Both young and impassioned, their relationship was re-kindled instantly. After an evening of emotional and physical engagement, Paul apologetically insisted, out love and duty to his family, that the affair must end, and he returned to Pittsburgh disturbed and burdened with what might have been. He was also made uncomfortably aware of the existence of a son, a son he never knew existed. The struggle between forces of management and labor weighed heavily on him. Following the early death of his wife, circumstances allowed him to reunite with Amy. Even though they had reached into deep middle age, their passion resumed, and Paul enjoyed a relationship with the adult son he never knew he had. The reader will have to determine the situations I mention that are a One (true) or a Two (false). Later the reader needs to determine his or her thoughts and feelings related to what was presented. Keep in mind the author is a Psychologist and enjoys human reactions. Dr. Myers is the retired Chairperson of the Marywood University Psychology Department. He was also the Chief Forensic Psychologist at the Lackawanna County Prison in Scranton, PA. The implications of fear, the sword for demonic warfare and the question of whether fear is insurable were extensively under focus. Finally, the areas of contagiousness and the immunization of fear received factual attention. For the purpose of producing data for the statistical analysis in part three, an attempt was made in part two. This attempt was aimed at collecting or extracting of chapters and verses containing the word "FEAR" in the Holy Bible. The individual opinion, which may be formed from the analysis in part three, notwithstanding; it is important to recognize the admonishment and emphasis on the words; "Fear, Afraid, Be not afraid, Affrighted and be not terrified. The increased usage of these words in the New Testament of the Holy Bible is worthy of notice. Part four is a reminder to the WICKED that it is not late to re-access

There was the ground search, an aerial search and a search of the Cottonwood River. BCA investigators found blood evidence in the kitchen of the Larson residence. As a last resort, a world-renowned psychic was brought in to help locate Jean's remains, but they have yet to be found. Jean's case remains open to this day. Justice has not been served for Martha or Jean. Their stories are heart-breaking.

Having grown up in a small town of five to six thousand residents, I totally appreciate life's simplicities. This work was created to simplify what most people would complicate: a house renovation with the goal of flipping. To be honest, real estate is a very complicated field with multiple sub-industries that do not necessarily correlate. Yet the home renovation and house flipping industry has, in recent times, gotten the general population excited about real estate investing. I like to call it the rebranding of an industry. House flipping has a silver lining so rarely mentioned that many active flippers do not fully understand the advantages until putting in several years of work. This is because the benefits of flipping are almost always seen as huge profit margins. Big profits are absolutely obtainable, but they are actually not the best benefit nor reason to start a house flipping business. The key to expanding any business is leverage. Flipping homes consistently helps you gain experience. That experience can then be used as a bargaining tool with lending institutions to allow you to leverage, or get financing, for larger and larger sums of money. Going into house flipping to make vast profits is not a strategy that fits the business model of 2020 and beyond. While liquidity (cash on hand) expedites one's ability to acquire properties, the access to leverage allows one to buy larger, more valuable and usually more profitable assets. For example, if you could put up $100,000 of your cash and gain control of $1 million worth of properties to renovate, you could end up with a much bigger check to deposit. The goal of any business is to first understand its industry and then use that knowledge to create a system of processes. If the blood of a business is money, the heart of a business is its systems.
