Aunque la tendencia comenzó en el sector privado, el sector público también ha creado rápidamente estos centros. Con el clima económico moderno y la elevada competencia, tanto las organizaciones públicas como las privadas no tienen más remedio que examinar y mejorar los actuales modelos de negocio en aras de la eficiencia operativa. Las organizaciones pueden darse cuenta de que, si se compara el modelo de CSC con otros servicios operativos procesados en las empresas, es más eficiente en la prestación de servicios. Al establecer la CSC, las organizaciones privadas y públicas buscan: reducir costes, lograr la eficiencia de los procesos, crear transparencia, implantar el cumplimiento y mejorar la calidad de la prestación de servicios (Searle, 2006; Bergeron, 2003). Una CSS de éxito es aquella que proporciona a la empresa una ventaja competitiva al cumplir los objetivos estratégicos generales. Según muchos investigadores, los servicios compartidos hacen referencia a la concentración de funciones, servicios o recursos en una entidad distinta (Fyfe, 2006; Rahman, 2005; Opheij & Willems, 2004).

In this study, we address the global concern of Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) projects, particularly focusing on the challenges in project completion faced by Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in Nakuru County, Kenya. With 565 million individuals in Sub-Saharan Africa lacking access to sanitation and 330 million lacking safe water, the need for effective WASH projects is evident. The study explores the influence of triple constraints¿project scope, schedule, and cost management¿on the completion of NGO projects. Despite the growing emphasis on project management education globally, projects often deviate from their scope, approved cost, and agreed-upon timeframe. The research, conducted through a descriptive survey design with 78 participants, reveals a significant relationship between project scope, schedule, and cost management and the successful completion of NGO projects in Nakuru County. The findings suggest the need for further exploration of management practices' effects on the triple constraint and advocate for additional research on the impact of Monitoring and Evaluation on improving project performance nationwide.

This book examines the challenges of intercultural management in sub-Saharan Africa. La présente étude a exploré la psychologie du travail de trois générations. Une enquête a été menée auprès de 357 employés de l'industrie automobile dans la région du centre-nord de l'Inde. L'étude a porté sur neuf paramètres - attributs de la personnalité, intelligence émotionnelle, préférences en matière de style d'apprentissage, besoins de formation, compétences et aptitudes techniques, modes de communication, attitude à l'égard de l'acceptation du changement, exigences en matière de bien-être et mentorat inversé.
