The book examines Mali's budget for 2024, a pivotal period characterized by security challenges and the context of a post-transition presidential election. Faced with the threat of sanctions and the need for a new budget, the study adopts a mixed methodology, combining quantitative analysis of budget data with qualitative surveys of key figures, including 22 economic experts and senior civil servants. The results highlight efforts to rationalize public spending, while underlining the crucial importance of mobilizing diaspora resources to support the national economy. This synthesis reveals the complexity of Mali's budgetary choices and their implications for the country's stability and growth. It offers a unique perspective on how Mali can navigate through its current economic and political challenges, while laying the foundations for a prosperous and resilient future. This research not only informs political and economic decision-makers, but also contributes to the academic debate on fiscal management and governance in the context of transition.

The three-dimensional plastic mesh is a modular device that during this research is demonstrated to be employed in a permeable concrete pavement as an affordable option for its reinforcement and to increase its modulus of rupture (MR). The mathematical models elaborated in ANSYS and Solidworks, and the mechanical tests to specimens (15x15x50 cm joists) as well as its implementation in the "La Cúspide" housing development in the city of Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico, confirm this. The Design Thinking methodology was the basis of the whole process for the creation of different innovative proposals until reaching the optimal option. In order to carry out this methodology, it was necessary for the entire team involved in the execution of the project to be in tune with the "designer's way of thinking". Covid-19 caused a crisis in the educational sector due to the measures imposed to prevent and mitigate its spread and impact, therefore, the objective of the article is to express the impact of Covid-19 on educational quality at the Latin American level with focus on Colombia. A systematic literature review was developed, under the guidelines of the PRISMA Declaration, in this sense, the search was carried out in five electronic databases, considering 20 original studies, where the impact of the pandemic was evidenced through the collected findings. at the educational level, such as the educational gap.

Internationally, in the different universities and faculties that include the career of Medicine and other Health Sciences, the teaching of Human Anatomy is based on traditional methods such as the use of theoretical lectures by medical teachers accompanied by descriptive texts, clinical cases and the development of practices through the use of dissection preparations of various topographic regions. However, in recent years, a restructuring of teaching methods has been observed as a result of the decrease in teaching hours, resources and lack of renewal in the opinion of the subject, together with technological development in the area of health. In the present research, we intend to find out the students' perception of the teaching methodology in the subject Human Anatomy and the use of diagnostic images applied to the understanding and integration of the contents as a contribution to learning.

The book arises as a professional contribution to the work of educators, providing ideas on issues of fundamental validity in the present. The teaching-learning process of the 21st century demands teachers capable of being facilitators and guides, capable of implementing skills that demand more conscious human beings, who can discern the information provided today, and who can find solutions and diverse thoughts to the different problems facing society today and in the future. The teacher's work involves guiding and facilitating information so that students are the inquirers, explorers and researchers in and out of the classroom with the ultimate goal of helping to foster critical thinking, collaboration and communication, leading to a more tolerant, critical, diverse and respectful 21st century society.

The present research work gives an account of the cultural elements that have allowed the Embera community of La Italia, municipality of Puerto Asis, department of Putumayo, Colombia, to maintain an ethnicity as belonging to the Embera People.The content of the document allows in a first entry to know the hypothesis that framed the development of the work, wanting to provide a coherent explanation of the cultural parameters used by the Embera, in the case of the community of La Italia, to maintain and recreate their customs, beliefs, traditions, linguistic aspects. The methodology used as well as the tools, both in the literature review phase and in the field work, are also part of this stage. A discussion related to the objective of studies such as the present one is presented: What support can the communities where this type of work is carried out obtain to strengthen themselves and vindicate their difference?

The spread of multidrug-resistant bacteria and their resistance genes is a serious therapeutic challenge in hospitals and also represents a growing problem that has spread to the environment. In this study, a microbiological and molecular investigation was carried out of critical priority bacterial pathogens isolated from rhizospheric soil and agricultural crop plants. The strains detected showed a potential threat of human and animal exposure to critical priority pathogens or their resistance genes, which represents an alarming risk to public health.

Nowadays it is no longer possible to understand trade only as the exchange of goods for goods between different countries; the development of new forms of productive organisation such as global market chains, i.e. the location in various geographical areas of different segments of a single production chain, has given rise to another type of trade such as Intra-Industry Trade (IIC), i.e. trade within the same industry. The work presented below seeks to analyse the competition between the US and China in the Mexican auto parts sector, based on the IIC flows between Mexico and these countries, and thus understand the dynamics that have emerged within this Mexican industry between 2000 and 2013.

