Work-Life-Balance spiegelt die Orientierung des Einzelnen zwischen verschiedenen Lebensrollen wider, ein Phänomen, das sowohl das Arbeitsleben als auch das Privat- oder Familienleben umfasst. Mit der zunehmenden Globalisierung, der wirtschaftlichen Liberalisierung und der marktorientierten Wirtschaft nimmt das Konzept der 24x7-Arbeitskultur immer mehr zu und wird zum Motto in allen Bereichen der industriellen und institutionellen Aktivitäten. In dieser Situation wird die Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Familie zu einem wichtigen Problem, und die Arbeitnehmer stehen vor dem Problem, ein Gleichgewicht zwischen Beruf und Familie zu finden, was zu verschiedenen Arten von Stress und Belastungen führt. Daher ist die Frage der Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Familie zu einem wichtigen Thema im Personalmanagement geworden und hat in der Forschung, im Bildungswesen und in der Unternehmenswelt große Aufmerksamkeit erregt. VANET - Vehicular Adhoc Network (Adhoc-Fahrzeugnetz), bei dem Fahrzeuge als Kommunikationsknoten fungieren, ist ein Paradigmenwechsel in der Vernetzung mit sich schnell bewegenden Fahrzeugen, die technische Herausforderungen wie unterschiedliche Kanaleigenschaften aufgrund der dynamisch variierenden Geschwindigkeiten der Fahrzeuge mit sich bringen. VANET entlastet den Verkehr, indem es stark befahrene Fahrspuren vermeidet und auch Unfälle minimiert. In dieser Arbeit haben wir uns mit der Analyse des VANET-Konzepts mit Hilfe eines Software-Tools befasst und den Leser ermutigt, ein beliebiges Tool je nach seinen Anforderungen zu wählen. Wir haben VANET als eine spezielle Art von MANET (Mobile Adhoc Network) verglichen. Der Blockchain-Ansatz wird auch für VANET verwendet. VANET ist der Vorläufer der V2X-Technologie von 5G.

Dieses Buch soll ein Bewusstsein für die Vor- und Nachteile der Demonetarisierung schaffen. Die Entscheidung zur Demonetarisierung hatte Auswirkungen auf alle Teile der Gesellschaft, die den Menschen, die in Indien mehr auf Bargeldtransaktionen als auf digitale Zahlungen angewiesen sind, eine neue Richtung gaben. Wenn die Kosten für die Vernichtung des alten Geldes und den Druck des neuen Geldes höher sind als der Nutzen, dann wird die Demonetisierung die Entscheidungsträger und die Ausführenden nicht verteidigen, eine solche Entscheidung wird sich schlecht auf die Wirtschaft des Landes und das BIP auswirken und auch das Image der regierenden Regierungen trüben.

Die großen Polymermoleküle hingegen vernetzen sich miteinander, ähnlich wie ein einzelner Strang gekochter Spaghetti (Nudeln) sich mit anderen Strängen verheddert. Die langen Polymerketten (Moleküle) vermischen sich und verschränken sich. Es ist sehr schwierig, eine Kette von den übrigen Ketten zu trennen.

§ 426 Abs. 1 BGB begründet eine gesetzliche Ausgleichspflicht zwischen Gesamtschuldnern. Doch besteht das Risiko, dass dieser Anspruch bereits verjährt ist, bevor im Außenverhältnis an den Gläubiger geleistet und an einen Rückgriff überhaupt gedacht wurde. In our opinion, this argument seemed to fit well with a particular type of organizations that mobilize financial resources in international financial markets, such as Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs), which are defined by Sagasti, F. (2002) as: "Multilateral Development Banks are international financial intermediaries, whose shareholders include "borrowers" (developing countries) and "contributors" or "donors" (developed countries)". Their capital structure allows them to efficiently mobilize resources from financial markets and then lend them to developing countries under favorable conditions than those offered by these markets. Therefore, we wanted to find out if this relationship was present in the main MDBs operating in Honduras (2014-2018), given that it is a country that depends on multilateral external financing to meet its social and economic needs.

The globalization of world economies and the resulting economic crises in the world negatively affect the economies of the states and the businesses operating in the world. Within the framework of all these situations, it has become imperative for businesses to be managed financially well and to take the necessary measures before failure in order to prevent or minimize the impact of these crises. For this reason, prediction of financial failure is important. In this study, Altman Z-Score, which is one of the first studies of traditional methods in predicting financial failure and is still frequently used in failure and bankruptcy prediction today, and traditional and modern methods such as artificial neural networks, random forest method, support vector machines, decision trees from machine learning methods are compared and explained. This study is derived from the PhD thesis written by ¿afak Sönmez Soydä (Advisor: Assoc. Dr. Handan ÇAM) in 2021 and accepted by Gümü¿hane University Graduate Education Institute.
