The research ICTs and their impact on the ethical and religious formation of vocational high school students presented in this book is offered as a study that encourages the inclusion of ICTs in the teaching and learning processes of school-age youth. The findings validated the significant impact that ICTs have on the ethical and moral formation of students in accordance with UNESCO guidelines and government policies. It is hoped that this will encourage the use of ICTs in classroom practices, especially when there is a pressing need to train young people committed to building a society with a sense of life and moral principles, capable of responding to the challenges of the modern world.

The aim of this work was to find out the main factors that negatively or positively influenced SARS-CoV-2 immunization in the National Immunization Campaign. The study used the exploratory and descriptive bibliographic research method, analyzing various studies relating to the subject, making a parallel between various authors. The findings address the identification of the main factors that have interfered with immunization, causing the low acceptance of the vaccine against covid-19, causing 699,310 deaths in Brazil up to the date of the research, not only due to the lack of immunization, but also associated with misinformation. This work concludes by drawing the attention of the competent authorities to the rejection of groups with comorbidities, associated with cultural, religious and ideological aspects. A paradox was also made of the narratives of the authors researched to find the main axes of opposition to immunization, associating measures to combat covid-19.

The aim of this work is to develop a remote supervision system that establishes communication between the electronic control unit of an electricity generating set and a SCADA supervision programme. The supervisory system was developed for this project in the PHP language, running remotely on a server machine. A Modbus TCP/IP master developed in Java language is also implemented on the server. The information is stored in an SQL database, making the data available to the supervisory system. The Modbus RTU bus data collection hardware was designed on a printed circuit board, where the microcontroller and the circuits, both the power supply and those used for communication between the microcontroller and the bus, are arranged. Sockets with information in the Modbus TCP/IP protocol are used to send information from the generators, using an IEEE 802.11 network. The system developed was validated with tests on an electricity generator, which is presented in this paper. The results obtained in the tests showed that the system is capable of performing the operations it was designed to perform.

The text offers a chronology of the most significant events of the historical development of the Knight of the Light Order in the territory of the jurisdiction of the Oriental Grand Lodge during the 20th century. Hence, it constitutes a historiographic contribution to the study of the fraternal associationism in Cuba and in particular of the referred association in the territory of the old Cuban provinces: Camaguey and Oriente: from the town of Jatibonico in the current province of Sancti Spíritus to the territory of the current province of Guantánamo. The main events that are collected in the text are related to the foundations of lodges, initiations of outstanding members, activities of sociocultural significance, such as inauguration of houses-temples, parades, unveiling of busts and Marti's corners, organization of commemorative and patriotic acts; as well as activities that reflect their charitable actions.

This work presents a proposal for monitoring and forecasting the level of the Amazon River in the city of Santarém, using an ANFIS approach and historical data on the annual fluviometric cycle. The data was collected in the cities of Santarém, Manaus and Itaituba, and was filtered to the period from 01/03/03 to 28/02/17. The data was analysed in order to establish threshold values for alerts of emerging situations for monitoring the river level, comprising the times of the water volumes: drought, drought-normal, normal, normal-full and flood. The historical series can be considered reliable, as it is possible to clearly identify the annual hydrological cycles of the rivers. Predictive solutions using statistical and computational techniques are capable of automating such forecasts with relatively low rates of river level error. With this in mind, it is considered that the proposed solution can be used to guide actions that minimise the disruption caused to the city of Santarém in extreme situations of the Amazon River's water volumes. The proposed approach has also been shown to be applicable in other environments with hydrological cycles and, therefore, possible global applicability.

The purpose of this study is to reflect on the leadership of the teacher and his praxis as a contributing element in the incorporation of the community to the school, at the "Hermanos Martínez Ojeda" School in Yaritagua, Peña Municipality, Yaracuy State, which is in line with research line N 2: Educational Management from Community Participation. The research is framed in an interpretative paradigm study with a qualitative approach and the ethnographic method. The informant subjects are made up of three (03) teachers of the institution, the technique to obtain the information will be the in-depth interview, categorization will be applied, and triangulation for data analysis.

The axis of mathematics is problem solving, starting this ability in the first grades of basic education and through different heuristic strategies. The students of the second grade of primary school of the Divino Niño Jesús school were the ones who allowed the development of the project that later became an action research, due to the competencies that we sought to achieve in each one of them.

