This paper focuses on the study of the current Federal Tax Sharing system in Argentina, demonstrating that it is in urgent need of modification, and allows for an equitable and supportive distribution of resources to all provinces. The relationship between the expenses faced by the provinces and their financing is inequitable, due to the fact that the decentralisation of expenses is not consistent with the centralisation of the national government's tax powers, which affects fiscal federalism and regional economies. The lack of unification of long-term fiscal objectives between the nation, provinces and CABA, as well as regional economic and political interests, are reasons for the problems.

Glyphosate (N-phosphonomethylglycine) is the most commonly used herbicide worldwide and in Algeria. Knowledge of the bacteria capable of degrading it is of great interest. Thus, in this study, thirty bacterial strains were isolated, by enrichment cultures, from three soils in the Mostaganem region treated with different herbicides (Glyphosate, Metribuzin and Linuron).These bacterial isolates showed high growth levels in the presence of glyphosate as the sole carbon source, so they were used for optimization studies of abiotic parameters for efficient glyphosate degradation. Twelve strains showed better growth results in a minimal medium containing 1 to 4g/l glyphosate for 48 to 120 hours of incubation, supplemented with glucose (1g/l). These strains were able to tolerate temperatures of up to 45°C, an initial pH (from 5 to 10) and NaCl levels of up to 5%. The twelve strains selected belonged to the Pseudomonadaceaethe Aeromonadaceaefamily Chromobacteriaceae the Rhizobiaceae and the Vibrionaceae.

This book presents the results of an empirical study carried out on the Moroccan practice of long-term financial decisions. Covering an analysis period of 9 years (2000-2008), we collected the financial characteristics of 59 non-financial companies listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange. Thirty-one variables were composed from the data collected. Fifteen of these relate to investment behavior. The remaining sixteen variables relate to financing attitudes. On average, 319 observations per investment and financing behavior variable were calculated. The thirty-one variables were equalized according to eight study points, divided equally between investment and financing.

This book has been created with the objective of facilitating adequate parental competencies for the development of a positive education with their children. To this end, it proposes a series of activities aimed at all members of a family where self-esteem, conflict resolution, basic care of emotional intelligence and active listening through methodologies based on active participation are worked on.

Côte d'Ivoire's municipal and regional elections, scheduled for October and November 2023, were rushed through following a decree issued by the Ivorian head of government, authorizing electoral contests for the date of September 02 of the same year. Several political parties were competing in these elections, including the PDCI, the PPA-CI, the RHDP and several independent candidates. However, turnout for the municipal and regional elections was 36% and 44% respectively. These local elections, which were more or less marred by irregularities, are said to have been dominated by the ruling party. The RHDP won 123 mayoral seats and 25 regional councillors. On the other hand, the PPA-CI, whose members had been absent from the political scene for some ten years and who were making an imminent comeback, appear to be the biggest losers in these local elections. As for the PDCI, despite the death of President Bédié, it was able to honour the title of Côte d'Ivoire's oldest political party with the seats it won. In short, local elections are due to be held again in 4 municipalities before the end of 2023.

Politics is a complex field and understanding it requires in-depth hermeneutic analysis, linking actions and reflections from various empirical and epistemological strands, because nothing in this space can be taken as palpable, much less as naive; every situation presented and kept under constant discussion has deeper, darker and, more often than not, more obscure objectives. The concept of race is no different and, when we look at history, we realize that the term arose at the height of the discussion about the end of the slave regime, driven by the occurrence of the 2nd Industrial Revolution (19th century). This already makes it clear that all the heated discussion about the equality of human beings had nothing to do with feelings of value, but rather with economic interests that were being hindered by the permanence of a regime that kept the majority of workers crushed by misery, since they did not receive any money for their work.

The flora, vegetation and fauna of the Palmar de Romero, an area of palms of the Copernicia genus, which together with other species of the flora form the physiognomy of a very peculiar plant formation: savannah with palms, is studied. A varied fauna is associated with this habitat.In the study of the flora, the floristic list is used by the transect method. The vegetation is studied using the method of square plots, with five randomly selected plots. The fauna is evaluated by means of a faunal inventory.The flora is characterized by the presence of three species of the genus Copernicia, of which C. gigas was the numerical dominant and its accompanying flora. The vegetation is characteristic of savanna with palms. On the other hand, the fauna is very rich with 200 species, of which 127 are birds, with 10 endemic species. There are endangered species such as Psittacara euops.The valuable biological resources it treasures make it an area of national significance for the conservation of Cuba's coastal biodiversity.

In them I share experiences, memories, learning, positive and negative experiences that have made me grow internally during these long 15 years. With this title >we would like to analyze the scope, strengths and weaknesses of decentralization and territorial division as advocated by the February 18, 2006 constitution, with a view to raising other effective means for its success in the DRC.According to current observations made at first sight, the strength of decentralization and territorial division is to bring the administration closer to the citizen; the weaknesses of decentralization and territorial division as advocated by the constitution of February 18, 2006 are insofar as it is based on the transformation of former districts into provinces.From a negative point of view, decentralization is likely to increase inequalities between the poorest and richest provinces; from a positive point of view, decentralization evokes the need and concern to ensure that every inhabitant benefits from improved living conditions.

