Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2020 im Fachbereich Führung und Personal - Generation Y, Generation Z, Note: 2,0, Fachhochschule für öffentliche Verwaltung Nordrhein-Westfalen; Bielefeld, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Gegenstand dieser Bachelorarbeit ist die Generation Z und ihre Erwartungshaltung gegenüber dem Arbeitgeber öffentlicher Dienst im Hinblick auf die Mitarbeiterbindung. Dafür wird zunächst das Themenfeld der Generation Z betrachtet und ihre Charakteristika aufgezeigt. In diesem Zusammenhang wird eine Abgrenzung zu den Generationen Baby-Boomer, Y und X vorgenommen. Es wird auf die aktuelle Problematik bezüglich des Personals auf dem Arbeitsmarkt eingegangen, um die Bedeutung der Bindung der Mitarbeiter herauszustellen. Darüber hinaus wird auf den öffentlichen Dienst als Arbeitgeber eingegangen. Schließlich wird herausgestellt, was der öffentliche Dienst für Maßnahmen ergreifen kann und worauf geachtet werden sollte, um die Generation Z langfristig zu binden. Aus dieser Zielsetzung lassen sich nachfolgende Leitfragen formulieren: Was zeichnet die Generation Z aus? Was sind Kernanforderungen der Generation Z an den Arbeitgeber öffentlicher Dienst? Welche Erfolgsfaktoren gibt es bezüglich einer langfristigen Personalbindung?Mit Blick auf die vergangenen Jahrzehnte hat sich die personelle Situation auf dem Arbeitsmarkt im Laufe der Zeit stark verändert. Es herrscht ein stetig anhaltender Nachwuchskräftemangel. Dies ist unter anderem bedingt durch einen erhöhten Renteneintritt. Die Arbeitgeber sind dazu gezwungen, sich ständig um die Gewinnung von neuem und jüngerem Personal zu kümmern. Außerdem ist der Trend zu beobachten, dass weitaus mehr Arbeitnehmer häufiger den Arbeitgeber wechseln, je nach den persönlichen Erwartungen und Anforderungen. Insbesondere ist dies bei der jüngeren Generation, der Generation Z, ersichtlich. Es gibt zunehmend weniger Menschen, die für einen langen Zeitraum bei dem gleichen Arbeitgeber bleiben. Durch die zwei zuvor genannten Aspekte ist ein regelrechter Konkurrenzkampf zwischen den unterschiedlichen Arbeitgebern entfacht. Somit ist es für die Arbeitgeber nicht nur besonders wichtig geeignetes Personal zu gewinnen, sondern dieses und das bereits gewonnene Personal möglichst langfristig an das Unternehmen bzw. die Behörde (Organisation) zu binden. In solchen Konkurrenzsituationen ist es wichtig, sich selbst bestmöglich darzustellen.

Strontium silicate (Sr2SiO4) nanophosphors were prepared by solution combustion synthesis method were characterised by X-ray diffraction, SEM and TEM. Structural optimisation of Sr2SiO4 nanophosphors were done by variation in temperature, fuel and calcination temperature and for the synthesis was obtained. The optimal condition for phosphor synthesised using glycine as a fuel calcinated at 900° C for the duration of 3 hours exhibited better crystallinity. The optimal condition was used further in synthesising of Sr2SiO4:Sm3+, Sr2SiO4:Eu3+ and Sr2SiO4:Dy3+ phosphors. XRD of all the synthesised phosphors were well indexed with JCPDS card No.39-1256 that corresponds to orthorhombic structure. Scherrer and WH-plots were used to determine the average crystallite size and were found to be around 40 nm, 43 nm and 38 nm for Sm3+, Eu3+ and Dy3+ doped Sr2SiO4 respectively. Detailed structural analysis of Dy3+ doped Sr2SiO4 was studied.
