Este libro trata de la situación y la posición de los alumnos con talento de la enseñanza preuniversitaria en la región de Anamorava. El objetivo principal de esta investigación es poner de relieve la situación de los alumnos con altos coeficientes de inteligencia en estos municipios: Vitia, Kamenica y Gjilan, estudiando el trabajo de los profesores, los métodos, las técnicas y las formas de trabajar con esta categoría de alumnos. A través del Instrumento de Documentación Pedagógica, el Sistema de Observación Sistemática se seleccionaron 30 escuelas, 10 del municipio de Vitia, 10 del municipio de Kamenica y 10 del municipio de Gjilan, incluyendo el número de 150 profesores, con el objetivo de investigar la documentación pedagógica y su examen en el descubrimiento e identificación del carácter histórico de la Posición del Alumno con Talento en esta región.

Dieses Buch befasst sich mit der Situation und der Stellung von begabten Schülern der voruniversitären Bildung in der Region Anamorava. Das Hauptziel dieser Untersuchung ist es, die Situation von Schülern mit hohen Intelligenzkoeffizienten in diesen Gemeinden zu beleuchten: Vitia, Kamenica und Gjilan, wobei die Arbeit der Lehrer, Methoden, Techniken und die Art und Weise der Arbeit mit dieser Kategorie von Schülern untersucht wird. Mit Hilfe des Instruments der pädagogischen Dokumentation und des Systems der systematischen Beobachtung wurden 30 Schulen ausgewählt, 10 aus der Gemeinde Vitia, 10 aus der Gemeinde Kamenica und 10 aus der Gemeinde Gjilan, einschließlich der Anzahl von 150 Lehrern, mit dem Ziel, die pädagogische Dokumentation zu erforschen und ihre Untersuchung bei der Entdeckung und Identifizierung des historischen Charakters der Position der begabten Schüler in dieser Region.

Este livro trata da situação e da posição dos estudantes talentosos da Educação Pré-Universitária na região de Anamorava. O principal objectivo desta investigação é destacar a situação dos estudantes com elevados coeficientes de inteligência nestes municípios: Vitia, Kamenica e Gjilan, estudando o trabalho dos professores, métodos, técnicas e formas de trabalhar com esta categoria de estudantes. Através do Instrumento de Documentação Pedagógica, foram seleccionadas 30 escolas, 10 do município de Vitia, 10 do município de Kamenica e 10 do município de Gjilan, incluindo o número de 150 professores, com o objectivo de pesquisar a documentação pedagógica e o seu exame na descoberta e identificação do carácter histórico do Talented Student's Position nesta região.

Ce livre traite de la situation et de la position des étudiants talentueux de l'enseignement pré-universitaire dans la région d'Anamorava. L'objectif principal de cette recherche est de mettre en lumière la situation des étudiants ayant des coefficients d'intelligence élevés dans les municipalités suivantes : Vitia, Kamenica et Gjilan : Vitia, Kamenica et Gjilan, en étudiant le travail des enseignants, les méthodes, les techniques et les façons de travailler avec cette catégorie d'étudiants. Grâce à l'instrument de documentation pédagogique et au système d'observation systématique, 30 écoles ont été sélectionnées, 10 dans la municipalité de Vitia, 10 dans la municipalité de Kamenica et 10 dans la municipalité de Gjilan, dont 150 enseignants, dans le but de rechercher la documentation pédagogique et de l'examiner afin de découvrir et d'identifier le caractère historique de la situation des étudiants talentueux dans cette région.

Questo libro tratta la situazione e la posizione degli studenti di talento dell'istruzione pre-universitaria nella regione di Anamorava. Lo scopo principale di questa ricerca è quello di evidenziare la situazione degli studenti con alti coefficienti di intelligenza in questi comuni: Vitia, Kamenica e Gjilan, studiando il lavoro degli insegnanti, i metodi, le tecniche e le modalità di lavoro con questa categoria di studenti. Attraverso lo Strumento di Documentazione Pedagogica, il Sistema di Osservazione Sistematica sono state selezionate 30 scuole, 10 del comune di Vitia, 10 del comune di Kamenica e 10 del comune di Gjilan, compreso il numero di 150 insegnanti, con l'obiettivo di ricercare la documentazione pedagogica e il loro esame nella scoperta e nell'identificazione del carattere storico della posizione dello studente di talento in questa regione.

