The integration of technologies in our society has led to the emergence of new inequalities and the increase of existing ones. In this sense, the digital divide, based on inequalities in terms of access, use and digital skills between social groups, is one of the main and most widespread problems that we must solve, as it affects all areas of our daily lives. Thus, this study aims to analyze the self-perceived digital divide existing in the students of the Degree in Social Education at the University of Murcia, because one of the main outlets of this profession in relation to technologies is based on alleviating this gap.

The Anglophone crisis in Cameroon is the manifestation of the failure, or even absence, of a well-thought-out policy of unity and integration. Rather, it is one of the symptoms of a society where politics and governance are not based on values. Personal ambitions clearly take precedence over the general and republican interest. The fight for just causes is very often and very quickly abandoned, sacrificed on the altar of abject pedantry and materialism. Some people's convictions are fragile enough to melt at the slightest hint of sunlight; others' are absolute doctrines, not to be questioned in the slightest. The conflict in English-speaking Cameroon is merely the epicenter of a society more than ever plunged into a multi-faceted crisis, which compromises the ability of Cameroonians to be a people and to define their own destiny.

The lexicon specific to French and Kiswahili updated in Bukavu is the focus of our study. We examine, on the one hand, lexemes that are unusual in the common varieties of these languages and, on the other, lexemes that are in common use, but which have acquired new meanings within the varieties under study. Given the open nature of the lexicon, only 89 items are included in the analyses. In addition, the analyses do not cover all the parameters conducive to lexical creation, but, drawing on morphology, semantics and sociolinguistics, they demonstrate the meanings that lexemes enjoy when they are integrated, and the linguistic and cultural phenomena that govern their creation. As the initial assumption was that the actualization of language is also a function of the age of the speakers, this exercise highlighted the fact that young people are more involved in the making of lexemes or the meanings of lexemes than the "not so young".

After the post-electoral crisis of 2005 following the death of President Eyadema GNASSINGBE, Togo's political class, following an inter-Togolese dialogue, signed an agreement called the Global Political Agreement (APG) in August 2006. Two years after this agreement, the Truth, Justice and Reconciliation Commission (CVJR) was set up, with a mandate to "shed light on acts of politically motivated violence committed in the past (1958 to 2005) and to study ways of appeasing the victims". After 34 months of work, the CVJR published volume 1 of its report, containing a reparations program for victims and 68 recommendations for rebuilding the State, strengthening social cohesion and reconciliation. Three other volumes of the CVJR report have yet to be published, more than 10 years after the commission completed its work. In 2014, the High Commission for Reconciliation and the Strengthening of National Unity (HCRRUN) was created with the aim of "implementing the recommendations and reparations program drawn up by the CVJR". The HCRRUN has begun its work, with a focus on reparation for victims.

Football, more than any other sport and today more than ever, is surrounded by stars, marketing strategies and advertising, making it the most attractive spectacle for the public. However, beyond its commercialisation, this sport has been impacted by a phenomenon resulting from globalisation and immigration flows that are gradually transforming the identity not only of the fans but also of society in general, which is beginning to understand itself in a much more global and territorially uprooted context.

The cosmovision of the sector, the socio-cultural context and the social reality make the context of the Machachi valley and properly of the Guagrabamba plains a very wide place of study of educational type, of the primitivism with which it is understood by gender and its own ancestral cultural practices, which are part of an excellent panorama of study from any human aspect.

This work proposes a description of the evolution of the intergenerational decline in civic-mindedness in the community of Carrefour. The decline is observed, described and questioned over the period 2000-2016. The research takes a sociological, economic, legal and developmental approach.A survey of the various institutions: the School, the Family, the Church, the State, will be carried out in order to gather certain information on the factors mechanizing intergenerational decline in the community of Carrefour. After analyzing the empirical data, we found that weak institutions, weak traditions, the failure to teach theoretical and practical civics courses, impunity and ignorance are the main factors driving the decline of civics in Haiti. It is therefore the responsibility of these institutions to redress the country's image by promoting the rule of law.

The following paper presents the result of a research conducted in a multi-product warehouse of an automotive supplier. The objective was to apply a tool to establish the rules of distribution and placement of products. Once the investigation was completed, the reduction of idle times per hours/week was obtained in two of the initial processes. The storage allocation and location policies propose a system of optimal use of space in this area, to avoid implications that concern the handling and flow of materials. It is worth mentioning that the proposed system can be applied in warehouses that have size and/or space restrictions in the storage area, as well as different brands, production characteristics and physical specifications for which the establishment of warehouses under the traditional management concept of allocation without slack leads to loss of material, unregistered parts, use of storage areas with non-corresponding material, inventory errors, etc.