Healthcare-associated infections remain a public health problem worldwide, including in France. Healthcare and medical-social establishments are breeding grounds for epidemics linked to these infections. Internal reporting is a beneficial approach to infection control and epidemic risk management. However, it is not always easy for healthcare professionals to adhere to this approach. The aim of this study is to assess the extent to which healthcare professionals in the Haut Val de Sèvre and Mellois hospital and medico-social group adhere to internal reporting of healthcare-associated infections at epidemic risk. It is a cross-sectional study based on a self-questionnaire.

The performance of the works that constitute the Italian bel canto tradition during the 18th and 19th centuries was based on methodical and rigorous vocal training that extended over several years. Students and singing teachers had to perfect a varied typology of well-defined vocal skills before entering into the study of operas and concert works. Manuel Garcia and Francesco Lamperti initiated two of the most famous singing schools. The treatises they wrote marked the beginning of a series of texts that sought to collect and systematize the knowledge of their predecessors. Knowledge of their pedagogical ideas and the organization of the work of vocal training can be of great use in reviewing the method of study of singing students in order to face their vocal preparation for the interpretation of the works written in this period.

Since the dawn of history, man has adapted to and modified his environment. With the development of the industrial era, the consequences of these modifications have accelerated to such an extent that today the climate system has been altered. We are now faced with anthropogenic global warming, and despite attempts to mitigate it through the adoption and ratification of the Kyoto Protocol, we are still a long way from achieving the targets we set ourselves. These phenomena can be slow, imperceptible on a human scale, but some episodes can manifest themselves more locally and more significantly. Their effects can be directly felt by populations, who will necessarily have to adapt to the new environmental state. But how have farming communities responded to environmental and climatic change?

Cardiovascular diseases account for 40% of premature deaths and are the most frequent medical emergency due to the high prevalence of recognized risk factors; every two seconds there is a death due to cardiovascular disease in the world, every five seconds a myocardial infarction and every six seconds a stroke. Prevention is the fundamental scenario since the modification of risk factors can reduce cardiovascular events and premature death, both in people with established cardiovascular disease and in those at high cardiovascular risk with the objective of: to determine the influence of an educational program on cardiovascular risk factors in young adults. A quasi-experimental study was carried out with 29 young adults classified as at risk of CVD.

Entertainment can be used to promote health. This book discusses a type of entertainment that revolves around three characters: the negative character, the transitional character and the positive character. This strategy is particularly effective in a context where health-related programs and publications do not attract the attention of the public. In fact, they follow a linear pattern based on the behaviorist stimulus-recitation principle. Faced with this situation of virtual indifference on the part of the target population, the author proposes entertainment as an approach likely to bring about behavioral change in individuals.

Accounting information systems are the basis of the decision making process in organizations of any business line, industrial, commercial and services. In addition to recording all transactions, they generate a database that allows decision making and thus to establish competitive advantages. Every professional in the economic-administrative areas should have enough basis to design and use accounting systems for a better performance in their professional life. This text is the accumulation of experiences of the academic author of this work.

The land sector, like any other, requires its own rules and methods. The subdivision operation in Kinshasa is a necessity that the public authorities must maintain on a daily basis in order to distribute people in a responsible manner, by applying the rules specific to this area, whatever the penalties, but with the hard work and rigor of the Land Administration, Kinshasa can respond positively to urban planning requirements and become a new city. The inadequacy of the standards that are supposed to regulate land tenure is real, but bringing citizens closer together in its management is a privileged framework with the reserve of succeeding in harmonizing the city. In this way, the consequences of subdivision will no longer be a cause for concern in the city of Kinshasa.

We decided to undertake an education and training project in the Republic of Chile, with the ultimate goal of setting up a virtual university to promote employability, social links and leadership geared towards the progress of the South American country. In this sense, we seek the expansion of a legacy that for more than 30 years has strengthened a model of university education from Venezuela, to become a Latin American educational reference, with the firm conviction of creating an institute that trains innovative citizens and professionals capable of contributing to the development of Chile in a global context, with the vision of building in Latin America a reference focused on excellence, quality and innovation of knowledge in the industrial and business field. Assuming this strategic orientation, we present this book with the firm intention of constituting an online university platform, under an open, dynamic, creative and intelligent institutional management model in line with global trends in educational management.

The Directorate of History and Marxism-Leninism UA, the Honorary Chair for the study of José Martí's thought of the UA and the UNHIC branch of Artemisa, developed the Scientific Workshop "CARIDAD JULIA IN MEMORIAM". This edition was a space for socialization of innovative results of science, technology and innovation that constitute relevant proposals for the fulfillment of the objectives of the 2030 Agenda. The event was dedicated to the memory of Professor Caridad Julia Rodríguez Murciano, a Martiana and social educator by profession. The event was attended by researchers, academics, teachers, managers, students and other social actors.

