Helena Petrus is an American citizen born in Brazil. There, she graduated in secretarial studies and accounting.

Helena and her husband, Daryl, live happily in Missouri.
About the Illustrator
Emerson Carvalho de Souza (a.k.a. Camaleão) is a self-taught cartoonist, illustrator, and painter from Brazil. He has been drawing comics since a young age and has always been enchanted by art.

Camaleão, an accomplished artist, lives in Belo Horizonte with his wife, Daniela, and their teenage daughters, Yasmim and Açucena.
