Through Anthropology and Literature, we try to understand the stories present among the Tembé of Santa Maria do Pará (more specifically from the villages of Jeju and Areal) beyond literary oral narratives, but as identity-political tools that strengthen the struggle for indigenous rights. The Tembé have been forced to live with hundreds of squatter families on their land and suffer the effects of irregular activities by loggers, farmers and businessmen. However, far from resigning themselves to this situation, the Tembé people have been fighting to have their territory cleared and demanding their rights from public bodies and local authorities through their organization AITESAMPA (Associação Indígena dos Tembé de Santa Maria do Pará). With this study, therefore, we intend to deepen our knowledge of historical land disputes, naturalized violence against indigenous people and oral narratives as identity-political tools.

The study of public administration as an object of political science is little studied if compared to other elements of the object of this science, however, as Olvera (2009) explains: "(...) it is necessary to recover public administration in the scientific discussion, both in the governmental task and in the relationship with society, so that the action of public administration can be understood within a democratic system, which is not only observed in the political or more specifically in the electoral, but in the Convergence, (...)".

The collection presents the works of young researchers - students of the Institute of Journalism of the Belarusian State University Irina Vysotskaya, Yulia Demeshko, Polina Dolgopolova, Victoria Puzatko, Polina Sarvilina, Daria Shablinskaya, whose attention is focused on the current trends in the development of the modern advertising market of the Commonwealth of Independent States, Europe and Asia. The relevance of this topic is explained by the fact that in the current conditions advertising becomes an important factor of socio-economic, social and cultural development. It forms a significant part of the economic space, promotes the development of entrepreneurship, competition, market relations - all that is especially important for the socio-economic development of the Republic of Belarus, where various measures are now being taken to create favourable conditions for advertising activities. Systematic study, generalisation and introduction into practice of the best foreign experience in the development of the advertising market is one of the important conditions for the successful formation of Belarusian advertising. The possibilities of using foreign experience in Belarus are discussed in this collective research.

Our work is part of the research program of the "Cryptogamie et de Botanique médicale" laboratory, at the University of Badji Mokhtar-Annaba- Faculty of Medicine; Department of Pharmacy; which is aimed at developing new compounds or active ingredients of therapeutic interest. To this end, we planned to carry out a multicentric ethnobotanical survey to gather information and know-how on the use of date pits of the Deglet Nour variety from Tolga-Biskra. This survey enabled us to identify 19 traditional recipes for the use of date pits, of which the cosmetological use represented by the anti-wrinkle effect is the main one, followed by the antidiabetic and antilithiasic effects. We then proceeded to a botanical study: morphological, histological and a study of the powder of date pits, which led us to define the different constituents of the date seed, including the integuments and the albumen, which occupies almost 90% of the seed. The identification of a number of secondary metabolites has enabled us to assess its richness in polyphenols, alkaloids, saponosides...

Pharmacognosy is considered a branch of pharmacology, it is the science that deals with the study of drugs and medicinal substances of natural, vegetable, microbial and animal origin. It is the pharmacological science that deals with the knowledge of the raw material of biological origin that the pharmacist or the pharmaceutical industry uses for the preparation of drugs under certain pharmaceutical forms. It has evolved along with human thought, responding to vital survival needs. It is the embryonic science of pharmacological sciences, of the rudiments of medicine. It requires knowledge of botany, biology, pharmacodynamics, pharmacology, galenic pharmacy, pharmacokinetics, pharmaceutical technology, toxicology, plant and animal physiology, biochemistry and organic chemistry, mainly; in some way, all disciplines contribute to the knowledge of the effect of natural or synthetic active ingredients on living organisms. The purpose of this pharmacognosy practice manual is to initiate the student in its study and application. Its content is theoretical and written in such a way as to facilitate its comprehension.

