Comparing the clusters obtained by two statistical grouping techniques, hierarchical and k-means, we examine the results of the 2013 Saber 11 tests in Bogotá schools, contrasting the factors: sector, calendar and school day, to characterize the schools, forming three groups: high, medium and low averages, according to the average score obtained by institution in the areas of the common core. The results reveal, although there are discrepancies in the clusters formed between techniques in terms of the number of schools per group and centroid values, that the differences according to: nature, sector and timetable are marked. In general, in both techniques: group 1 is almost entirely made up of non-official schools, with less than 1.18% of official schools and more than 77.51% have a full day. The majority of official schools are in group 3, with more than 57.56%. More than 88.46% of the B calendar schools belong to group 1. The F calendar schools are located; more than 83.38% in group 3 and less than 7.65% in group 1. While 100% of Saturday schools, more than 92.61% of evening schools and more than 61.24% of afternoon schools belong to group 3.

This book is the product of a research that aimed to understand the processes of inclusion through social sport in the students of the acceleration classroom of the Institución Educativa Normal Superior of the city of Popayán, its nature is qualitative with a hermeneutic approach, using educational ethnography as a design. It was constructed from four referents: education, social sport, inclusion and acceleration classrooms, fundamental elements for the conceptual development of the work, taking into account background information (international, national, regional and local) that would allow us to document the problem and thus be able to investigate adequately. The design is composed of 7 phases that allowed to focus and deepen in the problematic in the middle and by means of techniques and instruments managing to identify some categories that would be analysed and would allow to conclude that: it was possible to widen the conceptual gap that we have in relation to sport from the perspective of competition and thus give a social approach to the concept, in such a way that it would move away from that competitive visualisation to become a social sport.

This essay aims, on the one hand, to show a summary of the evolution of civil and political rights of Venezuelan citizens throughout the 19th and 20th centuries; and on the other, to show how the country's economy has evolved as a result of the economic policies promoted by the governments in power during the same periods. On the historical evolution of both subjects, the successes and failures in political and economic matters are shown, in order to finally establish some considerations that allow us to make up for the mistakes of the past by looking to the future. Finally, and in the conclusions, some considerations are established regarding the current situation of political rights and the economic situation in Venezuela.

The analysis of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) is recognized as a prognostic factor in several cancers. The objective of our work was to study by immunohistochemical method the phenotype, density and distribution of TILs in urothelial carcinomas of the bladder and to analyze their prognostic impact. This was a retrospective descriptive study involving 35 samples of urothelial carcinomas of the bladder infiltrating at least the chorion, collected at the pathological anatomy department of the Marsa internal security forces hospital between 2010 and 2021. TILs were detected using anti-differentiation cluster antibodies CD3, CD8 and CD25, intra- and peri-tumoral. The cell count was carried out on 5 consecutive fields at high magnification. An Immunoscore as well as the CD25/CD3 ratio were calculated in each case. Densities and ratios were categorized into low and high based on the median. The correlation between: clinicopathological parameters and the density of TILs, Immunoscore, CD25/CD3 ratio was studied.

The current business context for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is a changing environment strongly influenced by information and communication technologies (ICT), which has led companies to adopt these technologies to support their business processes. However, most SMEs have not obtained favourable results in the implementation of ICTs, since the lack of knowledge about the potential and application of these technologies has made this technological adoption activity prevail as an action oriented to the simple acquisition of equipment and computer systems with a very short term vision without considering a business strategy. The objective of this work is to propose an approach where companies consider knowledge management (KM) in the implementation of information technology, giving rise to a conceptual model that provides the appropriate capabilities to complement a strategy that involves carrying out a correct acquisition and application of knowledge, which contributes to improving the use of ICTs.

The implementation of Law n°2014-015 of May 27, 2014 on the prevention and repression of illicit enrichment is problematic in Mali. It gives rise to debate. Public officials affected by the law are reluctant to apply it. The main structure in the fight against the scourge is the Office central de lutte contre l'enrichissement illicite (OCLEI), which began operations in 2017. OCLEI's track record is mixed. This study is based on an analysis of international conventions, Malian texts and the activity reports of Mali's anti-corruption bodies. This made it possible to examine the legal and institutional framework for combating illicit enrichment. The analysis revealed obstacles to effective action against illicit enrichment.

