Normally a reason to celebrate. But there are anniversaries that one does not want to be reminded of.
Inspector Cheung has to solve the Ai-Mui kidnapping case and is confronted with a case that started in 1998. Back then, fate intertwined the life of a Hong Kong Police Force Inspector with that of a syndicate head.
Seven years later, they are made to realise that no one can escape their past.
