Attractiveness is an important element in the development of a region, because it helps to put it at the forefront of the competitive scene, and makes it like a product that needs to be sold in order to develop. Indeed, it is seen as imperative for all countries. This is facilitated, in particular, by the adoption of a territorial marketing strategy that enables the region to highlight its assets and promotes development through territorial marketing actions. We therefore believe that there is a relationship between the practice of territorial marketing and regional development. Throughout this work, we will try to demonstrate this relationship by focusing on the contribution of the tourism sector.

El atractivo es un elemento importante para el desarrollo de una región, porque contribuye a situarla en primera línea de la escena competitiva y la asemeja a un producto que hay que vender para que se desarrolle. De hecho, se considera un imperativo para todos los países. Esto se ve facilitado, en particular, por la adopción de una estrategia de marketing territorial que permita a la región poner de relieve sus bazas y promueva el desarrollo mediante acciones de marketing territorial. Por lo tanto, creemos que existe una relación entre la práctica del marketing territorial y el desarrollo regional. A lo largo de este trabajo, intentaremos demostrar esta relación centrándonos en la contribución del sector turístico.

Die Attraktivität ist ein wichtiges Element in der Entwicklung eines Gebiets, da sie dazu beiträgt, es im Wettbewerb der Gebiete an die Spitze zu bringen, und es zu einem Produkt macht, das sich verkaufen muss, um sich zu entwickeln. Sie wird von allen Ländern als zwingend notwendig angesehen. Dies wird insbesondere durch die Annahme einer Strategie des territorialen Marketings erleichtert, die es ermöglicht, die eigenen Stärken hervorzuheben und die Entwicklung durch den Beitrag der Aktionen des territorialen Marketings zu fördern. Es gibt also einen Zusammenhang zwischen der Praxis des territorialen Marketings und der regionalen Entwicklung. In diesem Buch werden wir versuchen, diese Beziehung zu belegen, indem wir uns auf den Beitrag des Tourismussektors konzentrieren.

L'attrattività è un elemento importante per lo sviluppo di una regione, perché contribuisce a metterla in primo piano sulla scena competitiva e la rende simile a un prodotto che deve essere venduto per svilupparsi. In effetti, è considerato un imperativo per tutti i Paesi. Ciò è facilitato, in particolare, dall'adozione di una strategia di marketing territoriale che consenta alla regione di mettere in luce i propri asset e di promuovere lo sviluppo attraverso azioni di marketing territoriale. Riteniamo quindi che esista una relazione tra la pratica del marketing territoriale e lo sviluppo regionale. Nel corso di questo lavoro, cercheremo di dimostrare questa relazione concentrandoci sul contributo del settore turistico.

Elle se voit, en effet, comme impérative pour tous les pays. Ceci est facilité notamment par l¿adoption d¿une stratégie de marketing territorial qui permet de mettre en valeur ses atouts et qui favorise le développement par l¿apport des actions de marketing territorial. Il nous apparaît alors, l¿existence d¿une relation entre la pratique du marketing territorial et le développement régional. A travers cet ouvrage ,Nous allons donc essayer de démontrer cette relation en se focalisant sur l¿apport du secteur du tourisme .
