Body comes from the Latin Corpus and Caecus means blind in Latin. Corpus Caecus would then translate "blind body", but this combination of words in this order corresponds in Latin to "to return". I gave this title to this research because in making the historical review of the changes that human perception has undergone, I found that the gaze has deteriorated, as has the magic of images and the notion of the body as something sacred and harmonious, which made the construction of the world very distant from what it is today. How is it possible that there was magic and we have lost it? I began to ask myself how I could recover something of that which has been forgotten and I recognised the importance of going back to the events of the past and gathering elements to rethink and re-signify my own relationship with the body and with the image. What was the body for others, and what did they see in images before? What is the body today? And what do we see? These questions are the basis of the artistic production that complements this research.

This book provides some answers to the question of why farmers operating under obvious financial constraints are unwilling to take out institutional credit. It explores the characteristics of farmers and their farms, the economic portfolio of farm households, institutional factors, the characteristics of financial products and the perception of risk that determine the demand for credit from these actors. Age, household size, distance from bank branches, collateral requirements and application processing time were found to reduce the likelihood of applying for credit, while livestock rearing, savings, higher monthly income and credit history improved it. Access to an alternative source of financing, improved repayment times and financial education improve the probability of borrowing, while increased financing needs improve it.

The study of artists' personalities as projected in their work is in itself complex because it involves delving into their unconscious world. Although the aim is to detect projective elements of their unconscious world through the qualitative analysis of their creations, as well as their writings and interviews, it cannot be taken for granted that it is a definitive interpretation, even if it is in the field of psychoanalysis: art, as one of the means of expression of the depths of the human being, constitutes a resource for personal knowledge and the continuous strengthening of the artist's identity. Therefore, the study of the artists' personality projected in their work represents in itself a complexity because it implies entering into the unconscious world of the artists. The present work was developed from general inferences to the analysis of particular cases, with a series of cases: three female students graduated from the Bachelor's Degree in Plastic Arts of the School of Plastic Arts "Prof. Rubén Herrera" of the Autonomous University of Coahuila, specifically on the personal material poured and their works.

This book is aimed at teachers and parents as a pedagogical support for the development and implementation of strategies to strengthen the management of emotions in pre-school children inside and outside the classroom. It will also serve as a guide, providing activities to promote proper management of emotions, strengthening parenting guidelines, with the help of positive discipline. For this we must know some basic concepts such as positive discipline and parenting guidelines, both concepts are vital to promote proper emotional management, allowing children to develop correctly and if necessary to cope with various situations. Emotional intelligence is also the ability to recognise our own feelings and those of others, to motivate ourselves and to manage emotions well, in ourselves and in our relationships with others. In the first years of life, it is essential to manage emotions well, as this will allow for good development and the acquisition of appropriate behaviour in each of their activities.

The lack of a culture and a doctrinal-theoretical basis in Cuba to promote an ascending and penetrating cooperativism in its society, has given rise to these reflections, whose objective is to promote, at least, an instrument where people can consult concepts and definitions to gain practical knowledge from a legal, administrative, economic and social perspective, established in the regulations of its current legislation, which will facilitate their efforts to start, create and manage their own cooperative, or simply collaborate as an advisor.We reflect on a number of essential and obligatory subjects where concepts and criteria are delimited in order to achieve a reasoned identity that does not distort these types of solidarity and democratic societies from their formation, constitution and the social responsibility that they have to fulfil both internally and externally, pillars that we must know how to harmonise ingeniously in their Statutes in order to consolidate their future in our economy as a variant in the positive resizing of the Cuban economic model.

The search for a Peruvian identity is the common thread running through this work. In the light of the numerous identity claims in the face of globalisation, the author considers that the search for the self, as well as the attempt to assume a culture strong enough to allow integration into modern life, is a key theme for the study of what is happening today in countries such as Peru. The author also attempts to situate the work of Peruvian writers José María Arguedas and Mario Vargas Llosa within the search for an identity in Peru. The idea for the book came from reading an essay that the latter wrote about the former, entitled La utopía arcaica: José María Arguedas o las ficciones del indigenismo, in which Vargas Llosa tries to show that Arguedas' work is an attempt to rescue a vision of Andean culture that only existed in his memory.