The mobile phone is a vital technological instrument of communication nowadays for daily activities, one of them is higher education where young people use it to carry out tasks, consult information and communicate, bringing with it several situations in the educational environment; where it is necessary to know the dependence on the mobile phone in students of the Educational Informatics Career (CIE) of the National University of Loja (UNL) and its impact on academic performance.

Water and sediment samples were analyzed at four points during the rainy and dry seasons. The results obtained were compared with Peruvian and Canadian environmental standards. The concentration of metals in water does not exceed the detection limits; no cadmium is present in sediments; the concentration of arsenic in stations N°1 (58 mg/kg), N°2 (52 mg/kg) exceeds the maximum limits established by the Canadian standard (6 mg/kg) and the Peruvian ECA (50 mg/kg); Mercury exceeds the limits established by the Canadian standard (0.2 mg/kg) at stations N°3 (0.3 mg/kg) and N°4 (0.4 mg/kg); lead is within the limits allowed by the Canadian standard (35 mg/kg) and the Peruvian ECA (70 mg/kg).

Flora is a powerful reservoir of secondary metabolites used in the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. Thus, synthetic molecules that are harmful to health need to be replaced by natural molecules that can act individually and/or synergistically. This study compares the biological potential of extracts and essential oils from two spontaneous species, Lavandula stoechas and Phillyrea angustifolia. Phillyrea angustifolia has a high antioxidant capacity, strongly correlated with its richness in bioactive compounds. In addition, the essential oil has potential anticancer activity, inhibiting the proliferation of MCF-7 breast cancer cells and HepG2 liver cancer cells. The efficacy of this species is probably due to the presence of gallic acid in the extracts and the alpha-pinene chemotype characteristic of this plant's essential oils, which contributes to the value of P. angustifolia as a source of biomolecules.

Stress is a disease that appeared in the last century as a phenomenon present in different types of people, whose characteristics varied from one to another but whose manifestations of stress remained the same among them. Thus, this situation appears as a characteristic of the organism in the face of different stressors or motivators of the stress situation. A person with low motivation usually presents family and social problems, since he/she is in an uncomfortable health situation, where it is not possible for him/her to adapt to it and the organism evidences it as a stress situation. The stressed person may have a poor performance at work, as well as constant sleepiness and other characteristics that affect their day to day life. Many diseases of the nervous system are affected by the emotional stress that the individual may suffer.

Nowadays, reducing the weight of vehicles has been one of the priorities of the automotive industry as it seeks to increase fuel efficiency, improve user safety and reduce carbon dioxide emissions. For this reason, the steel industry has developed different types of Advanced High Strength Steels (AHSS) that offer an excellent balance of low cost, light weight and good mechanical properties. In the practical situation, continuous quench transformation (CCT) diagrams represent the most important tool in the development of advanced steels. However, most CCT diagrams have been developed for idealised situations that do not allow to correctly simulate the actual processing routes that these high strength DP steels are subjected to. Therefore, the aim of this research is the experimental determination of CCT diagrams for advanced steels in annealing heat treatments in austenitic and intercritical temperature ranges, making use of the experimental technique of quench dilatometry.

The management dashboard is a key tool for modern organizations, providing an overview of performance and crucial data for decision-makers. This study explores its origin, philosophy, structure, advantages and limitations, as well as the steps involved in its design. Integration into the information system ensures accurate data collection, efficient storage and secure distribution. Although it doesn't solve all management problems, it does promote informed decision-making, dialogue between managers and an improved management culture.

In a context marked by increasing accountability, it was time to make cross-cutting changes to communal management, as demonstrated by the appearance of organic law n°113.14 relating to communes, which endowed the latter with a set of prerogatives and missions, with the overriding aim of developing the Kingdom's regions. However, the achievement of integrated and sustainable regional development requires the application of a series of measures, first and foremost the improvement and modernization of municipal management and its management style. It is with this in mind that the PGL has introduced the foundations of good local governance, in particular raising awareness of the need for communes to equip themselves with an internal audit structure that will enable them to detect the risks they face, evaluate them, and ultimately help them to achieve the objectives they have set themselves.

The present study was carried out with the purpose of designing a program based on participative leadership directed to the management personnel of the Basic School Consuelo de Rodríguez de Yaritagua Municipality Peña, Yaracuy State. This research was increased in order to improve the weaknesses detected in the managers to reach the goals and achievements of an effective organization. This research was developed through the feasible project modality, supported by a descriptive field research. The methodology that was applied is conformed by the nature of the study that was treated in three phases. Phase I: diagnosis; Phase II: feasibility; Phase III: program design. La técnica que se utilizó fue la encuesta para recolección de datos, mediante un cuestionario con preguntas estructuradas en tres partes con la escala de liker, La validez se determinó mediante juicio de expertos, la confiabilidad se calculó con una prueba piloto con la estimación del Alpha Crochbach con un resultado de 0.89, la interpretación y el análisis de los datos se realizó a través de la frecuencia y porcentaje de la respuesta presentada en cuadros y gráficos pertinentes; considerando mayor y menor porcentaje, donde se evidencio la falta de liderazgo participativo en el directivo así como el bajo desempeño gerencial en sus funciones. Therefore, the design of the program proposal based on participative leadership is relevant.
