidly, advances and limitations in the dissolution of stigmas about women in Western history.

Meda began her research career in the field of environmental and cultural rights during her master's degree in Business Law at the State University of Londrina, with Prof. Miguel Etinger de Araujo's excellent classes in the subject of Environment and Sustainable Development, which led me to develop my dissertation on the subject of "Public Policies and the Right to Territory: Recognition of social rights for populations who traditionally occupy nature conservation territories". Under the guidance of Prof. Miguel Araujo, I developed a study on territorialization policies aimed at protecting traditional populations living in conservation units of the integral protection group, through the recognition of the social rights of these peoples, especially the right to territory. This research topic is also relevant to the fields of Anthropology, Sociology, History, Geography and Biology, given its high complexity.
