The reason for me writing this book is so that you would know how to forgive a person for the horrific things that they have done to you. As a child and teenager being bless at the end that still loving your self and being thankful for the children you have.At twelve, I was told by a doctor that my womb was damaged so bad that he wasn't sure if I was going to have children. Years after this, I gave birth to seven children-five boys and two girls. I lost one of my children in 2014 to sickness, and he died three days before his twenty-third birthday. I've been through a lot over the years, but I never let it get me down. I look up to God through it all. I have seen the people that hurt me and have forgiven them for me and not for them. I love my mother and forgave her. I understand not everyone is able to take care of their children. No need to take on a job you can't handle. I raised my children with love and I also tell them to never hurt people and the ones they love.If any of you are going through what I have been through, please get help and don't let this break you down. Seek therapy. Never stop loving yourself and stay strong and loving. You will be all right to the point where you will want to help others in a good way. I can say this because that's what I have been doing and I have people who look up to me, including my children. I am glad to be a blessing to someone.

In September 2009, my home for the past year was a no-tell hotel, so crime-ridden police were holding their nightly roll call in the hotel's parking lot. Police were called to this hotel over one hundred times just that summer. I came home my last day there to find a SWAT team arresting my neighbor for (armed) robbery in the drug store across the street. I moved out then and there, fearing for my safety. The only option available to me at the time was to put myself out on the street. Homeless Not Helpless is my true story loosely based on a journal I kept during my homeless experience. With my protocol and (good) plan, I rose from the hole I was in, with my goal being to move to Franklin, Indiana, to be close to my son, who was in high school at the time. The whole ordeal exacerbated my existing PTSD condition. Still, I hope this truly amazing story will inspire whoever reads it. I was inspired to create this book by the rock band REO Speedwagon's song "e;Keep on Rollin'."e; My mission statement is to give a free copy of the book to every homeless man, woman, and child I can find out there.

I created Myrtle the Talking Turtle as a throwback of names not very common anymore. I hope the reader enjoys this magical adventure story as well as the sequel series to follow!

Some children tend to get embarrassed about pooping in public restrooms or even get anxiety about it. So, this book was conceived on this idea, to help children relax and realize that it's quite normal to poop. We all poop; even animals poop! >This book was written as an educational tool to teach children why we poop. And, internationally, mammals, reptiles, and insects poop too!However, this book has many educational levels or layers to it as well. It teaches children about other countries, cities, different animals, and where they live. It teaches alphabets; the sequence of countries is in alphabetical order. This book also teaches weather terrain best for these animals. It gets children thinking about other animals and how to take care of animals and why animals hunt for food-survival!Enjoy! Y S

Almond must trust in herself. She must do the unimaginable to get to the truth or find her sanity.
