L'obiettivo principale del seguente articolo è l'elaborazione teorica di una modalità di approccio ai temi della morte e dell'autenticità da parte della psicoterapia esistenziale, a partire dalle condizioni ontologiche, psichiche e antropologiche dell'essere umano, nonché da un'indicazione della teologia, avendo come risultato la costruzione teorica di una risoluzione come modalità di cura di sé a partire dall'approccio esistenziale in psicoterapia, offrendo una traccia generale a tutti coloro che sono interessati a questo approccio.

Die Konzepte des Todes und der Authentizität sind zwei große Bastionen der existenziellen phänomenologischen Tradition in der Psychotherapie, auf denen die professionelle Arbeit derjenigen, die sich für diese breite, diffuse und manchmal unbekannte psychotherapeutische Schule entscheiden, epistemologisch basiert; Mehrere Autoren haben über diese Konzepte theoretisiert und gearbeitet und ihre Bedeutung innerhalb eines Prozesses der Behandlung und Transformation der Psyche hervorgehoben, indem sie ihnen eine führende Rolle in der psychischen Gesundheit zugewiesen haben, manchmal vielleicht ohne eine gründliche Überprüfung dessen, was sie auf ontologischer Ebene implizieren. Das Hauptziel des folgenden Beitrags ist die theoretische Ausarbeitung eines Weges, sich den Themen Tod und Authentizität von der existentiellen Psychotherapie aus zu nähern, ausgehend von den ontologischen, psychischen und anthropologischen Bedingungen des menschlichen Wesens, sowie von einem Hinweis auf die Theologie, mit dem Ergebnis der theoretischen Konstruktion einer Lösung als Weg der Selbstfürsorge vom existentiellen Ansatz in der Psychotherapie, der all jenen, die sich für diesen Ansatz interessieren, einen allgemeinen Überblick bietet.

The main objective of the following paper is the theoretical elaboration of a way of approaching the themes of death and authenticity from existential psychotherapy, starting from the ontological, psychic and anthropological conditions of the human being, as well as from an indication of theology, having as a result the theoretical construction of a resolution as a way of self-care from the existential approach in psychotherapy, offering a general outline to all those who are interested in this approach.

Os conceitos de morte e autenticidade têm sido dois grandes baluartes da tradição fenomenológica existencial em psicoterapia, a partir dos quais se tem fundamentado epistemologicamente o trabalho profissional daqueles que optam por esta escola psicoterapêutica ampla, difusa e por vezes desconhecida; Vários autores têm teorizado e trabalhado em torno destes conceitos, e têm destacado a sua importância dentro de um processo de tratamento e transformação do psiquismo, atribuindo-lhes um papel preponderante na saúde mental, por vezes talvez sem uma revisão aprofundada do que implicam a nível ontológico. O objetivo principal do artigo que se segue é a elaboração teórica de uma forma de abordar os temas da morte e da autenticidade a partir da psicoterapia existencial, partindo das condições ontológicas, psíquicas e antropológicas do ser humano, bem como de uma indicação da teologia, tendo como resultado a construção teórica de uma resolução como forma de autocuidado a partir da abordagem existencial em psicoterapia, oferecendo um esboço geral a todos aqueles que se interessam por esta abordagem.
