Aortic valve replacement

The present study describes the fundamental principles, modern surgical technologies and new aspects used in aortic valve prosthesis. Based on the comparative analysis, the influence of different types of artificial heart valves on the dynamics of the main morphofunctional and haemodynamic parameters (volume and linear characteristics) of LV is presented.
