The present research was elaborated with the objective of knowing the restrictions that exist in the labor market in the city of Guayaquil - Ecuador. Unemployment is a problem that affects both the population and the government, this is a problem that several economies are going through worldwide. This research is focused on the theoretical inductive - deductive method, through a field exploration.