The research is focused on the need to study the deposits of the ferronickeliferous deposits of Moa, Cuba, to solve the problems that exist with the stabilization of the quality of the ore fed to metallurgical plants, before the need to form homogenization deposits. Based on this situation, a characterization of the mine exploitation technology is carried out, taking into account the main current mining operations, the characteristics of the existing mining equipment and current productivity. The analysis of the behavior of the variability of the quality of the ore fed to the metallurgical process, leads to the development of a procedure that allowed the formation of intermediate homogenization deposits and the creation of homogenization deposits that made it possible to stabilize the quality of the ore fed to the metallurgical process.

It is an analysis from the point of view of professional practice, providing solutions and proposals for cases of family and gender violence, based on Law, truth and Justice. Denouncing the alleged ideological solution to family conflicts, which is a mere story devoid of scientific value. Describing the procedural difficulties that arise in the Family Court, which is of recent creation in the province of Buenos Aires, (Argentina), and consequently, I reach proposals to address this problem, always from the perspective of the gender perspective. It is worth mentioning as one of the fundamental institutional aspects, the creation of special Secretariats to solve cases of domestic violence, as an essential structural contribution by the State.

Peruvian society is going through a worrying situation of a deficit of values. Corruption has become a major problem, penetrating the foundations of public institutions, affecting governance, justice management and people's rights, generating high levels of distrust among the population. Within this situation, the National Police of Peru is also one of the institutions of public distrust, as a consequence of the inadequate performance and behavior of its personnel, due to factors related to their professional training. In view of this, it has been observed that such training is carried out with inadequate curricular plans that mean that indispensable subjects in police doctrine do not have the necessary academic hours because they are considered complementary. This research analyzes the relationship between police doctrine and professional training of the NCO, in order to demonstrate an adequate fulfillment of its fundamental mission, to serve others and promote the common good, observing an irreproachable behavior, according to law, principles and ethical values, in their professional, social and private life.

There are few studies on cultural indicators, and none in the local context, being the basis for analysis, diagnoses, and consequently action plans; their lack continues to produce activities and services of questionable quality where there is no control or identification of variables. Most of the cultural indicators present so far involve only the recording of cultural heritage analyzed from its economic dimension. That is why the present work is oriented to generate a proposal of indicators beyond the economic dimension, which allow measuring the vitality, diversity and cultural identity in relation to popular arts and traditional crafts, applied to a specific territory as a pilot, with the purpose of recognizing the existing socio-cultural contexts, providing measurement tools for the cultural sector of the entity and at the same time obtaining in the future the support to justify the construction and proposal of public policies and/or actions of artistic and cultural management.

Ergonomics is the scientific discipline in charge of creating an effective and efficient human-machine interaction, also considering factors such as safety and comfort.Today the laparoscopic approach is the standard for many surgical procedures mainly due to its benefits for the patient, however, poor training in ergonomic technique has been associated with an increase in musculoskeletal disorders for surgeons. Factors such as surgical experience, sex, size and BMI of the patient, among others, have been postulated as determinant elements in the appearance of injuries. On the other hand, there are adjustments that can be made in the operating room to reduce the ergonomic stress of the surgical team, although they are often unknown to the latter. Robotic surgery was initially postulated as a solution to ergonomic deficits, but it has been observed that there are also injuries associated with this approach.Ergonomic training is important, which can be easy to implement and can improve the surgeon's health and potentially the results of the procedure.

The present research work proposes to register the technical and conceptual bases by means of a recipe book and an inventory of tourist attractions for the design of a route in the parish "Selva Alegre", in order to value the Gastronomy of the parish as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Ecuador. The research is structured in five chapters which are detailed below: In the first chapter, the research problem is contextualized, starting with a brief description of the parish and its gastronomic situation, then, the study objectives and the research question are raised, highlighting the importance of reactivating the gastronomy of the parish, as the main axis.

This book is a condensation of two published scientific articles, both of which analyze controversial situations involving taxation in a context in which there is no jurisprudential consensus in the higher courts on the issues, divergent decisions that threaten legal certainty and, above all, the risk of a thesis being adopted that is contrary to what, according to the analysis proposed in the studies, would be the correct understanding according to the law, implying a violation of taxpayers' rights.Both studies were willing to debate the issue, emphasizing all the important points, in order to take a position on which understanding should prevail in each case, based on the provisions of the Brazilian legal system. The aim is to pacify divergent issues in which ideological and corporatist elements end up unduly influencing the position of the actors, and to achieve a result free of ideological and corporatist influences. As a result, the aim is to bring in elements that favor the application by the tax authorities and the judiciary of a fair solution in similar cases, which implies legal certainty for the economic actors involved.

