La prolifération des produits chinois dans le monde est un phénomène qui mérite une enquête académique sur la réceptivité des consommateurs dans les différents pays. L'objectif de cette étude était d'évaluer cette réceptivité dans le Royaume de Thaïlande, où il n'y a pas eu de recherches approfondies sur ce sujet. Plus précisément, les facteurs de perception du pays d'origine, du nationalisme des consommateurs, de la sensibilité au prix, de la qualité du produit et du type de produit acheté en fonction des variables démographiques ont été examinés. L'enquête a également porté sur les différences entre les Thaïlandais chinois et les Thaïlandais non chinois en ce qui concerne l'achat de produits fabriqués ou assemblés en Chine. La cohérence des hypothèses a été testée dans la présentation de cette étude en raison de la variabilité de la signification statistique trouvée dans la revue de la littérature concernant les facteurs examinés. L'étude a révélé des différences statistiquement significatives entre les acheteurs thaïlandais et les non-acheteurs de produits chinois en ce qui concerne le nationalisme du consommateur, la sensibilité au prix et la perception de la qualité. A investigação foi desenvolvida com base numa abordagem metodológica quantitativa. Para o efeito foi realizado um inquérito por questionário, recorrendo ao modelo de traço, mais concretamente à escala de autorrelato de Schutte et al. (1998). A amostra obtida foi de 142 Contabilistas Certificados com idades compreendidas entre os 20 e os 70 anos. Os resultados obtidos evidenciam um aumento da inteligência emocional proporcional aos anos de experiência na profissão, assim como uma relação positiva entre a inteligência emocional (total e de fatores) e o desempenho auto percecionado no trabalho. Não parecem existir discrepâncias entre a inteligência emocional do trabalhador por conta própria (empreendedor) ou por conta de outrem.

Definiamo la leadership in termini di influenza e mostriamo come i leader siano collegati ai seguaci. Passiamo in rassegna i modelli di leadership esistenti, le tattiche di influenza e le tipologie di follower.Introduciamo il modello di influenza di contatto della leadership con dieci ipotesi. Proponiamo un modello di contatto tridimensionale: lunghezza, larghezza e ampiezza del contatto. Passiamo in rassegna altri aspetti critici del modello di contatto: qualità e quantità del tempo, leadership-followership generazionale, dilemma leadership-followership, leader-follower assente, leader-follower hands on-off e valori, virtù e visioni di un leader. Le grandi città del mondo devono affrontare uno dei loro maggiori problemi in termini di congestione del traffico; sta diventando sempre più difficile spostarsi da un luogo all'altro. L'obiettivo è determinare il grado di miglioramento futuro della mobilità in un'area ad alta congestione di traffico per qualsiasi città. La ricerca fornisce una metodologia per determinare la variazione del Livello di Servizio (LS) dalla velocità di circolazione dei veicoli su strade urbane in un'area congestionata a fronte dell'implementazione di una tassa sulla congestione ed è stata applicata all'area del centro della città di Medellín. I risultati ottenuti indicano per l'ipotetico scenario di tariffazione un aumento del 15% della velocità media del traffico sulle strade interne e una diminuzione del 5% della velocità media per le circonvallazioni circostanti; per quanto riguarda la NS delle strade, nella zona interna circa 2,5 km (14%) di strade migliorano la NS da un livello di servizio meno favorevole a uno più favorevole, nonostante questa variazione, il 40% delle strade (7,4 km) continua a trovarsi in NS sfavorevoli (D, E e F).

Teóricamente, las diferencias de género en el liderazgo tienen implicaciones para la eficacia organizativa. Sin embargo, las pruebas para investigar la relación entre las diferencias de género en el liderazgo y la eficacia organizativa son escasas. En consecuencia, el propósito de este estudio era investigar el efecto de las diferencias de género en los roles de liderazgo sobre la eficacia organizativa de las organizaciones de servicios de salud en Etiopía para abordar la laguna de datos empíricos. En el estudio se utilizó el marco teórico de la dimensión cultural de Geert Hofstede. El objetivo del estudio era comprobar si existe una relación entre las diferencias de género en los roles de liderazgo organizativo y la eficacia organizativa en las organizaciones no gubernamentales etíopes de prestación de servicios sanitarios.

El presente estudio investiga el impacto de las prácticas sostenibles en la motivación y el compromiso de los empleados, concretamente entre los empleados de la Generación Z en la Unión Europea. La revisión bibliográfica destaca los posibles efectos positivos de la sostenibilidad en la satisfacción laboral, la lealtad y el compromiso de los empleados con las prácticas sostenibles. El estudio emplea un enfoque de métodos mixtos secuenciales explicativos, con datos cuantitativos recogidos en primer lugar y datos cualitativos recogidos en segundo lugar para explicar los resultados cuantitativos. La fase cuantitativa implica la recopilación de datos primarios de empleados de la Generación Z en la UE para comprobar la relación entre las prácticas sostenibles de una organización y la motivación y el compromiso de los empleados. La fase cualitativa incluye entrevistas estructuradas en línea con expertos en la materia para interpretar mejor los resultados cuantitativos. Las conclusiones del estudio indican que la sostenibilidad no es el único factor que influye en la motivación y el compromiso de los empleados de la Generación Z en el trabajo. También son importantes otros factores como el salario, el desarrollo personal, la conciliación de la vida laboral y familiar, el respeto y la responsabilidad.
