Raised by his uncle, Ty was treated like a servant. Ty worked hard but it was never enough.

When Ty is 18, his uncle has people tied up. After Ty rescues them, he is badly injured by his uncle.

The men take Ty home with them. Their doctor takes care of Ty.

As Ty gets stronger, he learns who the men are and how they relate to him.