The law comes from sources other than the state, however it is valid, effective, whether or not it is accepted or recognised by the state, it has legal validity in its place of origin, fulfilling the primary function of appeasing social conflict, offering practical and necessary solutions to achieve and concretise what is understood to be justice. When these norms are applied to a concrete case, the significant mismatch between the law and the justice offered by the state, through the judiciary, is reflected. Legal monism promotes inequality and injustice, because the law enforcer is unaware of the social environment from which the conflict in question arises and also because of its positivist legal training. It is not a question of having a court of the woods, but of cooperating with the positive law of the State, in the objective of enforcing justice, according to the yearning and the social changes that constantly occur in society, this according to what can be called "the yearning for justice", because this understanding is not far from the theoretical and practical understanding.

The processes involved in assessment in clinical psychology are diverse and complex. Clinical assessment plays an important role in what has been called the Health-Disease process, especially in relation to mental health. The training of professionals in this area of health must be considered in a comprehensive and dynamic way, taking into account the social environments in which the people who request psychological consultation are immersed. One of the professional competences is assessment, which leads to another vital process in clinical practice: therapeutic intervention. Ethical aspects must always govern the behaviour, attitudes and values of the psychological discipline and of professionals in training and under the supervision of their clinical work and their own personal processes of personal psychotherapy.

In the need and sometimes foolishness to understand the other, this book highlights in its first part several elements to identify those nuances that surround the interaction in a classroom, where one of the students has ASD, taking the other as the person with this disorder and the other as the groupmate, in order to provide some interpretation that allows the reader to identify some of the multiple factors that surround the interaction in the classroom and that make it peculiar under these same. The second section, on the other hand, has the support of having arisen from concerns after the analysis of the information contained in the thesis of the first section, based on the proposal to talk about the singularities of each case of ASD, rather than the disorder itself, which was of great impact in the applied context, so it is shown as a viable proposal.

And it does not specify which are the real elements of conviction that I consider important, to frame the criminal type.

Works of art are rooted in our culture and are capable of producing different resonances. In these works, different aspects of interpretation are developed, aimed at three specific axes: the aesthetic, the ethical and the political.art produces images that install a conflictive dimension. A dimension that often infiltrates and we do not perceive it in our daily lives. It crosses centuries and maintains its capacity to irradiate formative components of discourse and behaviour; these irradiations are part of the activity of the works themselves, even when the artists are not fully aware of them. They mark bodies, behaviours and relationships between people, because they constitute the founding forms of the visual discourses that have shaped our contemporary culture. Art has functions that have provoked an infinite number of theoretical developments, but these have neglected how formal questions are constituted as the background of a complex device. This ethical, aesthetic and political content, which exceeds superficial readings, are the underlying layers of the behaviours endorsed and sustained.

Data analytics for the improvement of control by overspeed alert in the monitoring management center in SUTRAN Lima. Analyzing all data in real time, historical, structured, unstructured, qualitative leads to perform a data analytics in the monitoring management center for it in this report was to apply these tools to the data to improve the control of the activity developed by speeding alerts detected by the Fleet Monitoring Control System to transport vehicles of passengers and goods authorized by the Ministry of Transport circulating in the national roads of the Peruvian territory. The information used was obtained from previous years' files by the Supervisor of the monitoring management center and in coordination with the area's operating colleagues.

These substances are toxic, have varying degrees of persistence and mobility in the environment and have potential cytotoxic, genotoxic or carcinogenic, mutagenic and teratogenic activities.

The purpose of this case law commentary is to elucidate the legal status that foreigners have in Chile when exercising the rights that arise from their legal nature, taking into account the migratory status that they have in the State. In accordance with the legal regulations in force, to indicate how the provision of article 76 of Decree-Law No. 1.094 of 1975 violates human rights and the relationship between the migratory status of a foreigner and the capacity to enter into a marriage contract before the Civil Registry Service officer. It is necessary to point out that, in the administrative interpretation of this rule, it seems to limit its exercise. The conflict that it generates, consequently, with the Political Constitution of the Republic is relevant, in terms of the jurisdictional recognition of the equal exercise of rights in Chile.

If we start from a broad concept of sport and an integral conception of the subject, we find that the former represents and contains a dynamic conducive to societal play in which the subject is the main actor. First of all, it should be emphasised that sport in the contemporary world admits at least two types of denominations that encompass its deployment and impact. 1. individual action practice; 2. cultural social phenomenon. Both respond, it must be admitted, to the functionality produced by modernity, but which should not remain in it as a temporality, perhaps already surpassed by what is now called hypermodernity or late modernity. Hence the importance of studying it scientifically, which makes it an object of study for the main universities and teaching and research institutes in the world. This paper is one more of the many that are written about sport, with the difference that it is one of the few that deal with it as a phenomenon and its vertiginous advance towards social structure and institution.