Information and communication technologies have brought about profound changes in the means of teaching by incorporating some new ones and changing many of the methods and techniques used until then. The appropriate use of teaching strategies will make it easier to present the information to be learned in an organised way, allowing the student to focus attention and visualise ideas in a coherent, non-linear way, with a sense of the whole and of significant parts. This requires the design and application of strategies that contribute to the achievement of meaningful learning, as well as institutional goals. The teacher must intentionally design and use strategies that stimulate students to construct knowledge in an active and meaningful way. Among these strategies is the digital video, which is a didactic resource that is easy to access and use, where the student and the teacher interact actively, using it as a means of observation, expression, self-learning and help, using it permanently as a support tool for the delivery and study of specific content.

The aim of this book is to analyze the influence of the media on the jury trial in the face of the principle of impartiality of jurors. The study is based on qualitative bibliographical research, carried out using the deductive method. The jury court is responsible for judging intentional crimes against life, which are provided for in the Brazilian Penal Code of 1940. The principle of publicity is valuable for procedural acts, because it offers interested parties and even the general public the chance to monitor and supervise procedural acts so that the judge can adhere to all procedural requirements in his decisions. However, the publicity given by the media to high-profile cases can lead to early judgment and violate the principle of the presumption of innocence. It is in this context that this book sets out to provide theoretical reflections on the influence that the media can have on the jury trial.

Highlights of this scientific book:Biosourced nanocomposite materials have been attracting increasing attention in recent years, making them of interest in biomedical research.Chitosan (CS) is one of the most widely used molecules in these structures, acting as a matrix. Our research has focused on this molecule, and on silver nanoparticles (in particular), as synergistic reinforcers of antibacterial activity. Despite this, we've also talked about other biopolymers and metallic antiseptic agents, and we've discussed the physical and chemical cross-links with the different states of matter, of these bionanocomposite networks. Parts of this book show other uses for bionanocomposites, such as therapeutic products, tissue engineering, food processing and chemical engineering in general.

The expression of a certain degree of selfishness is accepted in any society. Every individual needs a dose and variety of selfish behavior in order to survive in a culture. If not, they are dredged up by it. In a survey of university students in Curitiba, some forms of expression of selfishness were identified, grouped into six categories, ranging from individuals who consider themselves altruistic to those who call themselves selfish. Based on these results, it was possible to correlate the characteristic of this expressiveness with the oral and narcissistic character traits proposed by Body Psychology, and to see how these character traits express their egoistic behaviors.

In Chile and the world there are invasive species that affect both natural and anthropic ecosystems. The American mink (Neovison vison), originally from the United States and Canada, was introduced into Chile in order to develop the fur industry. The failure of this industry led to the release of individuals, their dispersal and establishment. The impacts generated by this species include competition for resources with other native mustelids, predation on native and domestic birds and mammals, and the transmission of zoonotic diseases. This implies that funds must be invested in its control and mitigation due to the high level of damage it is causing. Based on the above, the objective of this work is to determine the damage caused by N. vison on poultry in the rural community of the Los Ríos Region. Specifically, we evaluated the variables associated with the characteristics of poultry ownership that affect the occurrence of mink attacks. In addition, the relationship between the damage caused by this species and other predators was established.

The reconfiguration of the Eurasian world has Russia and China as its main promoters, with the implementation of important mechanisms of association, cooperation and concertation, among which the Shanghai Cooperation Organization stands out as the articulating entity of the regional dynamics. In this context, the development of two important Eurasian projects is fundamental: the Chinese mega-project New Silk Road and the Russian initiative Eurasian Economic Union, promoted by Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin respectively. The degree of concertation reached by both parties at present has put to debate whether these actors can be considered partners or allies, taking into account that history confronts and rivals them in a common area of influence, the present has taught them the gains of coexistence, and the future is full of challenges and uncertainties towards which, moving forward together or separately, will make paths in Eurasia.

