The stated formulations that give rise to this research have to do, on the one hand, with the asymmetries between the expectations that teachers have when teaching a subject and the poor results obtained by a large number of students entering the first year of the careers taught at the university, and on the other hand, the demystification of reading as a simple linguistic decoding of the text, which considers comprehension as a compensatory training that provides rules and models to students who are behind in the subjects, with remedial workshops, and thus pretending to solve this complex problem. These considerations in the pedagogical practices inside the classroom lead to a reader who remains in the linearity of the superficial structure of the text, as if the text said it all; he cannot perceive the text as different from its content and it is difficult for him to infer information that has no linguistic expression in the text read. Table tennis is a sport characterized by the high speed of play at which it is practiced, by a constant process of decision making that athletes are confronted with and the high levels of technical precision that they must possess, given that it takes place on a playing surface of a reduced area. Tension points and situations that destabilize the athletes are recurrent in the competitions; this situation causes tennis players to commit a high number of unforced errors in the matches. Reflecting on the possible ways to reduce the rate of unforced errors during the development of competitions is a task that should be undertaken by professionals who dedicate their lives to the training of table tennis players. The current research paper presents a methodological proposal that comprehensively covers this acute focus of interest, obtaining statistically significant results.

The present study aimed to describe the level of self-esteem of students of useful vacations of the particular educational institution Alberth Einstein, Huaraz, 2019. The type of study was observational, prospective, cross-sectional and descriptive. The level of research was descriptive and the research design was epidemiological. The population consisted of 367 students from Second to Fifth Grade of Secondary School of the Albert Einstein Private Educational Institution, in the city of Huaraz, enrolled in the Useful Vacation Cycle 2019. The sampling was non-probabilistic, by convenience, so the sample consisted of 300 students who attended and to whom the evaluation instrument was applied. The instrument used was the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale. The result of the study was that the level of self-esteem of the students of the Albert Einstein private educational institution, Huaraz, 2019, is high.

The article considers the results of the study of the state of road traffic accidents in Kazakhstan. Statistical data for the year 2021 are given, the causes of road accidents, the number of injuries, traumas and deaths sustained by the participants of accidents are studied. Official statistical data provided by the World Health Organization, as well as the results of research of leading universities in the United States and Western European countries are given. The author proposes to adopt a state program aimed at: attracting scientific potential to study the causes leading to road accidents; forming the basis and priority direction in the application of preventive measures aimed at reducing the number of road accidents and reducing its dangerous consequences; coordinating the activities of executive bodies, local authorities in the field of ensuring safe road traffic; implementation of a set of measures aimed at the application of preventive measures, which can positively influence the development of the road traffic safety system.

The main purpose of this work is to know the current problems and tax implications faced by businessmen in the use of the outsourcing scheme, since in the search for greater competitiveness and achievement of their objectives they have had to resort to various schemes that allow them to obtain greater economic benefits and permanence in the market, which is why the "Outsourcing" is a figure that has been used in Mexico for more than 40 years by companies of various branches, In turn, with the implementation and current trend of the use of outsourcing, the authorities have made several changes to the tax provisions, this with the purpose of having this scheme more regulated, among some relevant changes have been presented in the areas of Income Tax, Value Added Tax, Tax on the Remuneration of Workers, Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), internal criteria of the SAT (Annex 7).

The Nunca Más Report is part of important tensions and conflicts that coexist in the present. Our interest in problematizing two of its commemorations (its twentieth and thirtieth anniversary) stems from this assumption, as we consider that they can warn us about the continuities, narratives and disputes in force. Likewise, we do not intend to give a final answer, but to open the debate to continue in the near future the investigation of these commemorations together with the problematization of the importance of the Nunca Más. Memory, identity and oblivion are present in the commemorations of the Nunca Más. Considering their approach allows us to shed light on the persistencies and tensions found in the different discourses digitized around them. Likewise, we believe that the differences, discussions and objections around the Nunca Más continue, especially with respect to the Prologue. Showing the approach, reflections and links of the Nunca Más in its commemorations allows us to remember the place they occupy and the importance that the Nunca Más Report had, has and we suppose it will have in Argentina.

The documentary research allowed the discussion of two options of social entrepreneurship: one oriented towards the conservation of nature and the other towards the exploitation of natural resources and the consumerism of public services. Thus, it was possible to anticipate study scenarios in which the analysis related to the local and sustainable would start with: perceptions, beliefs, values, knowledge and skills; which would allow explaining austere or consumerist lifestyles.

