Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are the most sparing infectious diseases that can cause dangerous infections. In the structure of extragenital pathology in prematurity they are also presented in the second place after diseases of the cardiovascular system. The problem of UTIs is due to the peculiarities of clinical courses, diagnosis and treatment of urinary tract infections during pregnancy. Asymptomatic bacteriuria (IBU), which is a preclinical form of UTI and is characterized by recurrent course, low proportion of self-healing, high choice of complications for mother and fetus.

According to the World Health Organisation (WHO), indoor air pollution is the eighth health risk factor and is responsible for 2.7% of the world's illnesses. The purpose of this study is to carry out a quantitative survey of non-biological pollutants, specifically CO2, and biological agents, specifically fungi, and compare the results with the parameters established by Conama Resolution - RE 09/2003. For this assessment, the research was carried out in an administrative office located in the centre of Curitiba. The methodology applied consisted of carrying out laboratory analyses on the air conditioning filters and collecting indoor air in two different climatic seasons, then comparing the results with the legislation in force in Brazil, currently governed by Resolution RE 09/2003. It is hoped that this study will contribute to understanding the behaviour of these pollutants and also provoke critical reflection on the exposure of workers around the world in artificially refrigerated environments to the invisible risks that cause countless diseases.

A saúde das mulheres determina em grande parte a atitude do Estado em relação aos cuidados de saúde, especialmente aos serviços de saúde materno-infantil. A qualidade de vida de qualquer mulher é em grande parte determinada pelo estado do seu sistema reprodutivo, que em todo o mundo exige o cumprimento de algumas das causas da morbidade feminina. Sabe-se que as neoplasias dos órgãos do aparelho reprodutor feminino estão relacionadas tanto ao nível geral de sua morbidade quanto à mortalidade por neoplasias malignas. Entretanto, na última década, notou-se um aumento na frequência de neoplasias do aparelho reprodutor, entre mais de dois terços das quais são observados tumores benignos e formações semelhantes a tumores. A transformação de doenças pré-cancerosas em cancro pode ser alcançada através da organização em grande escala do trabalho para promover um estilo de vida saudável entre mulheres de todas as idades (prevenção primária) e do tratamento administrado numa fase gradual, como resultado de rastreios regulares e sistemáticos.

As infecções do trato urinário (ITU) são as doenças infecciosas mais suaves que podem causar infecções perigosas. Na estrutura da patologia extragenital na prematuridade, também são apresentadas em segundo lugar, depois das doenças do sistema cardiovascular. O problema das ITUs é causado pelas peculiaridades da evolução clínica, do diagnóstico e do tratamento das infecções do trato urinário durante a gravidez. A bacteriúria assintomática (IBU), que é uma forma pré-clínica de ITU e se caracteriza por um curso recorrente, uma baixa proporção de auto-cura, uma elevada escolha de complicações para a mãe e o feto.

This book analyses the characteristics of political federalism in the broadest sense and, in particular, Brazilian fiscal political federalism and the national federative pact. In this vein, the phenomenon of fiscal municipalisation is analysed, with the increase in transfers of resources to municipalities and the guarantee of autonomy as a federative entity, implemented in the Political Charter of 1988. The international scenario of fiscal responsibility is analysed, inspiring the Brazilian Fiscal Responsibility Law, which establishes the administrative sanction expressed in the sole paragraph of art. 11, raising questions about the autonomy of municipalities and the characteristics of tax competence. The answer was obtained through the position of the Federal Supreme Court, which analysed the constitutionality of the provision.

The purpose of this paper is to analyse the impact of the decision of the Federal Supreme Court, in Habeas Corpus 126.292 SP, which on 17 February 2016 set a precedent for a new understanding in criminal procedural law about the beginning of the execution of a conviction before its final and unappealable sentence. From then on, it was possible for the defendant to be sent to prison immediately after the conviction was confirmed by a panel of judges in the second degree of jurisdiction. However, the inmate retains the right to appeal to the higher courts, but remains behind bars. According to the new jurisprudence interpreted by the STF, the phase of analysing evidence and materiality is exhausted in the First Degree Court and it is admitted that the Principle of the Presumption of Innocence ceases after the conviction is confirmed in the Second Instance. To this end, the bibliographical and documentary research method is used, studying doctrinal and principiological concepts on the legal framework, highlighting the Federal Constitution and the Principle of the Presumption of Innocence.

Women's health largely determines the state's attitude to healthcare, especially to maternal and child health services. The quality of life of any woman is largely determined by the state of her reproductive system, which throughout the world requires compliance with some of the causes of female morbidity. It is known that neoplasms of the organs of the reproductive system of women relate both to the general level of their morbidity and to mortality from malignant neoplasms. Meanwhile, over the last decade, an increase in the frequency of neoplasms of the reproductive system has been noted, among more than two thirds of which benign tumors and tumor-like formations are observed. The transformation of precancerous diseases into cancer can be achieved through large-scale organization of work to promote a healthy lifestyle among women of all ages (primary prevention) and treatment given at a gradual stage as a result of regular and systematic screening.