One of the main purposes in schooling is to broaden students' inspiration to initiate autonomous learning. The use of technologies in classrooms with which students are combined, such as tablet or smartphone, is one way to achieve this purpose. On the other hand, it has been proven that the inclusion of scenarios supported by games and competition enhances students' active participation. Therefore, the purpose of this work is to determine the influence of the Kahoot tool as a means that stimulates students' autonomous learning based on real experiences. Multiple sclerosis is an autoimmune disease known to affect the central nervous system (CNS), producing demyelination of the axons of neurons, thus altering the normal functioning of nerve transmission. It is considered the main cause of neurological disability in both adults and young people. Its clinical course is unpredictable and its diagnosis is made on the basis of the clinical picture, which usually consists of acute neurological outbreaks that may later remit and in other cases may be progressive until death occurs. Based on this, different types of multiple sclerosis are defined and distinguished. To date, no cure has been found and it remains a challenge for physicians and researchers. In order to achieve a differential diagnosis, the McDonald criteria are used, from the appearance and development of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) techniques as a new means of diagnosis. In this literature review we will analyze the synthesis and development of the drugs most commonly used in the treatment of multiple sclerosis.

The objective of this research was to analyze the ontological and legal status of the conceived child in the Peruvian Civil Code (CCP), in order to provide a basis for the regulation of his or her rights. It had a qualitative approach, basic type, generic grounded theory design. Interview techniques and documentary analysis were used. A structured interview guide was applied to the participants. The results confirmed that it is necessary to modify the CCP by specifying the status of the conceived child and his or her rights. It was concluded that the unborn child is an ontological reality, essentially different from any other type of reality, and that the philosophical concept of person is applicable to it since it acquires intrauterinally the constitutional sufficiency proper to the human being; and that, as a privileged "subject of law", it enjoys in a current, not deferred, manner, personal and patrimonial rights.

The idea came from the winning project of the competition for the Central Urban Park in La Paz, Bolivia, by the Germans Axl Lohrer and Ursula Hoshrein.

This study deals with the levels of knowledge about disaster situations in a group of students of the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Havana. It owes its importance and novelty, essentially, to the fact that in Cuba, few researches have been carried out on this subject and none of these have been with students of our center, which will allow identifying, for the first time, which are the levels of knowledge that this group of students have on this subject. A non-experimental descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out with the aim of identifying the levels of knowledge about disaster situations, as well as identifying the main disaster situations experienced by them, identifying the main sources of information through which they have acquired knowledge and the main psychological consequences triggered by these events. Two questionnaires and a structured individual interview were applied.

The electricity distribution system with increasing energy demand needs to incorporate an automatic control and visualisation system, tools for decision making and problem solving, such as electrical faults in the network. This is achieved with the Arcgis platform that helps in asset statistics and in the planning or dimensioning of new feeders of the electrical network and as a base or support for automatic and monitoring systems such as the ADMS system, for which the present work studies its integration with Arcgis. The input of information of a three-phase radial feeder is shown, with the respective attributes of each element, obtaining real information from the site that was digitised, obtaining statistical data such as km of line, number of transformers, number of users, number of disconnectors, number of luminaires, with the purpose of simulating with real data. Additionally, the integration between Arcgis and ADMS and its different work modules that allow the management of actuators and sensors in real time is studied.

This paper shows that export diversification has a positive impact on economic growth. To achieve this result, we used annual time series data covering the period 1980 to 2014, on which we performed a stationarity test (ADF test). Then we used the Vector Error Correction Model (VEC) following a Co-integration test. The study shows that export diversification is very important in both the short and long term. But we find that export diversification contributes little to Benin's economic growth. This calls on the Beninese government to devise and implement long-term and short-term development strategies and institutional reforms to promote export diversification and bring about economic transformation. We have suggested a number of measures in this direction.

In recent years, the environmental deterioration to which the different natural resources of our environment have been subjected has been evidenced. This, in most situations, can be attributed to the constant development and technological progress in each of the economic sectors involved in the normal dynamics of the countries. As an answer to this problem, by specialists in the matter, the creation of techniques exclusively dedicated to the identification and quantification of such deterioration has arisen; its most visible and used figure at present is denominated under a generic name as "Environmental Impact Assessments", which have been incorporated and converted as one of the fundamental tools that intervene in the normal course of projects, works or activities, thus achieving a compatibility between economic development and the environment.

Proper nutrition promotes overall health and development, the growth of the child's skeleton and teeth, which begin to form as early as foetal life. Hence the importance of proper nutrition for pregnant women. Nutrition is the biological process in which organisms assimilate the food and liquids necessary for the functioning, growth and maintenance of their vital functions. It is also known as the science that studies the relationship between food and health, especially in the determination of a diet. With the present work we intend to provide the reader with the minimum information on the importance of proper nutrition and the repercussions on the oral complex.

