Im Rahmen des umfassenden Ansatzes für das Kind ist der Krankenhauspädagoge Teil des Teams von Fachleuten, die in einer untergeordneten und koordinierten Weise mit dem Gesundheitsteam in effektiver und respektvoller gegenseitiger Kommunikation die vollständige Behandlung des Kindes-Patienten-Schülers als vollwertiges Rechtssubjekt gewährleisten. Als Erwachsene, die direkt mit Kindern zu tun haben, müssen wir die volle Achtung ihrer Rechte garantieren, um sie zu vollwertigen Menschen zu machen. As adults with direct intervention with children, we must guarantee the full respect of their rights, towards the achievement of full human beings. Together we can create bonds and assume new roles.

En el abordaje integral el niño, la figura del Pedagogo Hospitalario, forma parte del equipo de profesionales que, de manera subordinada y coordinada con el equipo de salud, de mutua comunicación efectiva y respetuosa, garantizarán el pleno tratamiento del niño-paciente-alumno, como pleno sujeto de derecho. Como adultos con intervención directa en niños, debemos garantizar el pleno respeto de sus derechos, hacia el logro de seres humanos plenos. Juntos podemos crear vínculos y asumir nuevos roles.
