Depuis plusieurs décennies, la République Démocratique du Congo fait face à une pauvreté accrue de sa population, à une hausse toujours accrue du taux de chômage due à la précarité de l¿emploi. Ainsi, pour répondre à cette situation de précarité, la majorité de la population initie des activités génératrices de revenus qui représentent à l¿heure actuelle un véritable exutoire pour elle. Ces entrepreneurs constituent dans la plupart des pays le socle de l¿économie et bénéficient généralement d¿un accompagnement des pouvoirs publics ou des organisations privées afin de promouvoir leur essor. En effet, l¿observation nous renseigne que les jeunes entreprises ont du mal à survivre suite à une connaissance très sommaire du terrain. Les chiffres sont moins connus dans le contexte congolais cependant des enquêtes européennes ont démontré que la moitié des entreprises européennes ne survivent pas endéans les cinq premières années de leur création. Face à ce phénomène de mort prématurée des entreprises, une alternative s¿est présentée comme pouvant assurer une certaine pérennité à l¿entreprise : l¿accompagnement par un Incubateur d¿entreprise.

Le taux d'événements indésirables (EI) dans les hôpitaux a été estimé entre 4 et 17 %, dont environ 50 % sont considérés comme évitables. Face à cette approche, qui n'est pas inconnue, il convient de se demander si l'intégration de la variabilité de la pratique clinique dans les facteurs de cette équation modifierait significativement le résultat (économique, en termes de santé et de qualité des soins). Nous sommes conscients des sensibilités qui peuvent apparaître dans un groupe tel que la profession médicale lorsqu'il s'agit d'aborder des questions liées à la pratique clinique. Ce document ne cherche pas à analyser la pratique clinique d'un point de vue médical, mais plutôt à évaluer objectivement si cela aurait un impact significatif sur le budget de l'hôpital. Il ne cherche pas non plus à évaluer l'impact d'une telle variabilité inexpliquée. Il pourrait constituer un point de départ pour promouvoir le protocole/la directive clinique le plus efficace et pour introduire un benchmarking entre les différents services d'un même hôpital qui traitent la même pathologie (différents services voient la même pathologie, ce qui est fréquent chez les patients multi-pathologiques ou âgés qui peuvent être attribués indistinctement à l'un ou l'autre service).

Cependant, les différences sociales entre les utilisateurs d'Internet ne sont pas seulement transférées aux réseaux électroniques, mais aussi exacerbées par le fait que la langue prédominante est l'anglais, ou que les mises à jour nécessitent de meilleurs appareils électroniques que seuls ceux qui ont des ressources économiques et une reconnaissance sociale peuvent avoir, bien qu'il existe des réseaux de lignes de métro qui réduisent ces différences pour créer leurs propres protocoles, les différences peuvent être insensibles..

Come parte della società dell'informazione e delle reti sociodigitali, della gestione dello Stato e dello sviluppo umano, è l'inclusione digitale dei settori vulnerabili, emarginati o esclusi e il cyberbullismo implica una barriera all'inclusione e al superamento del divario, quindi sembra contraddittorio che le competenze e le conoscenze relative ai dispositivi elettronici e ai protocolli digitali servano allo sviluppo umano. Tuttavia, le differenze sociali tra gli utenti di Internet non sono solo trasferite alle reti elettroniche, ma anche esacerbate in quanto la lingua predominante è l'inglese, o gli aggiornamenti richiedono dispositivi elettronici migliori che solo coloro che hanno le risorse economiche e il riconoscimento sociale potrebbero avere, anche se ci sono reti Linee metropolitane che riducono queste differenze per creare i propri protocolli, le differenze possono essere insensibili.

La comprensione del chavismo e del suo modello politico dipende da una base storico-concettuale e dalla comprensione dei cambiamenti avvenuti nel XX secolo. Attraverso questo quadro, abbiamo studiato la politica petrolifera adottata dal governo di Hugo Chávez (1999-2013) ai fini dell'integrazione regionale con il Mercosur attraverso la proposta denominata Petrosur. Per comprendere questo tema, abbiamo scelto di analizzare gli aspetti geografici, politici, economici e giuridici che potrebbero essere visti come ostacoli all'attuazione della proposta, nonché la natura ideologica dei discorsi di Chávez associati alle varie spaccature interne in settori strategici dell'economia venezuelana. Questo lavoro presenta quindi i risultati di uno studio coerente dell'attuale realtà venezuelana, che in realtà è il riflesso di un passato pieno di questioni irrisolte.

Le 19 Janvier 1974 naquis à Ajaccio le jeune Marc TINOTO, en Décembre 1975 la famille qui se compose d'une fille Maria, âgées de quinze ans, de Marc et des leur parents sont mutés à Nancy en Meurthe et Moselle, le couple exercent la profession d'enseignant, l'époux prends la direction de l'école Charlemagne à Nancy et l'épouse instituteur dans la même école primaire d'application. Le huit février 1978 le couple s¿apprêtent à passé une bonne soirée avec leur deux enfants quand trois individus frappent à la porte, l'époux ouvre et le trio font alors irruption dans l¿appartement, assassinent le mari, violent et tués la mère et la jeune fille et cela sous les yeux de l'enfant de quatre qu'ils laissent en vie. L'enfant sera placé dans un foyer avant d'être confié à un couple sans enfant et très pieux à Colmar en Alsace. Il sera enfant de ch¿ur puis à seize ans entre au séminaire de Strasbourg ayant comme objectif de devenir prêtre. Le 19 Janvier 1998 soit presque vingt ans après l'assassinat de ces parents, il est ordonné prêtre à Reims et portera le nom de Marc ANTONYO. Ne voulant pas être en charge pour l'église il s'engage dans la police ou il gravit un à un tout toutes les étapes.
