Three elderly ladies meet in the same caf¿ each morning until the caf¿ announces it is closing down. Dolly attempts to interest the others in a new meeting place but Hetty is offered a council flat some miles away and Amy accepts a proposal of marriage. The end of the play shows a happy solution for all.4 women