Nowadays teaching and learning process has made a progress in different aspects of education, such creating new techniques and methods of learning and teaching, where as these two education processes, learning and teaching is becoming easier for both teachers and pupils too. In this aspect teacher¿s messages are very important for the pupils state as they try to establish their knowledge and information to the pupils. For pupils the voice of teacher is an order to them, not because they feel afraid from him, but because of the security and trust felt from him. This shows a lot to us that the communication it¿s like a door of success depended more from the teacher¿s creativity and his organization too, how he organizes and plans his work. Basing to that one of the techniques improving the pupils meets, the academic needs and helps them developing their skills in school subjects is providing multimedia during the process of teaching and learning in the classroom. Towards that XXI century requires all the teachers to continue learning the newest teaching methods and techniques in order to have in the ¿Center¿ student¿s position with the purpose of having more quality in the teaching.

This book treats the situation and the position of Pre-University Education Talented Students in the region of Anamorava. The main purpose of this research is to highlight the situation of students with high intelligence coefficients in these municipalities: Vitia, Kamenica and Gjilan, studying the work of teachers, methods, techniques and the ways of working with this category of students. Në vazhdën e përmbajteve të poezive, nisur nga poezia e parë ¿Gjithçka më bart te ti¿ autorja përshkruan imazhin e individit të përmallshëm, atij që ndonëse ishte larg, dashuria nga e dashura e tij nuk kishte mbaruar për të, madje brenda kësaj poezie gjejmë dhe lutje që i bëhen nga distanca prej së dashurës së këtij imazhi, ndonëse shpresat ajo i kishte humbur. Besjana Rexhepi, vjen në duart e juaja si libri i katërt me radhë dhe i pari i kësaj natyre me poezi, në të cilin autorja bën një përmbledhje të vargjeve të lira të shkruara nga vet ajo me tematika të ndryshme që kapin: jetën, dashurinë, politikën, diskriminimin, padrejtësinë dhe injorancën e njerëzve. Lexuesit në të mund ta gjejnë veten dhe të kuptojnë realitetin e asaj se sa paradoksale është jeta. Si poezi më të spikatura në të cilat autorja bën thirrje lexuesve janë: Kam kuptuar, Luks pa Rehati, Dedikuar Shoqërisë, Mos m'u Anko, Shtet me Veshë të Shurdhër, Vajzës, Djalit etj. Që të gjitha këto poezi autorja i ka stilizuar që t'i jap një kuptim aq të mirë dhe me qëllim që të ngrit vetëdijësimin në popullatë se nga kush duhet pasur kujdes në jetë, nga cilat kategori të njerëzve respektivisht. Ajo njëherit bën apel në opinion se kaq shumë ka humbur nderi, edukata e humanizmi në njerëzi dhe se sa shumë është shtuar interesi në botën e shekullit XXI.

The Combined classroom work has been and remains the most difficult and most burdened area of primary education. Despite the complexity of the problems with this system, the organization, moral and material evaluation of teachers, as well as the efforts to support is scarce. In most cases, teachers who are assigned to work with mixed classes should be more prepared, whereas in reality they are generally the youngest who do not have the proper experience. Not only that, but in more cases for working with classrooms are assigned to teachers who do not even have the relevant education. In many cases, the goal of the most skilled teachers is lacking, to overcome this overload with scientific, pedagogical and managerial skills. Despite that teaching in the classroom is a complex didactic problem, about which there are different didactic points of view. These views clearly speak of the way of working, the selection of the appropriate number of students that must be in a class and the conditions that must satisfy the existence of a class.