A descriptive analysis of the telenephrology tool is presented in order to resolve the AUGE guarantees of secondary prevention of terminal chronic kidney disease in the O'Higgins Health Service, due to the need to respond to compliance with the deadlines established by law. The incorporation of the telenephrology modality achieved a significant reduction in the number of expired secondary prevention guarantees for end-stage renal disease during the second half of 2017, from a total of 227 delayed guarantees in July to 6 in December, in addition to an increase in the number of care visits. In the present study, the use of telemedicine as a support to face-to-face care appears as an effective cost-benefit tool for the resolution of a specific care need, which can serve as a basis on which future studies should focus to confirm that the use of this tool can be cost-benefit effective in other specialties for the resolution of different health care needs of the beneficiary population.

In Panama, the natural areas of the Province of Bocas del Toro are a clear example of the opportunities that biodiversity and indigenous culture offer for eco-entrepreneurship in responsible tourism. It is for this reason that the need arises to describe a model of tourism eco-entrepreneurship as a strategy for sustainable local development with indigenous identity. The study was carried out in three phases, the first phase represented by the community approach, the second phase constituted by the collective construction of knowledge and finally, the evaluation of knowledge with the support of theoretical approaches, models of entrepreneurship and models of local development. The study shows that both the environmental and socio-economic characteristics of the Sieykin community, as well as the sensitivity of its inhabitants to the environment, would favour in the long term the sustainable eco-entrepreneurship of the different activities linked to tourism. Consequently, this type of business would have a privileged position within the panorama projected for the region, given its generic capacity to create wealth, economic development and well-being.

This visual proposal reveals how the author's relationship with the world has been traversed by the vestiges of the phenomenon of drug trafficking, affecting his perception of reality, as he was permeated by the macro-narratives generated by the television media regarding the drug phenomenon and by the micro-narratives generated by personal, family and social experiences. The aim is to make a contrast, blurring the macro-narrative constructed by the television media and superimposing the micro-narratives generated by their personal experiences.

The present work is mainly focused on the design and analysis of a parabolic spring for a C2 unit truck. This type of suspension offers great advantages compared to a conventional semi-elliptic spring, because, in the new design proposed in this work, an important contribution is to be more efficient, since its parabolic profile offers a distributed effort throughout the spring. This provides efficiency in the use of material. The present work focuses on the optimization of the design applied to vehicle suspension springs. The traditional method for design needs repeated fatigue tests according to its geometry, material and operating condition; this means that a lot of time and money are needed for those tests. Therefore, in this paper, a design method for the spring based on numerical analysis with analytical comparison is proposed; at first, a static analysis is performed to obtain the stress and deformation which are caused by the operation load, as well as a fatigue analysis to obtain the service life and ensure the safety; finally, the five vibration modes are obtained.

For the development of this study, the research objective was to analyse the situation of people with special abilities in the labour market in Ecuador during the period 2012 - 2017, which will allow us to identify the impact of the policies and laws established in the country on the process of labour inclusion of people with disabilities, as well as the importance of this process in improving the quality of life of this vulnerable group. This is why, for the development of this research, we started by identifying the problem that originated the study, in addition to knowing the background of the inclusion process in Ecuador; in order to know the evolution of this process during the study period. Finally, it is worth mentioning that the development of this work allowed us to corroborate that the establishment and execution of laws and programmes on disability have contributed to increase the number of people inserted in the labour market of the country and to socialise and raise awareness among the population about the rights of this group.

At present, people who enter the health system, whether public or private, must enter the patient's data in a dental form of the MSP, and the clinical history must be evaluated by the physician on duty, In the absence of a medical system that allows interoperability between hospitals, the problem arises when data must be collected in the different health entities by the same medical staff, since the data do not have a standard and cannot be shared because they are elaborated in different systems, which means that resources are not distributed correctly, increasing patient complaints in the MOH and in some cases the loss of human lives due to lack of quality management. Therefore, there is a need to create or implement archetypes based on the ISO 13606 standard to develop a system that allows the interoperability of the different systems of the health entities at the national level.

The hydro-electrolyte and acid-base balance is of vital importance to maintain correct homeostasis, as it regulates most of the organic functions. It is a complex subject in its therapeutic management due to the varied and not easy formulas designed for the correction of these alterations. The aim of this work is to review the subject in an updated way, showing a novel method that can facilitate the correction of dehydration, but for the first time taking into account the basic daily fluid needs, which have never been taken into account by the previous methods. Two sensitive and necessary chapters are also presented, both for the surgeon and for the specialists who also have to deal with surgical cases. We are referring to the management of fluids during surgery, as well as in patients with chronic renal insufficiency, in which in most cases it is not known with certainty what strategy to follow in the administration of fluids. Acid-base alterations are not included in this work, as they do not form part of the objective of this review.