In this paper, the concept of loneliness is explored in the works of two great writers of European and Latin American literature, Albert Camus and Ernesto Sábato. This work was developed thanks to a comparative analysis of The Stranger and On Heroes and Tombs where the most relevant aspects that intertwine the two works around different concepts of loneliness are mentioned. Taking into account the heroes of the works as the central axis of the analysis, this work aims to understand loneliness in the prose of these two authors through love, family, spirituality and the poetic images presented in the texts.

The purpose of this work is the design and development of a virtual learning object to support the teaching-learning of the UML language of the learning unit Systems Analysis and Design of the Bachelor's Degree in Administrative Informatics of the University Center UAEM Temascaltepec, which is taught in the fifth semester.With the intention of becoming a support tool and didactic alternative to support the teaching process of the UML language, through TAE tools (Technologies Applied to Teaching), in order to stimulate the interest, motivation and academic performance of students taking the subject, strengthening the conditions for learning it.

The State, in the exercise of its public function, and through its agents, can end up acting (or failing to act) in such a way as to cause damage to other people. The most varied types of activities can cause this damage, such as construction activities, the transport of people, and activities involving the use of electricity. These are common situations that can easily occur. However, they give rise to a duty on the part of the state to indemnify those who have suffered damage. Thus, this work provides a general overview of the concepts of non-contractual civil liability, as well as dealing with the theories of state liability, the assumptions and grounds for its characterisation and, finally, delves into liability arising from omission on the part of the public administration.

Nowadays, everyone is in a hurry and wants everything to be resolved immediately. In contrast to this is the Judiciary, which, more often than not, is extremely slow to resolve situations, whether they are contentious or not. Faced with this circumstance, the phenomenon of the de-judicialization of the law is in vogue, in which notary and registry offices are given certain competencies that would otherwise fall to the Judiciary alone, as is the case, for example, with out-of-court divorce, partition and inventory. Along the same lines, the new Code of Civil Procedure, in article 1.071 (amending the Public Records Law), introduces the extrajudicial procedure for the usucaption of real estate. This book aims to address the phenomenon of de-judicialization with a focus on extrajudicial usucaption brought to light by the current Code of Civil Procedure, presenting the procedure for extrajudicial usucaption (already with the updates brought in by law 13.465/17), its applicability and also giving a retrospective of the institute of usucaption, exposing its requirements, modalities and foundations.

We understand that the challenges of social work in Nicaragua and our America are diverse, leading to a theoretical reflection on social work as a postmodern profession. Referring to the fact that social work, unlike other professional activities, has been characterised since the 19th and 20th centuries.There are many concerns about Nicaraguan social work, and many professionals and students have begun the task of disseminating their experience in order to enrich it with the reflection and contributions of colleagues in Nicaragua and Latin America. Guided to find alternatives for the exercise of the profession supported by the struggles and social and popular interests.

In the context of the information society, the emergence of technologies, devices and digital networks, consensual sex refers to a deliberate, planned and systematic process of searching for information related to the establishment of consensual sexual encounters, which, unlike generation X or Boomers, are not circumscribed to a dominant male identity. Consequently, the aim of this paper is to establish a model for the study of the phenomenon in question. Documentary research was carried out with a non-probabilistic sample selection of sources indexed in leading repositories in Mexico, considering the publication period from 2000 to 2017, as well as the inclusion of keywords. A comparative line of research between the groups of generations and types of Internet users was carried out in order to demonstrate differences and similarities.

In broad terms, the perception of security reflects the differences between the rulers and the ruled at the moment when the media disseminate the State's leadership in crime prevention and the administration of justice. In this sense, the aim of this paper is to establish a model for the study of this phenomenon. Based on a documentary research with a selection of sources indexed in national repositories, considering the period of publication from 1974 to 2017, as well as the inclusion of keywords, the model was specified, but lines of research concerning the search, processing and modelling of information, extending the research to relative deprivation, social anomie or normative deterrence.