Dans la structure de la pathologie extragénitale chez les prématurés, elles sont également présentées en deuxième position après les maladies du système cardiovasculaire. Le problème des infections urinaires est dû aux particularités de l'évolution clinique, du diagnostic et du traitement des infections urinaires pendant la grossesse. La bactériurie asymptomatique (IBU), qui est une forme préclinique d'infection urinaire, se caractérise par une évolution récurrente, une faible proportion d'autoguérison et un grand nombre de complications pour la mère et le f¿tus.

La qualità della vita di ogni donna è in gran parte determinata dallo stato del suo sistema riproduttivo, che in tutto il mondo richiede il rispetto di alcune delle cause della morbilità femminile. È noto che le neoplasie degli organi dell'apparato riproduttivo delle donne riguardano sia il livello generale della loro morbilità che la mortalità per neoplasie maligne. Nel frattempo, nell'ultimo decennio, è stato notato un aumento della frequenza delle neoplasie del sistema riproduttivo, tra cui oltre i due terzi si osservano tumori benigni e formazioni simil-tumorali. La trasformazione delle malattie precancerose in cancro può essere ottenuta attraverso un'organizzazione su vasta scala del lavoro volta a promuovere uno stile di vita sano tra le donne di tutte le età (prevenzione primaria) e un trattamento graduale a seguito di uno screening regolare e sistematico.

La santé des femmes détermine dans une large mesure l'attitude de l'État à l'égard des soins de santé, notamment à l'égard des services de santé maternelle et infantile. La qualité de vie de toute femme est largement déterminée par l'état de son système reproducteur, qui, partout dans le monde, nécessite le respect de certaines des causes de morbidité féminine. On sait que les tumeurs des organes du système reproducteur des femmes sont liées à la fois au niveau général de leur morbidité et à la mortalité due aux tumeurs malignes. Entre-temps, au cours de la dernière décennie, on a noté une augmentation de la fréquence des néoplasmes de l'appareil reproducteur, parmi lesquels plus des deux tiers sont observés des tumeurs bénignes et des formations ressemblant à des tumeurs. La transformation des maladies précancéreuses en cancer peut être obtenue grâce à une organisation à grande échelle d'un travail de promotion d'un mode de vie sain chez les femmes de tous âges (prévention primaire) et à une prise en charge progressive grâce à un dépistage régulier et systématique.

Das Phänomen hängt mit nachträglichen Korrekturen in den Werken zusammen. Für einzelne Beispiele wird versucht, auf die ursprünglichen Versionen rückzuschließen.Der Dozent, der mir in meiner Studienzeit den Palestrina-Satz nahezubringen hatte, stellte dazu fest, dass es dem Komponisten freistand, die Schlusslonga unmittelbar nach dem letzten Vertikalstrich anzubringen oder aber um eine Semibrevis weiterzuschieben, da der erforderlichen Klauselvorhalt zur Erzeugung eines Abschlusses auf beiden Semibreven um diesen Strich stehen kann, sowohl vor als auch nach dem letzten einfachen Vertikalstrich. So frei ging der Komponist am Ende seiner Werke allerdings nicht mit der Möglichkeit um. Für ihn galt schon die Prämisse, die Schlusslonga tunlichst unmittelbar nach dem letzten ein-fachen Vertikalstrich anzubringen, also in Orientierung am Brevis-Raster seiner Arbeitspartitur. Andernfalls müsste das Verhältnis zwischen Werken ohne und mit Schlussüberhang nämlich einigermaßen ausgeglichen sein, was bei Weitem nicht der Fall ist. Wenn man die Bände der GA durchsieht, so machen die Nummern und Nummernteile mit einer überhängend angebrachten Schlusslonga zusammen nur rund 15 % der Gesamtzahlen aus. Der Komponist achtete also durchaus darauf, in seinem Arbeitsmedium (Tabula compositoria mit der Scala decemlinealis, Partitur), in das er sich vorbereitend Spatien im Abstand von Breven (2 Semi-breven) eingezogen hatte, den Schlusspunkt exakt hinter den letzten einfachen Vertikalstrich zu setzen. Bei den Ausnahmen davon setzte er sich gewöhnlich nicht aus freien Stücken, bewusst darüber hinweg. Die Überhänge haben normalerweise eine andere Ursache. Damit möchte ich mich im Folgenden befassen. Beethoven was a musical genius. He has given pleasure to millions. What is less well known is that he removed a nine-year-old child from his mother and embroiled himself in one of the most bitter, protracted custody disputes in childcare history. Karl van Beethoven was the only child of Johanna and Kaspar van Beethoven, the composer's brother. When Kaspar died, Beethoven was determined that Karl did not remain under his mother's care. He loathed Johanna. He frequently referred to her as 'poison', claiming she had infected Karl with her 'poison'. Beethoven was awarded guardianship over her child. Indigenous peoples of Brazil have come to faith in Christ in large numbers in recent decades. As Christianity takes root in each culture, it may incorporate expressive forms of music and art, which can range from those identical to earlier cultural forms to those which are fully imported. But what happens when musicians and artists of a local indigenous community fuse elements from a variety of genres and create their own music? Are they just imitations of external forms? Or are they authentic creations from elements that have now become their own sounds, too? Christian musicians among the Xerente (pronounced Sheh-¿ren-teh) have created their own fusion genre(s) to express their faith, communicate the gospel, and edify their churches. Their music includes elements from their cultural tradition as well as from (secular) genres of the northeastern region of Brazil. Is it, then, authentically Xerente? As we discuss in this book, independent of tangible markers or its long history, the authenticity of an art form can be demonstrated through a number of connections with the community and signposted by its meaning and function among the people, as well as the competence and agency of the people in their artistic choices.