In a world of tangled realities and juxtaposed cultures, it is difficult for legal matters to be characterized by absolute certainty. In the same way, international human rights law is not perfectly coherent, nor is it totally lacking in coherence. Diversified and expansive, this law is incapable of keeping pace with developments without losing its coherence. Fragmentation constitutes a real danger to the construction of its unity, and a threat to the coherence of the international legal system as a whole. Nevertheless, the obstacles inherent in the impossibility of coherence in international human rights law can be overcome.

Research and development of an intelligent device capable of sensing the user's pulse and its pressure variation to detect possible decompensations. The developed bracelet can act as a "guardian angel" that, in case of detecting an abnormality in the pulse waveform, would send an SMS (using GSM technology), to a previously programmed number, with information about the detected problem and the geographic location of the individual (obtained with GPS technology). In addition, the device has an anti-panic button that can be pressed in any emergency situation that the user may consider. This development aims to avoid possible loss of life that could have been saved if only the affected person had been able to request assistance. The result is a device capable of detecting the following possible causes of decompensation: - Sinus bradyarrhythmia - Sinus tachycardia - Atrial flutter - Ventricular fibrillation - Aortic stenosis - Mitral stenosis - Fainting due to hemorrhage or dehydration - Urinary fainting - Sudden increase in pressure.

Among the things that matter in today's world, personal security or citizen security is at the top of the list. The overexposure of the criminal phenomenon to public opinion, thanks to the parallel phenomenon of the exponential expansion of the mass media, has put the issues of "citizen security" and "public safety" at the forefront of people's attention and concern in many countries, especially in Latin America. To address this concern, both from the state and from civil society, multiple measurement tools have been developed. Measurements or evaluations of citizen insecurity (official statistics, victimisation surveys) provide a measure of the problem. The evaluation of social effectiveness and efficiency in achieving citizen security provides a measure of social capacities and needs to address the problem. This book proposes models to achieve this evaluation.

"If I were a criminal, I would come with a gun and point it at his head and rob him of everything he has, but no, I am asking him for a bit of his time so that he will listen to me and give me a chance to work, not to steal, I come to work, not to steal". This book deals with the issue of Social Stigmatisation as a conditioning factor in the labour insertion of the youth population specifically. The problem of unemployment and precarious employment among young people is manifested in the international and national framework, which is why a historical overview is made in order to understand how the process of stigmatisation of young people belonging to vulnerable and marginalised social sectors developed. This view of the "other" is questioned by analysing the role of music (Cumbia villera) and the media. Based on interviews with institutional representatives and young people from the Máximo Abasolo neighbourhood, we were able to analyse different categories and problems that are part of their daily lives: identity, child labour, discrimination, stereotypes, among others. I encourage you to listen to the voice of each young person, unique and different from any other.

Pre-school education should be concerned, in the first place, with habits of cleanliness and personal hygiene, contributing to the care of one's own body and of the spaces in which daily life takes place and to the progressive autonomy of children, teachers have an excellent opportunity to encourage, stimulate and reinforce self-esteem, which is fundamental for the mental well-being of the child. In conclusion, hygiene habits are important for self-esteem, and it is therefore recommended that hygiene habits should be cultivated from the early years of childhood, when the child's personality is more permeable and the acquisition of health-related practices and habits can be done gradually.

The life-world of being in its inexhaustible process of transformation, the historical and cultural becoming of humanity, the rhizomatic interweaving of social and community systems, the educational, pedagogical and didactic phenomenologies involved in learning, the web of human life in its systematic interaction with nature, man's cosmic perception of the universe and the Christian faith for man's salvation, cannot be understood from a scientific rationality rooted in the culture of stability and certainty. This macro world can in no way be analysed and understood under the authority of ecumenical methodological norms, or approached from a single epistemological point of view; for it is necessary to challenge alternative cognitive models in order to face realities of a noumenal, phenomenal, noological, noospheric and chaordic nature, as well as to try out new methodological horizons, understood as ways of knowing. This is the relevance and transcendence of transcomplex thinking on the part of the researcher.

The ancient Greeks differentiated between two kinds of attraction: 'philia', which translates as 'friendship', and 'eros', which translates as 'love'. Both concepts gave rise to the two terms that exist, to this day, to designate the attraction (sexual or otherwise) experienced by adult males for children: 1) paedophilia and 2) pederasty. Leaving aside debates about the morality and legality of such practices, the intention of this paper is to shed light on how love for girls has been represented both in Western culture and in its literature. From the muses of the 'dolce stil novo' writers, through the relationship between Charles Dodgson and Alice Liddell, to the girls in the work of Colombian writer Gabriel García Márquez, the model of "love for girls" is the focus of this research.
