The teaching of rhythmic music in basic education in different Latin American countries is somewhat irregular, because the teaching of music is given in the area of art education, being impossible in some cases because the area teachers are trained only in one of the art forms (Music, Dance, Plastic Arts, Theater), limiting the teaching in the area of their training. However, the method of body percussion BAPNE, allows a practical, dynamic, creative and group teaching, allowing an efficient and recreational musical rhythmic learning, at least this is the perception of the students.

In the monograph at present, the study of small mammal populations in the ecosystem, as well as insufficient attention paid to such species from a scientific point of view, requires in-depth study as an indicator in the study of the state of the environment, not only in Uzbekistan, but in all developed countries. It is known that small mammals actively participate in the food chain in nature and have their own place. Proceeding from this, the monograph is built on the use of modern ecological methods and publication of results in leading scientific publications, discussion and confirmation by leading specialists in the study of ecological features of the population of small mammals of forest ecosystem. The way in which man explains his actions on the planet implies an understanding of his actions towards nature through the adoption of an anthropocentric ethical model, i.e. one that focuses only on the human species. It has to be considered that technology, if used well, is an important ally of man and has improved the lives of millions of people everywhere. However, the insatiable lack of control of economic imperialism relegates the majority of the world's population to extreme poverty and environmental devastation. However, it is necessary to practise environmental ethics that takes into account other forms of life in the same way, be they sentient, biological or systemic, because nature depends on all of us not because we are in it, but because we are it, or rather, an active ethics incorporated into everyday life.

Materials have been with man since the beginning of his existence on Earth. They are solids that we have been able to use not only to make our homes, clothes, means of transport (cars, planes, boats, spacecraft), communication and information, but also to build our industrial equipment and develop our environment (public facilities, roads, bridges, urban planning). The mastery of new materials has led to real revolutions in the history of technology. The great periods of prehistory are defined by the materials mastered: Stone Age, Bronze Age, Iron Age. Today, the number of materials, or at least the number of references, is considerable and constantly increasing. Materials science enables us to design new materials adapted to each new technological application. The design of a new technical object may involve selecting a material from an existing base, or designing a new material best suited to the intended application, and its manufacturing process.

In 2023, the Republic of Belarus has been consistently increasing the volume of exports of goods and services. In nine months, the Belarusian economy received a record export revenue for the last ten years - $31 billion. For reference, it should be noted that in 2022, products from Belarus were supplied to 161 countries for almost $47 billion. The current results have become possible due to many factors and simultaneously operating mechanisms. These are the instruments of state financial and non-financial support. This is also a priority attention to new mechanisms and tools for the development of foreign economic activity, including for increasing exports of goods and services to the countries of the far arc, so that in 2024 the growth of Belarusian exports will increase by almost four billion dollars. Among the measures that will address this task is the organization of exhibitions and expositions Made in Belarus in a wide variety of countries in the Middle East, Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the Commonwealth of Independent States. What measures in this regard are implemented by Belarusian exporters at the multi-vector level? This is the subject of this study.

This research work on Job Stress and its Influence on the Performance of Nursing Personnel Working at the Territorial Military Hospital in the city of Guayaquil, from October 2015 to February 2016, had the objective of determining levels of job stress in nursing personnel and its influence on job performance. The population consisted of 15 nursing graduates and 6 nursing assistants. A descriptive study was carried out. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The results show that 54% of the personnel surveyed were overworked; 73% of the personnel identified that they were understaffed in the internal medicine area, which generates work overload in the few personnel on duty and that they must redouble their efforts to cover these gaps; likewise, 56% of the personnel experienced a low level of concentration, with omissions and forgetfulness in the fulfillment of tasks; 53% showed a lackadaisical treatment of colleagues or patients. It is worth noting that 50% of the personnel show attitudes of lack of motivation and lack of interest in collaborative work.

In the last four decades the development of the microelectronics industry has set the trend in the production of ultra-thin (with nanometric microstructure) and ultra-pure (without impurities or defects) materials that guarantee an increase in the functional efficiency of their parts with the smallest possible volume. The general objective of this work was to synthesize (deposition and annealing) ferroelectric Lead Titanate (PT) films deposited on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrate. The method used was CVD-AA due to the above mentioned. In general in this type of films annealing is a necessary step to obtain the desired Perovskite (ferroelectric) phase. The work includes its respective gravimetric thermal analysis, and its crystallographic and microstructural characterization. Among the results obtained we can mention that the films presented good chemical and structural homogeneity at micrometric level, the phases present in the films corresponded to the desired ones, where the ferroelectric domains were observed.

The objective of the research is to identify the marketing strategies implemented between a foreign franchise and a local coffee business, which allow them to maintain lasting and profitable relationships with their consumers. The research is descriptive, as it involves the description, recording, analysis and interpretation of the current nature and composition of the phenomena that describe the population through the use of relationship marketing. A total of 384 surveys were applied to consumers who regularly attend the Starbucks and Degas Café franchise. The results show that customers consume coffee more than three times a month, they go for the variety of products offered and the customer service. It is concluded that in coffee franchises the services and/or products that are marketed, the new offers, and customer satisfaction are of utmost importance to create a relationship of loyalty to the brand.