The elbow is a joint of great importance at a functional level, fundamental in the execution of most daily activities that require an adequate condition of the upper limb. In Un metalenguaje para El Estadio y la Revolución by Oscar Malca, the explanation of the paragraphs and the language used is made.

The implementation of education policy in Burkina Faso is currently marked by the generalization of the inclusive education (IE) approach, which consists of encouraging the admission and inclusion of children with disabilities (E.S.H.) in ordinary classes. While so-called normal children are received and involved in learning, this is not so obvious for those with disabilities. Hearing-impaired children (E.D.A.), like their peers suffering from other forms of disability, are for the most part victims of exclusion due to poor teaching practices, coupled with the lack or inadequacy of teacher training. In order to measure the contribution of teaching practices in classes for E.D.A. pupils, and their impact on their inclusion in school, we developed and conducted the present study.

This study examines the effects of sustainability-related key figures on strategic decisions in companies. The empirical study and the literature research have shown that the transformation to a sustainable company is essential for its continued existence. Legal regulations and the expectations of stakeholders should be taken into account when setting sustainability targets. Suitable key figures must be defined to measure target achievement in order to present the company's sustainability performance on the market and to enter into dialogue with stakeholders. It also became clear that in times of global crises and ever stricter legal regulations, key figures as a control element of sustainability targets have a significant influence on strategic decisions within the company.

Agrobiological products have considerable potential as plant growth stimulating agents. Bacteria and fungi, mainly the genus Trichoderma and Bacillus respectively, are considered as one of the viable alternatives for tomato cultivation in organic management and vegetative growth promotion. Trichoderma is a genus of fungi that is quite important for human life and the functionality of an ecosystem, decomposer of organic matter, essential in the recirculation of nutrients in the environment. The planting of tomato and other vegetables on roofs allows opportunities and challenges to improve food security and environmental protection. It becomes a powerful educational tool for any age, allows us to expand our knowledge about plants and ecosystems and develop attitudes such as patience and perseverance, fundamental requirements to obtain a quality harvest that will go directly from the rooftop to the kitchen.

Access to natural resources, and even less so their monopoly, is not a given for states: the constant quest for raw materials is a major factor in tensions, and even conflicts, between states.The Sahara issue is a pertinent case in point, given the complexity of the political situation and the entanglement of the players involved.Since the very beginnings of the Sahara conflict, the natural resources that abound in the region have been at the heart of debates on the decolonization of this territory. Indeed, the Western Sahara is one of the Non-Self-Governing Territories which, under Chapter XI of the United Nations Charter, are considered to be " territories whose peoples have not yet attained a full measure of self-government ". Added to this crisis over the international status of the Sahara is the issue of the legality of the exploitation of its natural resources, to which the debate over the exercise of Moroccan sovereignty over the Sahara since 1975 has been grafted.

It is important to implement prevention and control measures to reduce noise exposure, as well as to promote awareness and education about the harmful effects of noise on health and the environment. Noise pollution is a problem that can be addressed with the collaboration of all sectors of society, in order to achieve a better quality of life and a healthier and more sustainable environment.The following chapters are presented in this work: Fundamentals of noise pollution, environmental noise pollution control and a study of environmental noise measurements made with a low-cost electronic device based on Arduino technology (developed by Engineer Edward Mauricio Sanchez Galvis), in 12 strategic points of the central commune of the municipality of Bucaramanga Colombia, which is based on the data of the Environmental Engineer Benjy Larios.

This work was born out of concern for the increase in disappearances and violent acts against minors in the city of Quito. During the course of the investigation, it became intertwined with the existence of a large number of neonatal and foetal bodies accumulated in the freezers of the Forensic Medicine Service, which over the years have been forgotten. The aim of investigating these individuals without identity or real existence is given by the need to delve deeper into these phenomena that make up the spaces of social discomfort to which people prefer to turn their backs, such as death, loss and abandonment, which are disrupted throughout the case study analysed here, showing a different symbolism around the image of death that has already been established. In the same way, this research is structured between the pro-life and pro-abortion debates, as a gap to consider other aspects, both social and ritual, that have been left aside when discussing these issues.

