Dieser Akt der Barbarei inmitten Europas und im Herzen Deutschlands markiert nicht nur eine Zäsur in Bezug auf den internationalen Terrorismus, sondern ebenso einen Wendepunkt im deutsch-israelischen Verhältnis. Nicht nur, dass die Geiselnahme und ¿ nach einer gescheiterten Rettungsmission deutscher Behörden ¿ anschließende Ermordung von israelischen Sportlern die Beziehung beider Staaten nachhaltig veränderte, es offenbarte auch die sich seit der Nachkriegszeit diametral entwickelnden Ansichten von Deutschen und Israelis hinsichtlich der Legitimation und Anwendung von präventiver Gewalt zum Selbstschutz, wobei dies hier im nationalen Sinne zu verstehen ist. Wie sich noch zeigen wird, stellt dies zwar einen der größten Unterschiede im deutschen und israelischen Selbstverständnis dar, doch gibt es derer noch einige mehr. Der Schutz vitaler nationaler Interessen, sowie mitunter stark divergierende Auffassungen von Verantwortung, Moral und Ethik, führten in den Beziehungen beider Staaten im Laufe der Jahre immer wieder zu kleineren und größeren Krisen. Das deutsch-israelische Verhältnis existiert zudem nicht in einem Vakuum und tangiert daher aufgrund politischer, wirtschaftlicher und kultureller Verstrickungen und Konflikte auch andere Staaten und sorgt so immer auch wieder für außenpolitischen Krisen mit anderen Staaten. Deshalb sind die deutsch-israelischen Beziehungen seit jeher (und das gilt bis heute) enorm störungsanfällig und jede noch so kleine Verstimmung ¿ insbesondere israelischerseits ¿ besitzt das Potenzial sich zu einer ausgewachsenen Krise zu entwickeln, welche nicht nur die Beziehung beider Staaten zueinander, sondern auch, wie sich noch zeigen wird, die Beziehungen zu anderen Staaten immer wieder auf den Prüfstand stellt. Wie es dennoch beiden Staaten gelang eine Beziehung zueinander herzustellen und diese, trotz zahlreicher Krisenpunkte im Laufe der Jahre, aufrechtzuerhalten und sogar auszubauen, ist daher Thema dieser Arbeit.

The four books in my Wanderings series contain many essays on politicized topics. I decided to collect them in one place, arranged by related subjects, covering most of the big issues of today: racism, climate change, abortion, inequality, heredity, nationalism, patriotism. I call it "Politics," based on an unusual definition attributed to the late Christopher Boehm, formerly the Director of the Jane Goodall Research Center. I would clarify it by adding "attainable" before "directions" and "rational" before "arguments", making it less Utopian but also more aspirational. It seems silly to do more than dream about societies that can never exist; and we can at least hope for rational argument. I believe that these essays meet both criteria. "[T]he essence of politics: the ability to reflect consciously on different directions one's society could take, and to make explicit arguments why it should take one path rather than another."In May 2023, I became concerned again that I would run out of time and, frankly, was feeling worn out. So, I wrapped up my writing projects and published them. Then, during that summer, I resumed reading, then writing. The master of the book Politics became longer, as I revised and expanded it. It seems one cannot discuss politics without considering history and ideologgy. And, I felt the original title was now too narrow. Thus, I added to the title as well.

Le programme de développement socio-économique de la République du Belarus pour la période 2021-2025 a pour objectif d'assurer une croissance qualitative des exportations et leur diversification géographique, ce qui permettra d'élargir les marchés et de contribuer à la durabilité du commerce extérieur. Cela s'explique par le fait que les exportations sont la base de l'économie ouverte de la Biélorussie, qui assure l'entrée de devises étrangères dans le pays, les bénéfices des entreprises et les taxes au budget. Pour résoudre cette tâche, il est nécessaire de : développer une intégration économique à grande échelle avec les pays de l'Union économique eurasienne et en particulier avec les entités fédératives russes dans le cadre de l'État de l'Union, ainsi qu'avec les pays de la Communauté des États indépendants ; approfondir la coopération avec les États participant à la mise en ¿uvre du mégaprojet "Une ceinture, une route" et en particulier avec les provinces, les régions autonomes et les villes de la République populaire de Chine ; intensifier les liens commerciaux et économiques avec les pays de l'"arc lointain" - Asie du Sud-Est, Bachkortostan, Fédération de Russie, Fédération de Russie, République de Biélorussie, et Communauté des États indépendants.
