Creative Whispers has been designed with the help of many friends and relatives. Life experiences of heartfelt moments became the largest part of my inspiration for the creation of my poetry. I feel my work was spiritually guided as the words would flow with ease from thought to paper expressing my deepest feelings. My hope is that I may bring comfort to at least one person with the words that come from my heart and soul.

Hi, my name is Kayla Lynn Waterman. I am thirty-one years old. I was born in Westfield, New York, and raised in Jamestown, New York. I am married to a wonderful husband, and he is also my best friend. We have six wonderful girls, ages five to fourteen years old. They are my life. I wouldn't be who I am today without them. I began writing about my life through all the obstacles our family has been throughout many years. One of our daughters had been in and out of the hospital, and with all the memories and separation, it's been built up inside. This is for me to let people know that life is never easy, but never give up as well even if you want to. I have a best friend, and she's also my sister. Her name is Katricia Nutting. Without her bringing me up and being there for me, I wouldn't be the person I am today.

Untwisted Sister cordially invites the readers of those with obstacles of common grounds mentioned therein, who'd experienced, retrospectively, such adversities of life by reason of naivety or unawareness, whereby our universes are mathematically ordained, orderly and constructively spoken into its existing manifestation from the afterthought of God (Genesis 1:1-5). God said, and it was so; thus, the laws, bylaws, and commandments were solely God's to construct and establish, the only existing being who is, was, and is to come-the alpha and omega (Revelations 1:4).It behooved me to exclaim in the writings of this book a beginning, middle, and faith-believing end, making the reader aware of a forerunner of chaos, imbalance, and waste of precious, valued time in the earth's realm-that has no holds barred-then a transition to an orchestrated afterlife, as well as to inform you that no matter what, God Himself has already weighed the outcome of any plight-far above principalities and powers of indifference, Satan's obscured methods at distractions and diversions. Satan has misconstrued the perspectives and priorities of life's partnership belonging to God alone. Our lives here are of great significance (Deuteronomy 28:30, Joshua 1:6-9, Romans 12:1-21). The truth shall set us free, for the joy of the Lord is our strength. We were purposely created. Not to be consumed by the "e;wang dang doodles"e; that sin derives. Such high pollutants are superficially temporal. There is profound orderly guidance in revering God, the architect of our universe and the physical, mental, and spiritual fabric of our makeup. Similar to trees, let's grow, bear good fruits of gratitude and adoration to the God of glory.

At age twelve, I found my salvation and got baptized. The Lord is very dear to me.We live in a pandemic and a mean and crazy time in this world. It is difficult to have a smile sometimes.We can read many books and read the words, but sometimes the words we read can bring a picture of something in our minds. That old saying is true; a picture can be worth a million dollars.We have hope, faith, trust, blessings, sorrow, joys, beauty, love, our health, and do not forget the humor. Life would be difficult without a little humor.In this book, you will learn about bubbling brooks and overflowing fountains that fill us with so much joy. You will have a smile that will not fade because of a man named, "e;Jesus."e;Look up in the sky and see those gorgeous rainbows and the many stars, and do not forget the moon that puts so much light out for us so we do not have to be in the dark. God said let it be, and it was.But most importantly, you will learn about Jesus Christ, our Savior. I do not know where we would be without him. We receive all of the second chances but do not deserve it. Living right is made easier with our Savior and Heavenly Father.

This story takes place in the Mile High City of Denver, Colorado, in the early fifties. Elaine was a happy, playful five-year-old living with her single mom and four older sisters. Then tragedy suddenly struck home. A short time later, her mother was diagnosed with schizophrenia and chronic depression. As a result of her mother's illness, Elaine and her sisters were separated and placed in foster homes. After several temporary stays with her grandparents and other relatives, she became the property of the state of Colorado, placed permanently into the foster care system. After years of trying to trust the system, Elaine was transferred to an orphanage. It was for colored children located in another city many miles from her friends and familiar surroundings. After years of suppressing the dark fires and lies of her haunting memories, Elaine found strength in forgiveness and love, and now she has opened up to the world to share her challenges, hoping in some small way others will draw strength from her stories of survival.

