Chinas economy rose in the 1990 and developed into the worlds largest producer of goods. Furthermore it became increasingly influential in world politics so China started to join the family of countries which have a reasonable and widely available comprehensive System of social protection and welfare. They managed to grand their citizen the ability to prosper and providing basic needs, as well as fundamental social support. In 2010, the National Peoples Congress adopted the first national Social Insurance Law, representing the Culmination of a process of radical social reform and fundamental change in the sphere of Governmental Activities. To Represent the different Goals and Policies of the Welfare System being build in China it is important to understand what kind of welfare regime is being build in the Peoples Republic of China.China has been a politically unique Country over the last 75 Years. It is one of only five remaining communist states in the world, besides Laos, Cuba, the Democratic Republic of Korea and Vietnam and besides some notable economical achievements from Vietnam, China is the only Communist State which had been economically Successful.The Characteristics of a Communist State include centralized Power in the hands of a party elite which is presumably motivated, to act in varying degrees by some kind of socialist ideology of statism and social justice.While the Peoples Republic of China has maintained its political uniqueness, the economic uniqueness of China shed over the last centuries. Mostly because China turned its back on isolationism and adopted due to Reform and Opening Up in the late 1970 and an open socialist market economy, this was enabled by following the Ideology of Deng Xiaopings ¿Reformation and Modernization¿ Polices commonly know as Ideology in Chinese Politics, this Phase still has not Ended regarding to the Communist Party of the Peoples Republic of China Ideology.

Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2020 im Fachbereich Politik - Thema: Europäische Union, Note: 1,3, Universität Bielefeld (Fakultät für Politikwissenschaft), Veranstaltung: Public Policy, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Kohäsionspolitik ist eine der zentralen ökonomisch ausgerichteten Politiken der europäischen Union, zudem ist sie hauptsächlich durch Pfadabhängigkeit sowie nur schrittweiser langsamer Veränderung gekennzeichnet. Allerdings wurde im Jahr 2013 die Kohäsionspolitik erheblich reformiert. In dieser Arbeit soll daher diese bedeutsame Veränderung in der politischen Praxis der europäischen Integration und Kooperation untersucht und mit Hilfe des Multiple-Stream-Ansatzes analysiert werden. Dieses Analyse orientiert sich dabei an den Merkmalen der Politikgestaltung der Europäischen Union, berücksichtigt die Besonderheiten der Multi-Level-Governance, welche in der Europäischen Union als primäres politisches Kommunikationsmedium genutzt wird, sowie setzt die Veränderung der Kohäsionspolitik mit der institutionalisierten und traditionellen Policy Gestaltung der Europäischen Union in Verbindung. Da diese Neustrukturierung der europäischen Kohäsionspolitik zudem in der Übergangszeit zwischen dem Ende des Lissabon-Vertrages und der neubeginnenden Agenda ¿Europe 2020¿ stattfand wird weiterhin untersucht ob ein Zusammenhang zwischen der Marginalisierung der Sozialpolitik im Vergleich zu den makroökonomischen Belangen anhand des Wechsels der europäischen Agenda zu ¿Europe 2020¿ begründet werden kann.

Seminar paper from the year 2020 in the subject Economics - International Economic Relations, Bielefeld University, language: English, abstract: This paper discusses and in a broad way explains the connections in terms of networking between Human Rights and Economic sanctions, the relationship between Human Rights and international relations in academic fields and how Human Rights are used in Human Rights relations. During the implementation of the United Nations Charter, the term Human Rights were mentioned seven times making the promotion and protection of Human Rights as key purpose in the effective guiding of the organization principle. In 1948, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights brought in the Human Rights within the realm of global law.Since then, United Nations has effectively protected Human Rights through the correct legal documents. Human Rights are currently a permanent characteristic of international relations. The perception of Human Rights, or rather the rights of men, was already known in the 18th Century. Human Rights have lately become decisively entangled in both the study and practice of international relations. The dominant theories of international relations explain the responsibilities of such rights in different ways. It is evidenced that their major claims carry the higher persuasive arguments representing a natural juxtaposition of national sovereignty with different ideas of universal and moral order.

The main questions is how changes in the former transform the dynamics of the latter.Over the past years, the tourism industry had depended heavily on marketing using the power of the word of mouth. It used to be family and friends, who would assist in the planning of our traveling, with the assistance of travel agencies, magazines and tourism guides. With the emergence of digital technologies in the present world however, the word of mouth has been prolonged to a limited group of people who are widely spread all over the world. Social Media, a greater outcome of digital technology is now being used to connect travelers to the recommendations and opinions of people all over the world. The development of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs), within the last two distinctly different decades, have greatly transformed the tourism sector in almost all parts of the world. Within its tactical level, ICT makes it possible for the e-Commerce to thrive and subsequently assist the tourism organizations to fully maximize their general efficiency as well as effectiveness while at the strategic level, ICT has helped in restricting the tourism and travel chain together with the relationships which are there between the individual tourism organizations and the relevant stakeholders to the sector.