For many, Paulo Freire may be an unknown pedagogue. Perhaps he is also a revolutionary in pedagogy. For those who have not read him, it may be interesting to do so because he provides an answer to the pedagogical orphanage that we suffer in education in terms of human sensitivity. Technicality and competitiveness are the order of the day, in schools, universities, at work, in sport, in family life, in a word in the whole social structure. It is very difficult to find a pedagogical sensitivity that would make us more respectful of the knowledge that everyone carries, whatever their condition. Knowledge is nobody's possession, it is there to be discovered and shared. Wisdom should not be for sale, like so many other things, someone will say. I can say that I experienced the tenderness of knowledge with Professor Paulo Freire.

A memorable geography is not one that is tied to mere compendium texts - much less to generalizing perspectives that ignore the particularities, individualities and singularities of different spaces and places. As I see it, the geographical memory of individuals and social groups cannot be neglected, but must incorporate a strong personal point of view". Following this premise, we understand that a geography committed to universalizing aspects that encompass society as a whole, excluding the particular universes of individuals and social groups, cannot account for a genuinely human and personal geography, forged by each informal geographer in their lived world. Following in this direction, memorable geographies would be those forged through autonomous thinking. A way of thinking that focuses on the human being in the midst of their geographic memories introjected into their lived universe.

Education is the tool and the means that every being has for the socialisation of recognising that he or she is not alone in this world and the humanisation through knowledge and respect for others with the aim of generating humanising communities. This book is an analysis of the selection process of a multinational technology company. A Reality Show was proposed for this selection process as a way of achieving greater engagement for the following years. The videos resulting from this reality show were used as a corporate communication and marketing strategy. The analysis sought to answer some questions about the effectiveness of this format in the selection process, as well as the positive and negative points, in addition to the project's capacity for "viralization" and engagement. We compared the clinical and radiographic results and complication rates of reinserting the labrum at the anterior glenoid edge with metal and polyester anchors in anterior shoulder instability.An observational study carried out between 2014 and 2018 evaluating 62 patients undergoing arthroscopic treatment for recurrent shoulder dislocation. The patients were divided into 2 groups in which fabric or metal anchors were used. Functional and radiographic evaluations were carried out and compared.The use of metal or polyester anchors proved to be safe with a correct technique, with a high success rate and low complication rate. There were no clinical or radiographic differences between the two methods, although there was a greater possibility of complications related to metal anchors.

Monetics, the electronic means of payment through its digital currency resulting from the third industrial revolution "the ICT era", combining the bank card and the wallet, is an innovative means of payment marred by multiple problems linked to its handling. An audit of electronic banking operations in the Ivorian banking sector is needed to identify the various problems associated with the handling of this currency, which will enable us to come up with attempted solutions to these problems.

It seeks to analyse what teachers think, how they act in the context of the academy, how management is understood and worked, but also, and fundamentally, the students' perspective; that is, the image they have of the teacher trainer and the process they have experienced during their time at the teacher training college. Observation, interviews and the analysis of documents of research relevance have been fundamental to find empirical material that can be analysed and supported from a critical stance, which surely makes the teachers uncomfortable, but self-analysis is needed to find the meanings of their own work and the influence exerted on the students.

The Antinaco-Los Colorados Valley is the most productive region in the province of La Rioja; the expansion of agricultural activities in combination with population growth are the imminent causes of the deterioration of natural ecosystems in the region; however, there is a lack of knowledge about the deterioration of vegetation and the desertification process in the Antinaco-Los Colorados Valley. The lack of knowledge about the degree of degradation, the main causes and the absence of environmental evaluations prevent the development of the management and administration of natural resources with perspectives for a sustainable development of the region. This paper evaluates the degradation of vegetation due to firewood extraction in the northern part of the Valley, using the Normalised Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) analysis.

The aim of our study was to manufacture low-cost membranes. In the first part of this work, the results indicated that the addition of natural apatite to alumina to synthesize low-cost membrane supports enabled us to slightly reduce the sintering temperature. The low mechanical strength and high sintering temperature appear to be due to differences in properties between the two materials. Thus, the combination of alpha-alumina with apatite, which is a low-firing temperature material, remains difficult without the addition of other agents as sintering aids. The second part of this work is devoted to the manufacture of less expensive ceramic membranes based on natural apatite. The study of different formulations between apatite, alumina and metakaolin has shown that supports prepared from an apatite-metakaolin mixture, and sintered at 950°C present a good compromise between mechanical strength and porosity. Mesoporous membranes obtained by depositing a layer of titanium oxide on the prepared supports showed high dye retention rates.