This work is the product of the human effort of 2 years of work that begins with the end of a postgraduate course that has as a requirement to make an unpublished, original research that contributes to the study of a problem that affects or generates more social problems. For which, we started from the first informal sources of administrative workers who had had some union militancy to whom we are grateful for their enormous contribution to this work, at another time we consulted authors for the design of the scheme: Ruy Pérez Tamayo, Karel Kosik, Raúl Rojas Soriano, Hugo Zemelman and Marx that would serve for the methodological design, obtaining information on a hot topic such as the political field would be difficult, however doing so would be comforting, it caused a certain emotion to discover the dark, the hidden, It was a certain emotion to discover the obscure, the hidden, the unspoken and unwritten but which exists, to study the relationships and networks of one of the most emblematic unions of the State of Veracruz, a long-lived union of which few militants who have left it have been able to survive, this situation made us see that it was worthwhile to make public what happens in the educational field.

Costa Rica has established in recent years within its public policies, mechanisms to support the strengthening of SMEs, in 2002 Law 8262 was issued, which sought precisely to support this sector through public procurement, because it is no secret that this niche market becomes very attractive for companies, a dream for many, since the State is the largest buyer of goods and services, but entering this market is quite complex, because of the deadlines, requirements, guarantees, among others required by public institutions, especially by the rules governing administrative procurement. Based on the above, it is necessary to make greater efforts to support this sector of the economy, the small and medium-sized enterprises.

Why is F. Nietzsche such a particularly valuable interlocutor for psychoanalysis? This convergence could be located in the study of dreams, the drive substratum of the subject, the plurality of the ego, the prohibition of incest as structuring the psyche, the study of the origin of moral sentiments, the body as representative of a new truth, etc. However, underlying these theoretical coincidences is an ethical background, a singular conception of man and culture that considers the subject's malaise as a fact rooted in civilisation and articulated in language. For both of them, all idealism constitutes the residue of an infantile position that must be lost. "Man cannot remain entirely a child; in the end he has to throw himself out into hostile life. This can be called education for reality"; both Nietzsche's psychological observation and Freudian psychoanalytic treatment enter into the conditions of this "infantilism" under the assumption that the construction of knowledge about the processes involved in pathos would lead to valuable, productive and limiting consequences for subjective discomfort.

The updating of the Cuban socialist model poses new demands to the National Education System, as set forth in the Guidelines of the Economic and Social Policy of the Communist Party and the Revolution approved at the VI Congress, and in the Objectives of the First National Conference of the PCC. Guideline 145 expresses the need to increase the preparation of the teaching staff, in order to contribute to guarantee the quality of the teaching-learning process, directly associated to Guideline 150, which states the need to ensure that the enrollment of the different specialties and careers is in correspondence with the demands of the development of the economy and society. To guarantee that vocational training and professional orientation developed in primary education, in conjunction with production and service organizations and with the participation of the family, promote the recognition of the work of middle-level technicians and skilled workers.

Algeria is characterized by its floral diversity: Mediterranean, Saharan and Paleo Tropical flora, estimated at over three thousand (3000) species belonging to several botanical families. These species are mostly spontaneous, with a significant number (15%) of endemic species, which has given traditional pharmacopoeia an inestimable wealth.Our aim is to contribute to the creation of an Algerian pharmacopoeia of medicinal plants. The valorization of endemic species of Algerian flora, as well as the rich and varied traditional medicine (due to the large surface area and different geographical regions), are national heritages to be safeguarded.

Strengthening textual production and reading comprehension, assuming technology as a competence is a real challenge. Day by day we see our youth and children immersed in the cyber world, it is worrying to see how self-absorbed the new generations are, there is less and less dialogue and greater difficulty in finding the right words to what they want to express and thus externalize what they feel and what they think. Contributions of experts such as Jossete Jolibert, Emilia Ferreiro and Ana Teberosky allow refining this context, in the same way we deepen in processes that strengthen the ability to listen following instructions, fine motor skills also play an important role in this process; all this added to 23 years of experience as a teacher allows sharing a pedagogical strategy using the technique of origami and conventional letter writing with children from 6 to 8 years old. Paradoxically, by rescuing a forgotten tradition, it is interesting to see how students strengthen textual production based on their own experiences.

The aim of this book is to analyze the management of phytosanitary products through the roles of the players involved and the phytosanitary practices of market gardeners. Data was collected through direct observation, documentary research and semi-structured interviews. In addition, thematic content analysis was chosen as the data analysis method. The results of the study show that the phytosanitary practices of market gardeners are not under control, and the management of phytosanitary products is marred by a number of dysfunctions: the lack of border controls on phytosanitary products, the lack of collaboration between stakeholders, and the management of prohibited products.

