The accounting profession is important for both business and the state. Professional accountants must be fit and proper persons with the highest level of integrity.Accounting is the main tool for timely and effective control in economic transactions, in the private and public field. The accountant is accountable to society, so his or her actions must always be in accordance with the rules established for the practice of his or her profession. Obtaining his certification empowers him as a guarantor of public faith, which allows him to guarantee that behaviours such as tax evasion and avoidance that affect the country's fiscal policy are minimised. In recent years, there has been evidence of embarrassing scandals involving some public accountants. This calls into question important values such as the integrity, honour, professionalism and ethics of these professionals.These behaviours lead to a review of the quality of education provided in educational institutions. It is urgent to establish mechanisms to strengthen ethical knowledge in order to avoid further cases of corruption.

The main objective we set ourselves was to increase the quality of care and minimise waiting times in the Primary Care Emergency Department (SUAP) and Mobile Teams. The methodology used was a descriptive cross-sectional study on the implementation of this Unit from 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018. The main results were 2288 activations (average 6.11/day) with Priority III alerts 39.10%, Priority II 40.55% and Priority I 4.92%. Resolving 56.58% on site. The purpose of this paper is to present a theoretical review of the most relevant aspects that contribute to a new research perspective oriented towards leadership in teacher education in the digital era for educational organizations. The need to identify and define the characteristics and qualities of a teacher educator leader according to the current digital phenomenon present in Educational Institutions (EI), emphasizing the importance of Information Technology (ICT) using the TPACK model (Technical Pedagogical Content Knowledge) as a distinctive element in training and in the search for leadership competencies. It is concluded that it is important to think and establish the patterns that make the leadership in teacher training within educational organizations to be considered a leader in the technological context.

The influence of the use or not of an adhesive and a self-conditioning resin cement on the bonding of polycrystalline ceramic orthodontic brackets was evaluated, checking: 1) shear strength; 2) areas of adhesion failure; and 3) the presence of cracks. Sixty bovine teeth were divided into 3 groups: 1) experimental group, bonded with RelyX U200 resin cement; 2) experimental group, bonded exclusively with Transbond XT resin; and 3) control group, bonded with adhesive and Transbond XT resin. The lowest statistically significant mean shear bond strength was observed in group 1 (RelyX U200): 2.77 MPa. In the Transbond XT bonding groups (groups 2 and 3), regardless of whether or not adhesive was used, the average values were very similar: 5.82 MPa in group 2 (without adhesive) and 5.73 MPa in group 3 (control with adhesive), with no statistically significant difference. There was no statistically significant difference between the groups when it came to ARI and assessing the presence of cracks after detaching the brackets. The use of adhesive can be dispensed with when using Transbond XT to bond ceramic brackets.

Reading and writing is a slow process that requires commitment and dedication from both the teacher and the child. Learning to read and write is for children to face constant challenges in relation to linguistic knowledge and writing, and this task becomes intricate for all children, in all areas without exception. The general aim of this study is to analyze the importance of reading in the first year of elementary school, to analyze the factors that contribute to the acquisition of reading and writing in the teaching and learning process in the first year of elementary school at the Maria de Sousa Municipal School. The specific objectives are to analyze how reading and writing activities are developed considering pedagogical practices in everyday school life; to know the teachers' methodologies in encouraging students to acquire reading and writing. It is therefore characterized as bibliographical and field research, with an exploratory-descriptive nature and a qualitative approach. A questionnaire with open questions was used to collect the data; the research subjects were 03 (three) teachers from the Maria de Sousa Municipal School.

It is a visual manual on how to perform a cardiac ultrasound for cardiovascular evaluation in domestic canines and felines in a standing position. Many patients who are referred or presented for cardiovascular, respiratory, pre-anesthetic or emergency evaluation require cardiac evaluation with transthoracic ultrasonography which is traditionally performed in the right and left lateral decubitus position. This position, although more comfortable for holding the patient and from which very good cardiological views are obtained, implies in many cases an extra stress for the patient. This situation in patients with ventricular and/or hemodynamic compromise can mean an aggravation of their condition, which in many cases leads to death of the individual. Therefore, it is highly advisable to postpone the evaluation for the sake of our patient's safety.

The dynamics of teaching-learning and evaluation in the subject of applied biochemistry from the perspective of meaningful learning, allows the rupture and combination of the positivist paradigm with the post-positivist, in the university as the governing body of knowledge and trainer in the hard sciences, transcending the curricular mesh of areas of knowledge that cry out for changes adapted to current times, to globalisation, to the access that technology provides, leaving the kidnapping and academic castration, forming competent professionals, critical of their own training, active and not passive of the knowledge of others, ceasing to repeat what the teacher indicates, now moving to a leading role where under the guidelines of the facilitator is able to build their own knowledge, making it of interest for their life and significant in their career as in this case dentistry, hoping that this writing will be of interest to teachers facilitators of knowledge and students in their role of appropriation of knowledge and knowledge for their academic and professional life.