The aim of this study was to assess the influence of eucalyptus on the recovery of degraded areas by providing natural regeneration. After cutting down the eucalyptus, the trees that regenerated on the site were assessed, comparing them with heterogeneous reforestation and analysing which of the two methods was more viable for recovering degraded areas. Bearing in mind that recovering a degraded area takes time and is very expensive for the producer, by planting eucalyptus and providing regeneration, the producer will not only be earning an income from cutting and selling the eucalyptus, but will also be protecting and recovering the area through regeneration with the genetic bank that exists on site.

Singing is an excellent exercise that stimulates talents, and the existence of a choir in schools at all levels of education, in society/associations or in the church encourages the development of knowledge and well-being.All the respondents mentioned that they enjoy singing and that choral music plays a very important role, not only in terms of learning, but also in terms of recreational activities, because it is a unique way of captivating and motivating. The conductors of the choirs studied should promote a democratic choice of repertoire, probably adapting the suggestions of the choristers, but not neglecting the musical and aesthetic development intended for the choir. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the directors of the various choirs who contributed to this research, as they are certainly excellent choral directors who promote a love of choral music in their choristers.

In a chemical industry, cooling towers are important pieces of equipment in the heat exchange process. This continuously operating equipment is used to generate the transfer of mass and energy in the water cooling process. The aim of this study was to calculate the performance of two cooling towers, one with forced mechanical draft and the other with induced mechanical draft, used in the chlorine cooling process. Experimental studies were carried out to obtain data over fourteen days, with daily averages of four readings for each of the towers. Using the following measuring equipment: digital infrared laser thermometer, analogue dry bulb and wet bulb hygrometer and digital anemometer, the variables were obtained and the results of yield (%), approach (¿C), heat given off by the water (kcal/h) and air speed (m/s) at the tower inlets and outlets were calculated. It can be concluded that both in terms of thermal efficiency and heat delivered by the water, the mechanical draft tower proved to be more effective than the induced draft tower. The approach analysis showed that both towers had total averages close to ideal.

The main objective of this research is to evaluate concrete made with recycled coarse aggregates (recycled concrete) and fine aggregates to determine their physical properties both in the fresh and solid state. The recycled aggregates were obtained from the demolition product of road slabs. The material obtained from the sampling was taken to the materials laboratory of the Universidad Autónoma de Tamaulipas, Tampico Campus, for material characterization tests. After the material characterization tests were performed on the recycled concrete aggregates, crushed gravel, and fine aggregates, the concrete mix design was carried out according to the ACI method, proposing a strength of F'c = 250 kg/cm2. Finally, the cylindrical specimens were tested in compression, obtaining a result of 100.16% of the design strength proposed for the standard sample, and 84.87% for the sample with recycled concrete. When evaluating the physical and mechanical properties of the recycled concrete, it was concluded that it does not comply with the standards, however, it can be used for secondary structures.

From different perspectives, we can see a movement where the clinic has been retracted and expanded, in a process that indicates a constant criticism of the retraction and an attempt to expand this device. That said, it is necessary to understand what is being said when we talk about the Extended Clinic. The aim of this study was to delimit how the term "expanded clinic" has been appropriated by authors in the period between 2003 and 2013, based on an analysis of articles published on the CAPES "Períodicos" platforms, the Virtual Health Library and the Ministry of Health's Virtual Health Library. The texts found characteristics listed by the authors, without which we could not be talking about an expanded clinic. The results indicate the multiplicity and heterogeneity with which scholars in this field propose to think and intervene in the context of health promotion, as well as establishing axes on which these scholars are based. Based on the results, an organisational chart was drawn up in which these axes work by maintaining a dialogue and feeding back into each other.

Due to the nature of the product stored at petrol stations, any installation or system for storing petroleum products and other fuels is a potentially or partially polluting undertaking and a generator of environmental accidents, as leaks of petroleum products and other fuels can cause environmental contamination, as well as posing risks of fire and explosions. The aim of the study was to propose risk management for the environment, health and safety of the workers involved in the activities carried out at a petrol station. The Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA) methodology was used. Activities distributed by sector were analysed, including vehicle refuelling, fuel unloading, the oil change sector and the management/convenience/stockroom/cold room sector.

The management of the manager-leader must be focused on creating mutually empowering teams and learning to meet the owls, lambs, hyenas, lions and queen bees. In looking at leadership, it is important to appreciate and reflect on "a story worth telling" Empowerment shifts the paradigm from top-down to flat management. The manager becomes a coach and a facilitator. The most difficult task of empowered leaders is to create teams that are open to learning. He is a facilitator, not a controller. He is a coach, not an expert. It takes emotions into account, not technical skills. It is important to learn to manage emotions at work, in the couple and especially to learn how to emotionally educate a child. The manager must possess 21st century skills. They must learn to motivate themselves, to know the laws of success and to reflect on the different educational experiences that are being put into practice today in different countries around the world. This manual will be the perfect complement for the development of your profession where management, leadership, empowerment, among others, are exposed.

