Civil Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan

In Volume 1 (Part I. Historical) of the monograph the process of creation and development of civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan is subjected to scientific analysis. Four stages of development of civil legislation corresponding to the stages of economic development of the Republic are highlighted, the content of the main, most important laws and the process of their adoption is studied. The system-forming importance of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan is shown. The process of development and adoption of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the constitutional law on the international financial center, attempts to implement English law in Kazakhstan legislation are subjected to critical analysis.
