Key to the Kingdom is a story that will teach children the good news that Jesus loves them, and has a plan for their life. This story was written after praying for a unique Easter program for a small country church outreach. Jesus used parables to explain things when he walked on earth, and this parable explains that he is the Key to the Kingdom on a child''s level. The story explains sin, separation from God, and why the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus are so important. It is hoped that this book will reach a generation of children that will fall in love with Jesus and receive him into their heart and become a part of his kingdom.

During one of my personal Bible studies, the story of the woman with the alabaster box (Mark 14: 3-9, Mathew 26, and John 12) ministered to me differently. Unlike many people that came to Jesus while He was on earth, she came to give to Jesus instead of receiving. She came with an expensive oil to worship Jesus. She went above and beyond to honor the Kingship of Christ. The more I read the story, the more intrigued I became about the alabaster box, its contents and its symbolism to Christianity. The main purpose of man is to please God, and this can be done by blessing humanity with the gifts and virtues He has given us. Christianity is about being a blessing to our world. The world needs you and I to make a difference, to be the salt and light in this morally degraded world that we live in. A Believer is like the alabaster box-precious and carrying valuable fragrance to bless the whole world. Many people, however, are not aware of their worth and the value of what they carry inside of them. This book is an eye opener which will help you identify and maximize your "e;alabaster box"e; for the glory of God and benefit of humanity.
