    In the context of the information society, the emergence of technologies, devices and digital networks, consensual sex refers to a deliberate, planned and systematic process of searching for information related to the establishment of consensual sexual encounters, which, unlike generation X or Boomers, are not circumscribed to a dominant male identity. Consequently, the aim of this paper is to establish a model for the study of the phenomenon in question. Documentary research was carried out with a non-probabilistic sample selection of sources indexed in leading repositories in Mexico, considering the publication period from 2000 to 2017, as well as the inclusion of keywords. A comparative line of research between the groups of generations and types of Internet users was carried out in order to demonstrate differences and similarities.

    The twenty first century workforce consists of Generations X, Y and Z. Each generation is diverse in regard to work psychology (i.e. science of people behavior at work place). Organizations (HR practitioners) will require to know work behavior pattern of each generational employees. Insight into work behavior patterns will enable organizations (HR practitioners) to implement and execute customized strategies that will create productive and effective work environment for each generational employees. The present study explored the work psychology of three generations. A survey of 357 employees of automobile industry in North Central region of India was conducted. The present study was done on nine parameters ¿ personality attributes, emotional intelligence, learning style preferences, training needs, technical skills and abilities, modes of communication , attitude towards change acceptance, well-being requirements and reverse mentoring. Results show differences and similarities among three generational employees in regard to the nine parameters of work psychology.