Lo scopo di questo articolo è analizzare l'impatto della decisione della Corte Suprema Federale, in Habeas Corpus 126.292 SP, che il 17 febbraio 2016 ha creato un precedente per una nuova concezione del diritto processuale penale sull'inizio dell'esecuzione di una condanna prima della sua sentenza definitiva e non appellabile. Da quel momento in poi, è stato possibile per l'imputato essere mandato in carcere subito dopo la conferma della condanna da parte di un collegio di giudici di secondo grado. Tuttavia, il detenuto conserva il diritto di appellarsi ai tribunali superiori, ma rimane dietro le sbarre. Secondo la nuova giurisprudenza interpretata dal STF, la fase di analisi delle prove e della materialità si esaurisce nel Tribunale di primo grado e si ammette che il principio della presunzione di innocenza cessa dopo la conferma della condanna in secondo grado. A tal fine, si utilizza il metodo della ricerca bibliografica e documentale, studiando concetti dottrinali e principiologici sul quadro giuridico, evidenziando la Costituzione federale e il principio della presunzione di innocenza.

Questo libro analizza le caratteristiche del federalismo politico in senso lato e, in particolare, del federalismo politico fiscale brasiliano e del patto federativo nazionale. In questo senso, viene analizzato il fenomeno della municipalizzazione fiscale, con l'aumento dei trasferimenti di risorse ai Comuni e la garanzia di autonomia come entità federativa, attuata nella Carta politica del 1988. Si analizza lo scenario internazionale della responsabilità fiscale, ispirando la Legge brasiliana sulla responsabilità fiscale, che stabilisce la sanzione amministrativa espressa nell'unico comma dell'art. 11, sollevando interrogativi sull'autonomia dei comuni e sulle caratteristiche della competenza fiscale. La risposta è stata ottenuta attraverso la posizione della Corte Suprema Federale, che ha analizzato la costituzionalità della disposizione.

Per questa valutazione, la ricerca è stata condotta in un ufficio amministrativo situato nel centro di Curitiba. La metodologia applicata è consistita nell'effettuare analisi di laboratorio sui filtri dell'aria condizionata e nel raccogliere l'aria interna in due diverse stagioni climatiche, per poi confrontare i risultati con la legislazione in vigore in Brasile, attualmente disciplinata dalla Risoluzione RE 09/2003. Le but de cet article est d'analyser l'impact de l'arrêt du Tribunal fédéral, dans l'affaire Habeas Corpus 126.292 SP, qui, le 17 février 2016, a créé un précédent pour une nouvelle compréhension du droit de procédure pénale sur le début de l'exécution d'une condamnation avant son jugement définitif et sans appel. Désormais, il est possible d'envoyer le prévenu en prison immédiatement après que la condamnation a été confirmée par un collège de juges du deuxième degré de juridiction. Toutefois, le détenu conserve le droit de faire appel devant les juridictions supérieures, mais reste derrière les barreaux. Selon la nouvelle jurisprudence interprétée par le STF, la phase d'analyse des preuves et de la matérialité est épuisée au premier degré et il est admis que le principe de la présomption d'innocence cesse après la confirmation de la condamnation au second degré. À cette fin, la méthode de recherche bibliographique et documentaire est utilisée, en étudiant les concepts doctrinaux et principiologiques sur le cadre juridique, en mettant l'accent sur la Constitution fédérale et le principe de la présomption d'innocence.

In diesem Beitrag werden die Auswirkungen des Urteils des Bundesgerichts in Sachen Habeas Corpus 126.292 SP analysiert, das am 17. Februar 2016 einen Präzedenzfall für ein neues Verständnis im Strafprozessrecht über den Beginn des Vollzugs einer Verurteilung vor ihrem rechtskräftigen Urteil geschaffen hat. Von nun an war es möglich, dass der Angeklagte unmittelbar nach der Bestätigung der Verurteilung durch ein Gericht der zweiten Instanz in eine Haftanstalt eingewiesen wird. Nach der neuen Rechtsprechung, die vom STF interpretiert wird, ist die Phase der Analyse der Beweise und der Wesentlichkeit im Gericht erster Instanz erschöpft, und es wird eingeräumt, dass der Grundsatz der Unschuldsvermutung nach der Bestätigung der Verurteilung in zweiter Instanz nicht mehr gilt. Zu diesem Zweck wird die Methode der bibliographischen und dokumentarischen Forschung angewandt, wobei doktrinäre und prinzipielle Konzepte des rechtlichen Rahmens untersucht werden, wobei die Bundesverfassung und der Grundsatz der Unschuldsvermutung hervorgehoben werden.