The objective is to demonstrate the existing evidence in Occupational Therapy in people with neurological diseases and/or physical dysfunction to verify that O.T. treatment is cost-effective and efficient in the Health System. Also to explain the O.T. profile in this area, the interventions and programs involved. Methodology carried out was a bibliographic search in the main bibliographic bases (PubMed, OTseeker, Scopus, Web of Knowledge), giving greater emphasis to reviews. The results conclude that the role of the occupational therapist in the interdisciplinary team is efficient and effective for the Health and Economic System of the Comunidad Foral because it means reducing long-term dependence of this population through a good rehabilitative treatment. The conclusion is that the needs observed in the survey on Disabilities, Impairments and Dependency Situations carried out in 2008 exist, and after evidencing the efficacy of the occupational therapist, we understand that it is necessary to implement an interdisciplinary intervention.

This research arose as a concern to work with the family, with the awareness that this is a reality connatural to human beings, who grow and develop in the warmth and trust of their own. No matter how many technological advances and changes our society undergoes, the family will be the basis on which the formation and integral growth of children is sustained, which in turn make parents grow and improve, this being the basis for the proper development of the social fabric. The family is a "...human group integrated by members related by bonds of affection, blood or adoption, and in which the maturation of the person is made possible through perfective meetings, continuous contacts and communicative interactions that make possible the acquisition of a personal stability, an internal cohesion and possibilities of evolutionary progress according to the deep needs of each one of its members in function of the evolutionary cycle in which they are and in agreement with the vital cycle of the own family system that welcomes them. "Family Orientation focuses on improving the living conditions of the family members.

Two characters open and close this work: the first is John Stuart Mill, economist, philosopher and, fundamentally, a humanist of the mid-19th century who courageously published a work against the enslavement of women; the other character is Rita Levi-Montalcini, winner of the Nobel Prize for Physiology or Medicine in 1986, shared with Stanley Cohen, was an Italian neurologist and politician who dedicated a large part of her life to the vindication of women, for which she organised her own foundation. In the midst of these important references, other people are presented, women of note and others anonymous, who tenaciously demonstrated the desire to stop being considered a species protected by men. This brief overview of the centuries-long struggle of women and some men will provide readers with elements for more in-depth studies that will keep the gender issue alive beyond circumstantial ideologies.

This research has been organized in four chapters as follows: at the beginning, it presents the contextualization of the international phenomena that have had a significant impact on the issue of education in Colombia and, at the same time, it seeks to establish the ideal approach to establish education as a right. Next, it shows that the implementation of a neoliberal model in Colombia, managed to considerably transform the government system and consequently, education. It then includes an analysis of the Ser Pilo Paga program, with its benefits and shortcomings. Finally, it includes the development of a possible effective public policy aimed at improving the issues that were not included in the Ser Pilo Paga program.

In the present work, we consider problems for nonlinear media with electric and magnetic permeability, as well as electromagnetoelastic media taking into account geometric and physical nonlinearities. The study of these systems is based on the development of approximate analytical methods for solving boundary and initial boundary value problems for nonlinear partial equations. Variational methods, the method of equivalent linearization, the method of integral equations and the Krylov-Bogolyubov-Mitropolsky asymptotic methods are used to study such nonlinear equations. The compactness, monotonicity, Faedo-Galerkin method, the method of integral inequalities and Gronwall-Belman inequalities are used to analyze the solvability of solutions to the problems under consideration.

The topic is little known and is dealt with rather hesitantly. This monograph is the result of the author's long-term work devoted to the study of language and style of mass media texts of the early 21st century. The study contains the analysis of various expressive means of the Russian language, which allow to realize the dominant function of modern mass media - the influencing one, the mechanisms of creating the expression of a newspaper message are shown, the ways of forming the axiological paradigm in mass media texts are revealed. The monograph implements a comprehensive approach to the study of expressive lexical resources of the mass media language, which implies their analysis in the following aspects: classification (description of the system of lexical means of creating expression); functional (definition of the lexical means of creating expression); functional (definition of the lexical resources of the mass media) .

The objective of this title work is to contribute to the systematization of the decision making process in the Chilean venture capital industry, through the identification of determinants of performance of startups in early stages of development, by means of econometric analysis. An application of the results of this analysis is shown through a Monte Carlo-Balanced Scorecard type ranking model with applications in project selection.
