What was supposed to be an easy voyage for gold turns into something much more dangerous than what Knack Knack had bargained for.

In Greek mythology and modern literature, there are stories about sons of Zeus and sons of Poseidon, but in school one day, I wondered, "What about a son of Hades?" My highly imaginative mind went to work.The Son of Hades is my answer to my own question. The tale is told by Euphemia, the storyteller, and she recounts the tale of Keegan Odysseus Donahue in vivid detail, from how his parents meet to how he became-well, I won''t spoil that for you.The story begins many ages ago, with the heinous act of a desperate deity, the death of the youngest of the Graces at the hand of Hades. This act leads Zeus to make an edict that condemns any child of Hades to death.Sometime later, Angelia, daughter of Hermes, visits Keegan''s mother, Lady Donahue, and whisks her and the small child away to live hidden from all who would carry out Zeus''s edict.Years later, having grown up in his father''s shadow, Keegan is hated and shunned by many, save for his own mother and the daughter of Hermes, until he meets a beautiful demigoddess, Helen Adonia, that takes a liking to him.But this is no Greek comedy, and happiness cannot find our hero so easily. I wrote the book from stories created in my mind about each picture on the page. Some stories are right from when I was a kid and while growing up in the 1960s. The other stories are make-believe fairy tales about the other photos. My imagination runs wild when it comes to making stories about pictures.

He flees to Egypt to seek refuge, but racism, violence, rejection, and becoming easy prey for the doctors who steal the human organs from the Sudanese refugees are what the streets of Egypt have to offer him.He thinks the struggle is over when he arrives in the United States of America, but things get worse. There are the language and cultural barriers. On top of that, the woman he loves and their unborn baby disappear and he is wrongfully convicted and sentenced to seven years in prison.Despite all that, Tokia always strives to reach his goal of becoming a prosecutor who brings war criminals to justice. The author paints a realistic picture inspired by his personal experience.

I am honored to dedicate my poetry in English and Spanish to the world and specially in these difficult times that we have . I know that my experiences that I have had since my early childhood have given me solutions for many of the challenges that our world faces today.   I support the protection of the environment since I believe that it is our duty to protect what God has given us, and not to to be destructive to flora and fauna; and that wars between humans should be resolved in a peaceful and cordial way.   I also address homelessness, drug abuse, abuse of the elderly , and to prayerfully resolve hateful issues between religions through diplomatic negotiations.   My poetry includes all of the above presented artistically in my poem Art Sublime. I have also shared my poetry in the past with poetry.com, and with the National Library of Poetry, and in Guatemala with other poets in Arcón de Poesía and El Pensador.   Today the world needs not chemical or nuclear warfare nor any warfare but consciously to pray in a mental environment of peace, and love, and sincerity in the Omnipresence of God´s love.                         Me encuentro honrado en dedicar mi poesía en inglés y en español al mundo , y en especial en estos tiempos difíciles en la que nos encontramos. Yo sé que mis experiencias que he tenido desde mi niñez me han dado soluciones para muchos de los desafíos que nuestro mundo enfrenta hoy en día.   Yo respaldo la protección del medio ambiente ya que creo que es nuestro deber de proteger lo que Dios nos ha otorgado, y no ser destructivo a la flora y fauna; y que las guerras entre los humanos deben de ser resueltas de una manera pacífica y cordial.   Yo también abordo problemas de la falta de hogar, abuso de los ancianos, y la resolución a través de la oración de asuntos de odios existentes entre religiones a través de negociaciones diplomáticas.   Mi poesía incluye todo lo mencionado y presentado de manera artística en mi poema Art Sublime (Arte Sublime). También he compartido my poesía en el pasado con poetry.com, y con el National Library of Poetry, y en Guatemala con otros poemas en Arcón de Poesía y en El Pensador.   Hoy el mundo necesita no la guerra química o nuclear ni ninguna otra guerra, sino que conscientemente ore en un ambiente mental de paz, y amor y sinceridad en la Omnipresencia del amor de Dios.

The Day My Heart Cried goes into relationships with parents and how to be effective, loving, and firm in the life of a child. It also reveals the power of teamwork with community members to build bridges of love that can only strengthen its citizens.Also, information is given for marriages and how to avoid agreeing to irreconcilable differences. We gain power by having Godly relationships and learning to forgive in lieu of holding grudges for a long time. We should learn to make sacrifices to strengthen our walk of integrity before our final change comes on earth. Moreover, we should learn to let go and give our problem to our King. Besides, he only needs one move to change our trajectory. He did it for my Father, and one day, he will do it for us too.

Terrorism, hope, and one white-haired old man. The love of a new family.

The Blood Moon is a story that follows the adventure of two young men who manage to get themselves into all kinds of kooky situations while pursuing some careers in the music industry. Originally, the Blood Moon was called the Mix & Scratch or The Hookup, a story about two wannabe entertainers who manage to get themselves into a lot of amusing situations while navigating their way through the streets of Chicago, but the author also wanted the story to be mysterious, amusing, and appealing to lovers of R&B, hip-hop, rock, or rap music. So he changed the title to the Blood Moon after reading about a mysterious Blood Moon that would be passing over the United States at that particular time. Then he developed the characters. Mix evolved into Jimmy Lacquer, a communication student at a local junior college; and Scratch became Marvin Chuckles, a happy-go-lucky sound engineering student, who is one of Jimmy''s classmates and one of his closest friends. Together they form a group called Mix & Scratch, and they embark on a journey to pursue their musical careers. Along the way, they meet Michael Snuggles, a self-proclaimed prophet of the entertainment industry, and Mr. Bee Bee or Boom Box, a mysterious little agent who takes them under his wings.

Teddy-a dog who has a passion for the sky, atmosphere, and outer space-gets the opportunity to check it out for himself! That is until he unravels a surprise he did not see coming.
