This book tells the true story of some of my misadventures outdoors. My stories range from hunting and fishing trips at home, to adventures in the great North Woods of Canada. It has been said if you go with me on a hunting or fishing trip, you will always come back with a "Jim story". In the book, I try to place the reader in the different scenarios I find myself in, and the types of wildernesses I encountered. I want the reader to be entertained and feel they are in the story.

Borrow Tomorrow is a book of poetry and epiphany. A young adult's life is put on hold, and it creates a fascination with the concept of "tomorrow." While seeking God, the young adult experiences a stormy journey and learns to embrace the crossroad as a chance to unpack life and love. This book also journeys through the emotions of a young adult and having a relationship with God, reminding readers that they are not alone.

This book is not to tell a person what and who they should be, but to make an individual reflect the mirror of self-examine and advance. This book is meant for elementary school children, and though it is challenging for this level, it is a learning tool that parents and teachers can use to engage and inform our young citizens. Young children need to learn about voting from an early age. In today's United States, more and more citizens are engaging in politics through participation in elections. Voting is a powerful means of direct democracy that allows individuals to voice their opinions on issues they care deeply about. By electing representatives who share those same values, we can, through civic engagement, ensure that our voices are heard at all levels of government. From an early age, you can help children become better informed on topics close to home, such as pollution and climate change, and far away, such as human rights violations, and access to food and water. The book entitled "Music In Our Lives: My Life In Music And The People Who Inspired It" is about my life as an artist, musician, teacher and spiritual seeker. It is about growing up in Oakland California and about my school life and college life. It's about the cities of Oakland, Portland, Oregon, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and New York City. It's about all the wonderful artists, musicians and people I have been able to work with. I talk about some of my personal, life, my children, my wives, my love affairs, my triumphs and my failures. Unfounded is a biography surrounding the life and death of 1 ¿ year old Jeffrey Ash Hevener and all of the events that followed. It is a true account written by Danielle Hevener, Jeffrey's mother. The accounts told by Danielle are harrowing and absolutely tragic for anyone to have to go through yet it is somehow inspiring. Unfounded is full of raw emotion, tragedy, injustice, controversy, but more importantly about hope and faith. The names in the book have either been changed, abbreviated, or redacted entirely to protect the privacy of all those involved. As such, Danielle chose to use her children's nicknames throughout the book to protect their identities as well.