Mexico City is a monster of asphalt and is made up of micro-universes that we can notice if we look closely. One of the main places where these interactions take place is in public spaces, such as parks, sidewalks, streets, alleys, small squares, among others. "The idea of a public space designates a territory of new social life where something like a public opinion can be formed" (Habermas, Jürgen, 1996). The public space undergoes various transformations and is charged with different meanings to become a new territory of new social life. In the following book I exemplify in three different ways the popular resignifications based on the uses that can be given to public space in Mexico City. Duhau-Giglia, 2004, comment that these uses and representations configure an urban order based on their own rules of common use, operative but not written, derived to a great extent from the specific form of production of space.

The geographical position of Brazil and Colombia, their shared border problems and their operational affinity could represent the possibility of regional military cooperation, since they share common interests, such as protecting the Amazon, and both countries lack multi-engine vectors in their air forces that can be complemented through international agreements. This paper analyzes the feasibility of such cooperation, through bibliographical and documentary research and technical-operational analysis, and seeks to verify the possibility and format of bilateral military cooperation between the Colombian Air Force (FAC) and the Brazilian Air Force (FAB), for the protection of the Amazon, using the KC-390 aircraft. The results, based on documentary research and a literature review, point to the viability of bilateral cooperation along the lines of the European Air Transport & Air-to-Air Refueling (Atares) model, in which the Brazilian KC-390 complements the FAC and the Colombian KC-767s increase the training of Brazilian FAB pilots.

The purpose of this research was to analyze food security through three variables: household income level, national food production and imports of main foodstuffs. The period of analysis corresponds to 1990-2014. The work responds to the following question: What is the incidence of income levels, national production and food imports on food security in the period 1990-2014 in Peru? The tentative answer was: that income levels, national production and food imports have a direct impact on food security in the period 1990-2014 in Peru. After the corresponding discussion and analysis, it was concluded that income levels, national production and food imports have a direct and positive impact on food security in Peru during the study period, which implies that Peru has food security due to the relationship mentioned above.

The United States and England had an enormous scientific-technological development since the end of the 19th century thanks, among other things, to their expansion over other countries exploiting their natural and human resources.The governments of our country acquired a policy of submission and surrender to foreigners, leaving us in underdevelopment and backwardness at the expense of the poverty and misery of the Mexican people.

This text represents a small part of a complex problem that encompasses an infinite number of topics, in this case the central theme revolves around the possibility of the origin of drug trafficking and its archetype (the drug trafficker) mainly in Mexico, using data ranging from the early nineteenth century to the twenty-first century. Subsequently, different aspects of what gives shape to narcoculture are presented in a general way through examples ranging from a range of media to all kinds of cultural and artistic expressions to better understand what is called the 'phenomenon' of narcoculture, interpreted by many as a conflict of identity. Finally, we present the elaboration of a visual proposal that involves the use of sculpture as its main medium in relation to metaphors and allegories that use Orwell's text Animal Farm and narcocorridos that express a popular sentiment as their main means of inspiration. Drug trafficking is in a limbo of officialdom and mythology.

Agriculture has always had a strong environmental impact. This has affected soil quality and negative impacts on the environment such as salinization, deforestation, contamination by pesticides and fertilizers among others, which are potential problems that decrease yield and fertility as well as nutrients, that is why this book offers measurable results or data, through technique and methods applied to research. The results obtained are through analysis of methods applied in the field where it is proven that the implementation of conservation works makes it possible to increase macro fauna, improve the texture, structure and capacity to maintain humidity. The dead and live barriers are a good method of soil retention in the use of nutrients that feed the crop. This analysis should make known to professionals of the environment and agroecology the variety in terms of the biological effect that insects present both in forest areas, as well as in selected soil conservation works and the positive impact they have on a given area.

This series of literary stories exploring solid waste and its separation into points is based on the conviction that environmental education, carried out through methodologies of exploration of the immediate environment and contact with it, can generate lifelong learning if it begins in early childhood. This approach is based on three conceptual starting points: firstly, that the learning acquired at this stage will last a lifetime; secondly, that the most appropriate education for this stage is that which favours play, didactics and exploration of the environment; and thirdly, that environmental awareness not only invites us to establish direct contact with nature, but also, in the case of the current situation around us, allows us to teach good practices for sorting the solid waste generated by companies and consumed by us.