The intention of this book was born from a question that was raised in the heart of an assembly of the State Coordinator of Coffee Producers of the State of Oaxaca, Mexico (CEPCO), where they questioned what they called "development", because in television commercials they saw very smiling people; however, what they did know was that they did not see improvements in services, education, health, etc. The understanding was not based on the semantic need for a conceptual-academic definition, or a theoretical adjustment of the contextual reality aimed at explaining a lived reality; the intention was to seek an explanation of what has been achieved as small organized producers, and to seek from otherness to live better with their values, levels and degree of satisfaction in the community and family.To this end, the construction of the conceptualization of development from below was sought, and the families of the coffee producers of the following organizations were included in this process: Productores de café Yucuhiti S.C de RI de CV, and Defensa de la Ecología de Atitlán S.C de R.L; both organic coffee producing organizations, belonging to CEPCO.

The objective of this research is the use of photovoltaic solar energy in the exploitation of groundwater for agricultural purposes in the Motupe-Olmos-La Leche Basin, as a better alternative to the traditional method of pumping water using generators or electric power. The study area, according to the Solar Map of Peru prepared by the National Meteorology and Hydrology Service (SENAMHI) in agreement with the Ministry of Energy and Mines (MEM) has a high availability of daily solar radiation, which ranges between 5.5 and 6.0 Kwh/m2 per day. The National Water Authority (ANA) of the Ministry of Agriculture (MINAG) as of 2014 reports the existence of 4339 groundwater wells in the study area, which includes the towns of Motupe. Evangelicals as a social segment have increasingly sought to insert themselves into politics. The research presented in the book is guided by the ethnographic method, which made it possible to reveal, through the life stories of the interviewees, how some members of the Assembléia de Deus Evangelical Church in the city of São Borja - RS think about decision-making regarding the choice of political representatives. Higher education in Bolivia's public universities is going through a challenging moment of transition in its training models. Analysing the problem, there is a certain relationship between academic performance, promotion rates and the increase in student desertion, caused by different factors, among which the methodology applied in the teaching-learning process stands out. Then there is the overcrowding of students, which is quite negative in contexts of large groups of students, making it difficult to monitor the acquisition of competences. This study will help in the orientation of teachers or future teachers dedicated to teaching in Higher Education institutions, proposing tools and strategies that can be applied in the educational task, in a context of student overpopulation and with the application of ICTs for students of Science and Engineering, for which the subject of Hydrology is analysed as a pilot test, so that the teaching-learning process is more meaningful for the university community.

This work aims to understand stakeholders' perceptions of how environmental awareness can contribute to eliminating waste and expanding actions in favour of the environment, and for practical application, it also aims to solve specific problems, in this case waste and incorrect disposal. Its aim is to verify the important factors for developing a sustainable management system, from the point of view and experience of stakeholders in the public health sector, in order to add value to the organisation. The work was carried out by means of a case study, qualitative and exploratory interviews, and data was collected using a questionnaire addressed to 25 stakeholders. The main findings were that civil servants and users were unaware of the subject and that there was a lack of incentive. In view of the above, it is recommended that standards be established for government bodies to implement a sustainable management system in order to optimise the resources used and raise awareness. To this end, organisations should encourage environmental awareness among the population and keep the environment healthy.

This paper discusses the influence of colonialism on the recognition of Lesbian, Gay, Transgender, Transvestite, Queer and Intersex (LGBTTQI) populations in the Central American country of El Salvador, as well as the forms of resistance carried out by organised groups. Even in a system where the debate on human rights is growing from a perspective of recognising plurality, the guarantee or otherwise of these rights is strongly influenced by the historical formation of the political, social and governmental structures of the post-civil war period, which took place between 1980 and 1992. To analyse the obstacles to the recognition of LGBTTQI populations in El Salvador, as well as the possibilities of resistance and transformation of peripheral identities in a context of reproduction of colonial norms.

This paper aims to analyse one electoral reform in particular: the establishment of electoral thresholds, introduced into the Colombian electoral system in 2003 and reaffirmed in 2009. The threshold is a regulatory provision that prevents access by political parties, political movements and groups of citizens who have not achieved a certain number of votes, i.e. the number of votes required by law, which means that if they do not obtain it, they are not entitled to participate in the distribution of seats, according to the electoral formula in force, in the corporation to which they aspire. It is also known electorally as an electoral barrier, legal barrier, minimum barrier or minimum threshold.

The study of food remains a commitment for those who wish to be fulfilled during their professional career.

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is progressive, neurodegenerative, causes dementia and is currently incurable. There are treatments for AD, but several recent studies have focussed on forms of prevention. Measures such as avoiding risk factors for other diseases, healthy habits and cognitive stimuli can help reduce the incidence of AD. Activities aided by technological devices can contribute to the prevention of this disease, such as logic games in the form of smartphone applications. This paper therefore presents a description of the functionalities of an application project for mobile devices that provides support for AD prevention activities. The app is defined through games and exercises that stimulate the fight against AD risk factors, covering physical and cognitive activities, meditation, social interaction and healthy lifestyle habits. To ensure motivation, greater player interaction and long-term use of the app, the introduction of a proposal to monitor and follow up the user using performance data and gamification could offer a greater chance of success in preventing AD.

An overview of how Brazilian teachers have been teaching Portuguese as an additional language, given the difficulties in finding good and accessible teaching materials, as well as academic training itself, which in Brazil is poorly incentivised. This work had the help of teachers working in the field and its main objective is to encourage even more teachers to invest in and research PLA teaching.