The development of micro-implants applied to orthodontics was one of the important advances in therapy at the end of the 20th century.In the middle of the last century, Dr. Per-Ingvar Branemark introduced the concept of "osseointegration" based on the observation that titanium adhered firmly to the bone.Since that time, many researchers and clinicians have tried to develop appliances that allow the concept of absolute anchorage to be incorporated into orthodontic treatment. Kanomi, who in 1997 was the first to publish a system of micro-implants used specifically in orthodontics, stands out.The use of micro-implants has made it possible to solve in a simpler way, some clinical cases that otherwise required more treatment time and greater complexity. On the other hand, they have made it possible to treat patients with insufficient collaboration in the use of extraoral appliances or elastics.

This research arises from the immediate need to organize and have a strict control of all the important information handled in the Unidad Empresarial de Base de Ferrocarriles de Ciego de Avila (UEB FCA) located in the municipality of Morón, with the objective of improving the management of the information related to the internal control of this company, which is of vital importance for it to raise the efficiency and quality of its services. Today, the Cuban economic model is being updated, which has brought with it a process of business improvement, specifically in the transportation branch, in order to improve its main processes and work flows. The processes of contracting, control of electricity consumption, control of magnetic cards, payment of per diem per trip, control of fuel and rail traffic, are the main axis for the proper functioning of the entity, so it is desired to achieve better management and greater control over them by the managers.

This book seeks to analyse the transactional relationship between philosophical and literary language and how the tragic is present in Goethe's German epistolary novel The Sufferings of Young Werther. Firstly, it is essential to understand the trajectory of tragedy within the history of philosophy. In this way, we turn to the Greeks, who were the first to think of tragedy as a necessary element in the formation of man. We follow the trail of tragedy in Aristotle's Poetics, which allows us to come into contact with the primordial elements that the tragic plot possesses. Based on Nietzsche's conceptions, we will look at the nuances that the German writer Goethe uses to characterise one of the greatest characters in romantic literature, the mal du siècle. Werther contemplates to the extreme the duality conceptualised by Nietzsche, the singularity susceptible to suffering, dream and illusion, in other words, the principle of individuation, as well as the principle of annihilation of being, delirium, pleasure in the artistic, ecstasy for the life that emerges from the force of nature.

All public health problems occur daily in society in all areas and ages, health is deteriorating in vulnerable populations, children, adolescents, the elderly, this book is based on knowing the realities of situations that occur in places in the city of Lima, public health problems that occur daily, and that with these recommendations could be given a solution. It is necessary to investigate more to solve health problems.

In this book, the author examines the case of cigarette testers in the context of labor law, providing an illustrative overview of the preservation of the right to health of cigarette testers and the tension that arises between preventive health care and the need to maintain employment. The book also examines the work of cigarette tasters to see whether it is possible to preserve both the right to health and the right to work in the light of fundamental constitutional principles.

Nosocomial infections are responsible for a very high level of morbidity and mortality in healthcare establishments. According to various studies carried out in hospitals in developed countries, 5 to 10% of hospitalised patients acquire a nosocomial infection. According to the various surveys of the prevalence of nosocomial infection carried out in Algeria across the different hospitals. The instantaneous prevalence varied between 3.9% and 15.2%. Among the situations that can be blamed for the transmission of nosocomial infections, the most important are: inadequate hand washing and disinfection; care practices that are not rigorous; environmental contamination (air, water, etc.); poor work organisation; therapeutic pressure (antibiotics, corticosteroids, etc.); failure to comply with protocols and procedures. This manual provides a simple explanation of the rules of hygiene for care staff in health care establishments. It could also be used as a teaching and learning tool for health care providers in different health care establishments.

Vocation comes from the Latin vocari, which means call, call of love. For this reason, I know that the word "formation", in my teaching career, has never been limited to its etymological meaning, which refers to "mould", "framework", "exactness", but rather to its epistemological meaning, as a synonym for the construction of knowledge. So I pursued the long-dreamed of, fought for, important, deserved and enriching title of Master in EDUCATION, certain that I have been a teacher-educator since 2007, by VOCATION!
