Why do poems automatically arise in your head or mine? Are they the products of conscious thought or ideas lurking in our subconscious? Or due to our habit of seeking answers? Or a response to the information we received? I have been jotting down poems on various occasions in my life. And so, I decided on the title: "e;Poems Pave Our Lives."e; And my Subtitle explains what you will get from reading this book. I realize that by expressing my thoughts in poetry, I made sense of life. I could appreciate the challenges in life as opportunities and lessons! I believe that since we're all on the same journey in life, the same applies to us. I feel it's a blessing to express the emotions that you may share in this book of poems. I hope you enjoy the dialogue poems, the narrative poems, the ones a concerned citizen and a science educator would write as I reflect on the personal, national, and global issues and relate to them. With my background in research writing, I gratefully acknowledge the authors who contributed to my thoughts. And I hope learners of English may find the poems helpful and inspiring!

Panchatantra is a collection of attractively told stories about the five ways that helpthe human being succeed in life. "e;Pancha"e; means five and "e;tantra"e; means ways or strategiesor principles. Originally It was written by Pandit Vishnu sharma in 3rd Century. Now it has beenembellished in the form of poetry, which are not only interesting to read, but also the best guide toinstill moral values among children. As it is believed that the poems are the life of children. Alongwith making them poetic and musical, it is the best medium to develop their imaginations as well.

An anthology of Haiku, Tanka, Shahai and free form Poetry. His third after, "e;Where Fires Rage"e; and "e;In One Breath"e;, he has compiled a worthy panoply of poems that verbalises emotions of human existence, juxtaposed with photos providing an extra dimension of interpretation that is relatable and enjoyable.

This book PSYCHIATRIC CASE CLERKING FOR MEDICAL STUDENTS has its origins during the pandemic when the biweekly tutorials for the medical students at the university where I teach were held through zoom, google meet and teams. Wondering if students could understand what was being said I decided to make a word document which I sent to the tutorial students. Then I realized that this document actually simplified my work and produced better results in terms of completeness of clerking. In addition, I felt that this compilation made clerking simple, systematic and easy to understand for the undergraduate medical students. The contents of this book has been repeatedly used during my tutorials on the many batches of medical students I have had the pleasure to teach.

Through easy rhyme, she not only voices some deep-seated questions, but places arguments and answers that open one's mind to the real meaning of life. The idea of a collection of short stories from personal experiences and encounters was born following several desert time chats between the author and his friends, many of whom disclosed incidents which were bizarre, ironical, unexpected, or even belonging to the supranatural, stories not sufficiently grand enough to be turned into a novel or movie but which nevertheless could provide food for thought and questions on how we should interact with other persons, both visible and invisible. Most of us believe in destiny, though many of my friends would challenge or dispute the rationale of accepting or adopting any specific religious belief. The stories told in this collection are of necessity fictionalised, but the essence or themes of the stories are mostly based on or related to first hand experiences or descriptions which sometimes could, hopefully, stimulate us to think about life again and whenever we face a downturn, whether we should second guess our choices, decisions, and paths we have taken. Last but not the least, the author would hope that these stories are light enough to digest, but substantial enough to linger on in one's palate for some time.
