Assim, foi possível formular as principais recomendações: a gestão deve centrar-se na formação contínua do pessoal de enfermagem e na criação efectiva de um médico do trabalho.

Stress and burnout are issues at the heart of the nursing profession. Our aim in this dissertation was to show how the management of psychosocial risks in the workplace promotes the organizational involvement of nursing staff. As such, microfinance has the potential to make a significant contribution to the fight against poverty, by providing poor people who do not have access to traditional banks (the majority of whom are women) with sustainable financial services capable of supporting their economic activities. With this in mind, a study was carried out in Rwanda to analyse the contribution of microfinance to gender equality and to promoting sustainable livelihoods and better working conditions for women.

Nesta perspetiva, foi realizado um estudo no Ruanda para analisar o contributo do microfinanciamento para a igualdade de género e para a promoção de meios de subsistência sustentáveis e de melhores condições de trabalho para as mulheres.

This book examines the social entrepreneurship strategies of nonprofit organizations (NPOs), with a focus on the Caribbean social sector.