It is evident that, over the course of the last decades, human interventions have become the main trigger for transformations of terrestrial ecosystems, more so than natural phenomena (Vitousek, Mooney, Lubchenco & Melillo, 1997). The dynamics of land cover and land use change generate multiple impacts on socioeconomic and environmental systems with important effects on sustainability, food sovereignty, biodiversity, fragility of ecosystems and people to processes of global environmental variation. Variations in land cover and land use correspond to the substitution of one type of cover for another (e.g. deforestation), as well as changes in land management (e.g. agricultural extension), which can produce alterations in the structure and composition of natural ecosystems (Lesschen, Verburg, & Staal, 2015).

Fetal brain maturation is currently an object of study in constant development. In the last decades there have been many advances in this field thanks to fetal ultrasonography, however, many aspects are still to be established. Thus, in this paper we will discuss fetal neurological and auditory development, and the implications of the maternal voice as a source of multimodal stimulation in fetal learning. This work has been possible thanks to the multidisciplinary work of the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Unit of the Hospital Clínico Universitario Virgen de la Arrixaca, directed by Dr. Delgado; by the University of Murcia, with the collaboration of the medical student Celia Marín, and the Physiology teacher Bárbara Bonacasa; and by the teacher of the conservatory "Maestro Jaime López" Bernardo Amor Sánchez.

The spread of multi-resistant bacteria is a challenge that is no longer restricted to hospital environments, but also represents a growing problem involving food safety and environmental integrity. This study investigated bacteria resistant to multiple antimicrobials isolated from vegetables sold in Brazil and Portugal. The genomic characterization of the isolates was carried out by whole genome sequencing and the endophytic lifestyle was evaluated using the common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris) as a model for the study. In this work, we demonstrate that vegetables may represent a possible route for the dissemination of bacteria, including international clones, carrying clinically significant resistance genes for humans and animals, constituting a serious threat to public health.

Managing and running a higher education establishment in the Democratic Republic of Congo is a complex undertaking. Its managerial complexity is due to a number of factors, some of which are mutually contradictory. One of these factors is the disorderly spread of these establishments across almost every sector or local authority (471 at present, plus 264 chiefdoms), all of which are subdivided into 5,908 groupings. The second factor is the fact that all Congolese families are haunted by a spirit of university graduation at any price. Hence the contradiction between parents' desire to educate their children well, on the one hand, and the precariousness of their means, which makes it impossible for them to pay twice the academic fees for their child in the same class (promotion). This puts a lot of pressure on managers.

Impression materials are products used to copy or reproduce in negative the hard and soft tissues of the oral cavity. A review was carried out with the aim of characterising impression materials for stomatological use in terms of composition, properties, handling, dosage and uses. It was concluded that impression materials have been appearing in the field of rehabilitative stomatology according to the need for treatment, that alginates have a varied use, zinquenolic paste is the most dimensionally stable impression material, the main property of waxes is thermoplasticity and one of the best impression materials is silicone, hence the importance of knowing its fundamental characteristics for the training of integral professionals.

Faced with the inexorable advance of globalisation, the neighbourhood stands as one of the last bastions, as a generator of small-scale resistance.Today, the neighbourhood is one of the territorial references of identity belonging where non-virtual and face-to-face interpersonal ties still resist, and raises the possibility of rebuilding a common heritage.This is what an experience in the Los Cisnes neighbourhood in the city of Resistencia shows us, where a group of neighbours, faced with the new forms of urban coexistence that are taking place in the city, decided to give a meaning to living in the neighbourhood.Through research work we will try to get an idea of how they generated an identity and a neighbourhood heritage from their spaces and ways of living.

In this study, 306 Gram-negative bacilli (GNB) strains were isolated from the hospital environment, 74.51% of them enterobacteria. Antibiotic susceptibility testing revealed resistance to various families of antibiotics, in particular ¿-lactam antibiotics, although imipenem, aminoglycosides and fluoroquinolones were remarkably effective. Extended-spectrum beta-lactamase (ESBL) detection tests were used to characterize 114 strains of ESBL-producing Enterobacteriaceae (EBLSE). Analysis of plasmid profiles showed that multi-resistant strains host 1 to 4 plasmids ranging from 1Kb to 170Kb. Conjugation experiments showed co-transfer of gentamicin and cotrimoxazole resistance to plasmids of 10Kb, 20Kb, 125Kb or 165Kb. PCR of transconjugating strains detected the bla CTX-M-1, bla TEM and bla SHV genes, as well as the qnrB genes. This study shows that the hospital environment is contaminated by multi-resistant BGN, particularly EBLSE, and that it can be a potential source of epidemics, prompting recommendations to be made within health facilities.

Currently, the Traceability System shows serious drawbacks in the inventory stages (starting with the sales force, logistics and dispatch). The lack of logistics control makes the company's operations and communication with the different divisions complex, causing bottlenecks in the processes. The need has arisen to optimize the value chain processes through traceability. The implementation of a traceability system in a company is the first step, since it allows tracking throughout the process and in case of a claim, it could be done in an effective and clear way, reaching the source and avoiding the same problem to reappear.
