In addition to general remarks on territorial referendums, a review of the numerous border referendums in Germany and Austria is given. Furthermore, referendums in the Italian states before unification, in Ukraine and in West Papua are discussed.

Gleichzeitig verdeutlicht die Zufälligkeit dieser Einzelfunde die elementare Störung ihres ehemaligen Kontextes durch Eingriffe in die Bodenarchive unserer historisch gewachsenen Landschaft, die durch Straßenbau, Wohn- und Industriegebiete unwiederbringliche Dokumente der Heimatgeschichte für immer zerstört.

ICCS 2022: Internationale Vergleichsstudie zur schulischen Sozialisation und politischen BildungAm 28.11. beginnt auf dieser Seite die Veröffentlichung von ICCS 2022.ICCS (International Civic and Citizenship Education Study) ist die einzige international vergleichende Studie zur politischen Bildung, die neben Einstellungen und Partizipationsabsichten auch politisches Wissen erfasst und zugleich politisches Lernen und Sozialisationsprozesse an Schulen in den Blick nimmt. ICCS 2022 eröffnet einen analytischen Beitrag, der hellhörig werden lässt für die Leistungsfähigkeit des Schulsystems, Schüler*innen bei der Entwicklung ihrer Rolle als Bürger*innen zu unterstützen.24 Bildungssysteme haben weltweit an ICCS 2022 teilgenommen, darunter 21 aus Europa. Auch zwei deutsche Bundesländer, Nordrhein-Westfalen und Schleswig-Holstein, waren mit jeweils repräsentativen Stichproben an ICCS 2022 beteiligt. L'istruzione a distanza si basa molto sulle tecnologie di comunicazione come mezzi di trasmissione. I materiali stampati, la radio, la televisione, le conferenze via computer, la posta elettronica, i video interattivi, le telecomunicazioni satellitari e la tecnologia informatica multimediale sono tutti strumenti utilizzati per promuovere l'interazione tra studente e docente e per fornire il necessario feedback al discente a distanza.