Life After Losing a Child is dedicated to my son, Antonio Smith-Scott (May 23, 1992-March 5, 2013) and in honor of my mother, Flora Scott (August 25, 1949-January 3, 2020), who birthed eight children and lost six before her own death. Life After Losing a Child is based on my own experiences-from a mother's perspective losing a child, from a sibling's perspective losing brothers in early childhood, how the death of my brothers affected my parents and our family. I also share how losing my own son affected my family, my four other children, and their father. Millions of parents lose a child every day and are left struggling, trying to not be overtaken with grief for the rest of our lives. We suffer from guilt, shame, hurt, pain, and sorrows until we allow Jesus to heal us. Losing a child from a miscarriage, stillbirth, sickness, deformities, abortions, accidents, or homicides-all these losses of a child carries the same hurts, pains, sorrows, and grief. The loss of these children leaves a void in all our lives as a family. I pray by sharing my loss and grief process, you will seek Jesus for healing for yourself and family. That you will be empowered to live your best life after the loss of a child or sibling. I pray you will live to the fullest capacity God has intended, Jesus died to give you, with the Holy Spirit guiding you-a life of purpose not only for yourself and family, but for the child that is gone but not forgotten.

We all look at people and think we know them, but it sure would help us truly understand them if we could go back and see their life at different points of times so we can see what they have been through: their joys, their struggles, what made them who they are. In Eighteen Years: Seth, you will be immersed into the life of a foster kid named Seth. The story is arranged so you, as a reader, can jump to different times of Seth's life so you can build upon your knowledge of what Seth has been through as well as glimpses into the paths Seth still has to endure. You will know what Seth has been through in his life and how it shaped who he was, and who he is.You will be on an emotional roller coaster as you live Seth's life as a foster kid. You will experience the hopelessness and drain of not having his own family, his real mom; followed by friendships and caregivers that give him hope. You will see the beauty of people in Seth's life that give him love and support, but then you will see the reality of abuse and extreme loneliness as well. All lives are tough, but wait until you learn about Seth's and what he overcomes and what he becomes!We all have a story-a complex story. I hope that as you read Seth's story, you will look at each character and ask yourself, "e;I wonder what has made them who they are."e; It is an exercise I believe we all should learn to do in real life. There is so much that makes each of us who we are. The people and their own stories, our environment and circumstances, and the influences are endless. Get to know people, invest in their stories, and understand their stories. Hopefully, that may change your story!

"e;Once bitten twice shy. If minor mistakes could get me in trouble, what if I make a major mistake? One may run away from temptation but may not hide from it,"e; Ngozi cautioned. But that was the night she succumbed to temptation. Then came the beating: dum, dum, dum, tim, tim . . . Ngozi couldn't protect her face anymore. A maid's patience could be compared to the patience of a farmer, one who plants and patiently waits for harvest.

This book is about what the author believes to be the truth about eternal life and salvation as taught by Jesus Christ. The author was confused about this subject because almost every book he looked at used the writings and the quotes of Paul for the answer to this question, and the author did not understand why this is the case. Are these teachings of Paul true or not? So the author started his own investigation by reading the four gospels to see just what Jesus taught about this subject and other books as well. This includes who Jesus was, what he said about himself, what he said was the path to eternal life or salvation, etc.

God gave us that greatest gift, "e;his son,"e; to save humankind, give us faith, encourage us, equip us, and guide us.In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent his only begotten son into the world that we might live through him. (1 John 4:9)This is thought-provoking. It's an invitation to replace doubt with faith. This faith is going to be our weapon. It is belief, the belief we are going to use to believe the Son of God.

Every word from beginning to end is breathed by God so we can get to know him and his plan to bring us back into his loving arms. Every word-and I do mean every word-is about Jesus.