One hundred and fifty strains of Corynebacterium diphtheriae collected during 1993-2013 from patients with diphtheria or ozene, including epidemic and post-epidemic periods, were studied. MLST analysis of 76 isolates identified a particular genotype(ST-116), associated with the epidemic period, appearing characteristic of Algeria. The post-epidemic period was characterized by a greater diversity of circulating genotypes. There was no correlation between ST and geographical area or toxinotype. In contrast to the mitis and gravis biotypes, the belfanti biotype strains were closely related, phylogenetically distinct and isolated exclusively from patients suffering from ozene. MIC determinations for penicillin, cefotaxime, erythromycin, tetracycline, chloramphenicol and co-trimoxazole using the E-test method showed that all strains were susceptible to penicillin and erythromycin. The majority of isolates, however, were resistant to cefotaxime, tetracycline and chloramphenicol. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the temporo-spatial evolution of these strains are essential.

Drug use has become a public health problem that especially affects the adolescent and young adult population. However, it is important to establish that drug use in older adults has been virtually ignored worldwide. The objective of this study was to determine personal factors and the use of illicit psychoactive substances in older adults in Juarez. The use of illicit psychoactive substances is considered less frequent in older adults than in young people, the problem exists and is increasing because they have a history of early and late initiation, and some stressful life event may lead to substance use. The results obtained demonstrate the need for further research focused on drug use among older adults, and to develop strategies to reduce the alterations and complications they may be experiencing.

Tax avoidance is a practice used by companies with the aim of minimizing their tax burden. It has evolved significantly in recent years (CESE, les éditions des journaux officiels, 2016). Indeed, the development of ICTs has facilitated means of communication and developed forms of commerce that transcend state borders. These means, while available to all companies, are more accessible to multinational firms. Figures reveal that over 60% of global trade is carried out between companies in the same group (CESE, les éditions des journaux officiels, 2016). According to INSEE 50% of global sales by French-controlled multinational firms are made through subsidiaries located abroad (INSEE, 2014). This paper analyzes the forms of tax avoidance practice used by multinationals based in Burkina Faso and the loss of revenue this generates for public finances. The study covers the period from 2017 to 2019 and focuses on thirteen (13) multinationals reporting to the Direction des Grandes Entreprises (DGE).

Graphic design is the activity that deals with the intentional behaviour of forms, their combinations, their associative coherence, the functional possibilities and the aesthetic values captured in the whole called what is designed. Graphic design is the discipline of design oriented towards the solution of visual communication problems that man poses in his process of adapting to the environment according to his needs. This discipline is identified with the human action of conscious change of form. It is creative because something that did not exist is added to a support - to this branch of study responds par excellence to art. In this way, graphic design is characterised as a specific form of art, although it responds to a specific intention, which is visual communication. Contemporary trends in preserving digital archives have evolved, generating a semantic field specific to archival science, or the science of documents, which is linked here to the preservation of graphically designed objects, which constitute a transcendent historical heritage.

In prostate cancer, early detection is fundamental for a favorable evolution or cure of the patient. In order to determine the correspondence between the values of prostate specific antigen and the painful sensitivity of alert points for prostate cancer of traditional Chinese medicine, a descriptive investigation was carried out on the criminal population over 40 years of age of the La Alambrada center, 200 patients were randomly selected. Information was collected through a detailed exploration of the key points (XINDAXI; ZHONGJI and SHENGZHIDIAN), a semi-structured interview and the determination of PSA in blood. Patients with no prostate antigen alterations and no symptoms suggestive of prostate cancer predominated. No diagnosis of prostate cancer was confirmed, the combination of alert points for the diagnosis of this cancer only coincided in one patient who also presented altered antigen values, in general, correspondence was observed in all patients with prostate affections and the REN 3 and SHENGZHIDIAN location points.

In this journey into the world of minors in police custody, we will first explore the conditions under which they are detained or held in police custody, and the conditions under which they are heard or listened to. We will then look at their life stories. The book will also include case studies and, finally, the social protection of minors at risk in police environments and transit centers.

In this book, work analogous to slavery will be explored comprehensively, highlighting its persistence today, despite advances in labor relations. The definition of this type of exploitation begins, differentiating it from regular work. Next, the characteristics and inhumane conditions faced by workers, including exhausting working hours and the absence of freedom, are detailed. The victims of this exploitation are identified, with an emphasis on vulnerable and specific groups who are often the target of these unjust practices. This book presents statistics and concrete cases that illustrate the spread of work analogous to slavery, especially in the urban sector. A timeline is drawn and a debate is initiated in order to show how these practices have evolved over time. Some measures to combat this form of exploitation are presented, with an emphasis on fundamental rights. Finally, the important need to eradicate work analogous to slavery in modern society is stressed, calling for action from all those involved in the fight against this illegal practice.