This work presents an initial analysis of part-time employment contracts, which is a modality that is increasingly in use in our country, addressing the national legal system that regulates this issue. In addition, a mainly doctrinal analysis is made of the way in which this form of contracting work has been regulated in other legislations, both in Latin America and in Spain, and its regulation is also presented in the international conventions of the ILO, specifically Convention No. 175, sources of law which in their analysis are linked to national legislation and Nicaraguan jurisprudence, to finally propose the way in which part-time work should be regulated as a mechanism to contribute to the promotion of employment in Nicaragua.

Our study has shown the effect of climatic and soil factors on the chemical composition and biological activities of the medicinal plant Mentha spicata.L. We were chosen from three different regions, El Oued located in the south and characterized by Saharan climate, El Tarf located in the far northeast and characterized by temperate climate, Tébessa located in the northeast and characterized by semi-arid climate. Activities The biological properties of Mentha spicata.L vary depending on the plant part used, the climatic and soil conditions of the plant's growing areas. The results obtained were shown that Mentha spicata.L growing in desert areas with sandy soil contains a higher yield of phenolic compounds. It was also noted from the results obtained that Mentha spicata harvested from El Oued presents the better antioxidant, anti-hemolytic and anti-diabetic activity and Mentha spicata harvested from El Tarf presents better analgesic activity. The antimicrobial activity is different depending on the microbial strains and regions studied.

Aquaculture is the production technique of aquatic organisms (fish, molluscs, crustaceans, algae, etc.) where different production techniques are used, each of which implies a modification of the natural habitat, exposing them to any change, which may affect their health status, decreasing their performance. The handling of fish is a very common practice in any farming system, but this activity can cause some stress in the animals, which means a weakening of their immune system, which can cause massive mortality, representing economic losses to the producer. To try to mitigate this impact, it is very common to use commercial anaesthetics (of natural or synthetic origin) that have a high commercial value. For this reason, alternatives are sought with materials available in the environment that do not represent a high value and are safe both for the organisms and for the person who applies them. For this reason, the present work aims to evaluate the application of different doses using an anaesthetic made from clove (Syzygium aromaticum) to reduce stress in fish.

The work originated from empirical and bibliographical research. It examines violent urban crime in relation to children. From there, it questions the science of comprehensive sociology, understanding its assumptions as positivist, and moves on to what it can contribute as critical education and human rights. Prayer camps are booming with the advent of HIV/AIDS, with Africa becoming the epicentre since its discovery in 1981 in the United States. The inaccessibility of ARVs due to impoverishment, accentuated by conflicts of all kinds, has paved the way for a new type of therapy that is less expensive and very accessible: miraculous healings in the Name of Jesus. This therapy, which defies science, led us to ask the following question: do the knowledge and practices of prayer camp staff contribute to the fight against HIV/AIDS?We set out to conduct a descriptive cross-sectional study, the general aim of which was to investigate the knowledge, attitudes and practices of prayer camp staff in the Aboisso Department in relation to HIV/AIDS. The study was based on a random selection of 10 prayer camps out of a total of 15 identified. The DE LAROCHE sampling method was used and the sample consisted of 100 staff members.

Intestinal infection is one of the most frequent pathologies in the pre-school paediatric population; among the causal agents are parasites, which, due to their high degree of contagiousness, constitute a significant public health problem worldwide. The aim of this study was to describe intestinal infection by Giardia lamblia in this age group, using the tools of the case study and qualitative methods of analysis. A structured interview was conducted using the closed-ended survey model, investigating hygiene habits, dietary habits, socio-demographic level, and history of breastfeeding, which were related to the presence of signs and symptoms of disease and their comparison with empirical references in the current medical literature.

Reducing food waste in public and private schools is an instrument for implementing sustainable and healthy school meals. The National School Feeding Program (PNAE) is a government policy that provides school meals and proposes the use of EAN (Food and Nutrition Education). It is aimed at students at all stages of basic education, secondary education and youth and adult education. Through managers and councils, it regulates the transfer of resources and benefits to schools across the country. Therefore, this project aims to intervene in strengthening the proposals of the PNAE, employing the full use of Unconventional Parts of Conventional Foods, aiming to reduce food waste in school kitchens and canteens, training food handlers and raising awareness of the sustainable use of financial resources directed to school meals. Using the tool of sustainable food as a transformative action in building a conscious and valued society.

It is no secret that in our society there is the unfortunate phenomenon of juvenile delinquency, and although the total number of these is insignificant in relation to the crimes committed by adults, it is evident that the system of citizen security that prevails in our country gives it an exaggerated attention which explains its excessive exposure in the media, but it is still a relevant phenomenon for the litigants of the penal system when the accused has sanctions to his credit as a minor.

For the mother, the hospitalisation of a child, regardless of the reason for hospitalisation, has a threatening meaning for the child's physical and emotional integrity, which produces various feelings such as: anguish, guilt, fear, disbelief, anger. Illness and hospitalisation constitute vital crises for children and also for the family; their dynamics are altered as well as their roles, and readjustments are necessary to achieve equilibrium. The crisis occurs when a habitual and familiar situation collapses, what is considered "normal" is disorganised and a feeling of being adrift, of uncertainty and bewilderment ensues. Given the diversity of clinical cases seen in the institution as well as the social, cultural and educational diversity of the families, it is necessary to know the concerns and uncertainties surrounding the child's life in order to understand the emotional strategies for coping with the hospitalisation of a child.
