Über Adjustment of hard and soft tissues of an atrophied hemi-maxilla
Introduction : This thesis presents a case report of implant-supported rehabilitation in a 55-year-old patient with an atrophied hemi maxilla., emphasizing interdisciplinary collaboration and personalized treatment strategies.Observation : The case report documents the patient's oral health history, radiographic assessments, and clinical examination findings. Deficiencies in ridge width and height are observed, necessitating the utilization of the bone block technique and lateral sinus floor elevation. The modified roll flap technique is successfully applied to augment the keratinized gingiva.Discussion : The outcomes of the case report are analyzed in relation to existing literature and clinical guidelines. The importance of interdisciplinary collaboration and rationale behind selected treatment modalities are discussed, emphasizing aesthetic and functional results. Conclusion : this thesis showcases the successful implementation of hard and soft tissue management techniques for implant-supported rehabilitation of an atrophied hemi maxilla.
