An experience of work consultancy based on Existential Analysis (EA) is presented, which shows the effectiveness of the approach and its methods in developing group coaching. The experience of two participants is described in detail. In their work environment, they had difficulties in defining their tasks and in gaining self-confidence, respectively. Thus, feelings of guilt and abuse in the face of the workload were frequent in one of them, and paralysing anguish in the face of operational contingencies in the other. The EC approach describes the personal capacities of self-distancing, self-transcendence, self-acceptance and how both participants were able to use them, thus achieving an adequate delimitation of their responsibilities in one case and the reconfiguration of a reliable work space in the other, all this in a total of ten sessions.

It is a known reality in the teaching of computer programming subjects, that the initiation in these subjects is usually problematic (Joyanes Aguilar, 1991, p. XI). This is due to a lack of understanding of the definition and components of the problems to be solved (Lozano R., 1986, p. 13) and, secondly, to the lack of use by students of the methods and techniques available for this task. The present work shows a quantitative and qualitative study, which is based on the design, application and analysis of the results of various research tools (questionnaires, interviews, document review and observations), which will be used with university students of programming subjects, with the purpose of identifying in what percentage they use them and what favourable or unfavourable conceptual aspects they contribute when using them in the development of computer programs.

This text, written between 2016 and 2017, presents the preliminary considerations made by the author on the occasion of his studies on the theory of justice. These studies were prompted by three factors: firstly, training in a law school, where the idea of justice is the principle for the study of any branch; secondly, living in a social environment where demands for justice arising from medium to serious crimes are a daily occurrence; and finally, the fact of living in a country where a wide-ranging debate has been unleashed on the basis of the legal basis of justice, and finally the fact of living in a country where a broad debate has been sparked by the historic event of a peace agreement between the government and one of the most famous and oldest guerrilla groups in the world, trying to put an end to an internal armed conflict that has lasted more than 50 years.

The purpose of the paper is to carry out an analysis between Mexico and Trinidad & Tobago, as Latin American countries. A theoretical analysis of scientific articles on innovation in Mexico and Trinidad & Tobago and international literature extracted from international scientific databases was used. An analysis of statistical data from the World Bank, RICYT and the CACE research group of the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia was carried out. It was concluded that Trinidad & Tobago has a higher per capita income compared to Mexico but is not growing in innovation, given that its investment is destined more to tourism.

This work deals with documentary film as a tool for the analysis of creative processes, in particular the work of visual artist Juan Hernández in the land art piece: Wi Ñill: Wá Shayii. The study registers the processual tendency of the work, incorporating the film essay as a discursive resource to incite reflection on culture and strengthen regional identity in the Mexicali valley.

Educational management must have a new approach that overcomes the punitive, normative and authoritarian super-vision; in order to achieve these processes, it is necessary to consolidate a system that allows guidance, accompaniment and evaluation in such a way that the dynamics access action-transformation, for permanent re-vision and reorientation. No one can underestimate one or another experience, they all count and in each one we find keys to continue advancing in the construction of polyphonic trans-formation.

The use of radiation has enabled spectacular advances in different fields of knowledge, from space technology, aeronautics to telecommunications (with practically universal use of mobile telephony), as well as in the field of health. The application of radiation in both diagnosis and therapy has revolutionised the health sciences, from physiotherapy to medicine, and has meant a spectacular advance in the treatment guidelines for different ailments, ranging from the use of electromagnetic fields in physiotherapy to today's highly complex equipment for both radiotherapy and medical imaging for diagnosis.

The aim of the present work was to study the chemical composition and biological activity of the essential oils of two plants, Mentha pulegium and Laurus nobilis, against three of the most abundant mosquito species in the Tébessa region: Culex pipiens, Culiseta longiareolata and Aedes caspius. Chemical analysis of these oils by GC/MS revealed the predominance of monoterpenic compounds. Toxicological tests revealed the insecticidal power of these EOs against three species of mosquitoes, with Mint being more effective than Laurel. Biomarkers revealed, on the one hand, a neurotoxic effect of the essential oils in these three mosquito species, via inhibition of the specific activity of AChE and, on the other, induction of the detoxification system via an increase in GSTs and a decrease in GSH. In addition, treatment with these EOs disrupted the growth and energy reserves of the individuals.

The incidence of sexual dysfunction is high in epileptic subjects, but its etiology is unclear. The aims of the work were to estimate the prevalence of sexual dysfunction in epileptic patients and to determine the factors associated with it. We conducted a cross-sectional, descriptive and analytical study over a 3-month period, including patients treated for epilepsy at the neurology department of the Gabès hospital. We used the Arizona Sexual Experience Scale to assess sexual functioning, the Neurological Disorders Depression Inventory for Epilepsy to screen for depression, and the Liverpool Adverse Events Profile to measure drug toxicity. The prevalence of depression was 20%. Sexual dysfunction was observed in 47.5% of cases. Erectile dysfunction was the most common disorder in men, while in women, desire was the area most affected. Risk factors for sexual dysfunction were: type of generalized motor seizure, duration of epilepsy, polytherapy, depression and drug toxicity.

The law, doctrine and jurisprudence have recognised state contracting as a strategic issue for the Colombian state; however, the contractual exercise of public resources, mainly of territorial public entities called municipalities, has presented shortcomings and deficiencies, which have led to the stigmatisation of the public function performed by civil servants and state contractors. The essay analyses some of the situations that possibly cause failures in the strategic planning of public procurement in municipalities, and raises the need to adapt processes and procedures for structuring, monitoring, follow-up, auditing and control, in which all participants support the construction of effective and efficient strategies for the achievement of the purposes of the state, and the optimisation of the strategic planning of Colombian public entities.

In this research we study the ecosystem where the brown algae Lessonia traberculata, known as "palo" in our coastline, develops. The brown algae (= phaeophytes) are almost exclusively found in marine waters. They are very abundant on rocky coasts where they grow in the littoral zone (the zone from high tide to low tide) and sublittoral zone, especially in cold, agitated and well aerated waters. Brown algae are important primary producers in these coastal zones, where they come to form true underwater 'forests' that constitute a very favorable environment for numerous marine species (vertebrates and invertebrates). We will discuss their hydrobiological resource biology, behavior, ecology, reproduction, according to the habitat in which they are found during their life span, from a littoral to a sublittoral zone. In relation to its values and production volumes in which the brown seaweed is developed through characteristics such as sustainable activity and the study of its coastal marine habitat both in Ilo and in Peru.

Is the prison sentence limited to the person of the offender? is the question that will be answered in the course of this research.
